Vegan in Toxic Mold Detox

Angela Kneale is a survivor of Toxic Mold aka Mycotoxin poisoning. What is contained in this page and blog is my personal experiences in living with and reducing symptoms of the Toxic mold strains in MY body and in my belongings. This is my personal journal as many have asked me questions about how I was able to get healthy from Mold Mycotoxin poisoning experiences. Also, I have a resurrection gene. 8/28/2016
Vegan Will power, the is one valuable asset that I learned to completely appreciate. Being vegan with toxic mold required me to push way beyond any no compromise boundaries that I ever had in my activist days and amped up to a whole new level. My diet didn't have a name though so I still say I'm vegan. My diet was/is extremely alkaline + ketogenic style;- mine toxic mold intruders left multiple trainwrecks in traffic of dead blood cells clumping in my bloodstream. It was an ugly picture to look at.

VEGAN ALKALINE & KETOGENIC for Mold Detox means:

No Fruits except avocados & olives.
Zero Grains, not even organic and mold free rice pasta quinoa chia . -
Zero  GMO -- not to chance it even eating tofu or grain
Maintain Alkaline Balance -
-Body weight divided by 2 = number of ounces of water to drink each day.
- Alkalize with minerals throughout the day. Sip on a premade bottle of mineral supplemented water with chlorophyllin= broken down chlorophyll

One thing I learned when attempting to fight the mold;- that essential oils don't work. I rarely mention brand names since my other (more successful) blog was under attack by a large MLM essential oils company during my Toxic mold detox. It's extremely dangerous if there are toxic mold strains rooting in your living space while you pamper them by cleaning with acidic essential oils. The prior tenants used bleach & chemicals to clean, and told me the mold spots kept returning. Not only does bleach equip the mold molecules to include a chlorine gas element that can cause brain tumors & cancer, But bleach actually promotes mold growth of some strains. I tried to clean bathroom ceiling mold with grapefruit essential oil on it and it still returned. I later learned that Mold likes acidic environments.

The list of surface cleaners uSed to kill different mold strains(there are dozens of strains of mold) with;-
  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Concrobium
  • Melaleuca Company's Sol-U-Guard & Sol-U-Mel- laundry detergent
  • Ammonia
Cleaning products in the closet, moving on to my diet changes.

Many mold survival nutrition sites say they don't recommend doing a vegan toxic mold detox diet. I don't condone or condem what any vegan puts in their mouths; but I had a seriously supportive dietary babysitters during this process. I am grateful for their support. I had the most difficult time the first month giving up my 1 packet of oatmeal for breakfast. But, when I ridded my diet of the grain in entirety, I began to feel better. Below, was the general guidelines for a protocol I began to follow. Though I did not know what ketogenic was when i started, the carbohydrate intake I had was lowered as much as possible to below 50g carbs. I had many days of eating about 1 lb of  organic salad for the day. That was my solid food and I mostly used the salad in conjunction with my protein and enzymes. I took alot of digestive enzymes to assist in breaking down the mold. I took digestive enzymes any time food or nourishment entered my body. And, if I felt particularly tired (mold symptoms) as the trainwreck of dead blood cells travelled through my bloodstream;- I took more enzymes (up to 5-6 at a time). That is, I was eating more enzymes than olive pieces on my salad.

On this diet, I learned to eliminate lettuce. Though the leafy greens are nice;- they provide little nutrition for the carbs in them. The other thing hard to learn is to eliminate eating vinegar as it's in many, many sauce's & dressings. Vinegar isn't high enough on the alkaline side of foods when they are digested. Lemon juice however, become alkaline in the body when digested.

This is only 1 salad for the entire day whether eaten in one sitting or broken up into several smaller meals.
My 1/2 (half) pound morning/afternoon detox salad: bed of sunflower sprouts topped with shredded beets, a little shredded carrots, 2 tiny roma cherry tomato, a level tbsp of black olives, and 2 roasted cubes (1/8) of an organic baked potato, with avocado topped with a tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, and a spritz or two of organic olive oil. Some days I would add a slice of cucumber or two. Or, opt for a tbsp or two tbsp of premade veganaise laden cabbage salad.

Also, for the alkaline portion;- not drinking alkaline water, but drinking mineralized water with chlorophyllins is best for my body to alkalize. Alkaline water itself can cause digestive tract issues since there is nothing for the body to actually digest in it. Adding minerals and chlorphyll  to water with or without lemon juice is a good substitute to expensive, better tasting alkaline mineral energy drink mixes.

Still working on this site so I'll update till finished.

Tsunami - Warm Climate

Surviving in a tsunami disaster zone after a tsunami;- doesn't necesarily mean you will want to follow general rules of camping. I went to Thailand 2004 to do civilian re-con of business partnerships after .

