Subject: Complaint of Cyberstalking, Typo-Squatting, Identity Misuse, and Suspected Hate Crime – Request for InvestigationMy name is Angela Meredith Kneale. I am a Japanese-American woman and have operated Sproutfuel as my personal writing and communication blog for over 20 years. I have continuously owned the domain Sproutfuel.com for more than ten years.In recent years, at least three unrelated websites and/or mobile applications have been created using the name “Sproutful” (intentionally missing the letter “e”). These properties have no affiliation with me or my legitimate brand. I consider this to be a clear case of typo-squatting that exploits my established online identity. These impersonating sites/apps/email addresses have appeared amid a prolonged pattern of cyber attacks against me, including identity fraud and identity theft, repeated doxxing, and surveillance.
I have reason to believe these actions are part of a targeted campaign of harassment and stalking that includes both online and offline components. As well as life decimation due to my national heritages as an AAPI and person of Japanese heritage and foreign official familial relation.
This activity has caused significant harm to my safety, reputation, livelihood, and civil rights.I am reporting this as a potential combination of: Cyberstalking / online harassment
Identity misuse / typo-squatting
Possible hate crime motivated by my Japanese-American heritage
Violations of federal civil rights statutes
Requested Action:
I respectfully request that the FBI investigate these “Sproutful” websites and applications, identify the individuals or entities behind them, and determine whether they are connected to the broader pattern of hate related attacks against me. Any additional supporting documentation