I did not bring a tent, I was able to rent one when we got to an encampment. This is what I used to survive and not contract Malaria #1 threat due to pooled water and moderate summer climate.

TSUNAMI DISASTER - CIVILIAN RE-CON PACK 1 Month.
1. tiny bottle of Deet - used 1x on the trip and did not reapply;- due to info that the mosquito count was out of control with dead bodies, flooding, and people running for the mountains. Most areas were quarantined by the time we arrived at BKK. My travel partner for 4 days went all natural and slept in a tent. He had contracted Malaria by the 3rd day;- 1st night out of the city he had over 150 bites on him as the tent body heat attracted the mosquitoes that snuck in through the tent fabrics.
2. 7 yards heavy duty mosquito netting  - wrapped myself in it to go to sleep in the open on the ground. I probably looked like a dead body.
3. Camp mat for sleeping
4. 1 med sized internal frame Backpack
5. Katydyn Kayak water bottle - I retrieved water from a natural stream. My hiking partner scolded me and then had an eye opener as the Government was siphoning water to water trucks just a terrace above us at the waterfall. They don't even treat the water there, so my personal filtration was better.
6. Chlorine- tiny bottle of POTABLE Water drops (chlorinated)- i put about 5-9 drops in each 50+gal barrel and it had people quietly running to the water barrels.
7. EO Frankinsence - my natural bug deterrent/ first aid kit
8. Patagonia Atom sack - keep critical items on me with a day or 2 of Cliff Bars & passport
9. Light stick- battery powered - less noticible than a flashligh & provided safety while walking along roads at night. Enabled me to hitch rides for me and my travel companions in the dark.
10. Clothes lightweight & easy to wash and hang dry by hand. Cotton clothes had to be left behind so I brought my volunteer t-shirts ( I had a huge XXL duffel of them and packed as many as I could) Cotton is more pourous and carry more organisms, and needs detergent to be cleaned. Synthetics are better to wash in natural non-detergent soaps as they don't break down the oils;- also Synthetic clothes dry faster.

2004 Survival FOOD:
I ate grain back then & my pack was identical to someone else randomly going another direction at the airport. Our Cliff bars were stored in the same place, so I thought TSA got aggravating enough to swap out the flavors I liked for flavors I did not care for.
1. a case of Cliff Bars
2. packets of steel cut oatmeal (in flavors)
The encampment I stayed at for most of a month allowed campers to fish on their own and bring it back to the kitchen. I am vegan & allergic to shellfish;- so I ate my oatmeal each morning with a fresh banana smoothie. I had 1 meal of mostly rice, and 1 large bowl of coconut/vegetable soup each day. I actually felt great. There was somone on a bicycle who started to stop by with ziploc bags full of veggies, fish, cooked meats for sale. I was partial to the fresh peanuts for protein. We also got some fresh coconut milk and coconut, as well as using a moped for a day;- trying to get ketchup (which had become scarce). Liquor & Coffee was the easiest to obtain aka - least desirable.

15 years with nootropics

Nootropics use for me really started to take hold Back in 2001. I took massive handfuls of St.Johnswort+Valerian with Ginko Biloba. I drank plenty of the best coffee on the planet before going to teach beginning piano and getting ready for an international competition. Alltogether, I felt like I had more energy and focus. It didn't seem to really be an anti-depressive thing as my mood/drive was unaffected. I got a lecture from an old school mate that I didn't know what I was messing with and should take pharmaceuticals. I just gave him that, r u fn kidding me look.

I had been trying some other "water" from a local health food store. I discovered using Gold water back then. I also had my 1st and only bottle of whatever they called "Heavy Water" that was on the shelf ( not a nootropic), it was there so I had to try it. In hindsight, that heavy water appeared the same time the cobalt reactor irradiation plant appeared. I learned from my brother who they employed through a temp agency, that they kept the cobalt under the heavy water;- yet it didn't prevent his skin from peeling off his body when they had him irradiate everything that got shipped through our American hometown. This happened to be about mile away from the health food store where I purchased the "Heavy Water."

Later, I switched to a full regimen of Ginko Biloba, that was when I had my studio "OkiGinko" in Clinton Hall 2007.
I stopped taking any sort of nootropic stack in my daily routine shortly after I arrived for vacation in Hawaii 2009. Once in a while if I felt super stuck over the past 6 years, I'd fill up on Phiten's (red) gold water for a solid week and go meditate. Though I'd pick up the odd bottle of Ginko Biloba tincture, I really set it aside for a spell due to outside influences.

In 2013 I was introduced to an essential oils company that promoted a vegan EO's supplement. I tried it for a short time before I decided it was too toxic. I never bought into internally taking frankincense EO's, since I learned elsewhere, that it is toxic to the body. The EO's supplement also made my brain feel itchy in a bad way. I was grateful to ditch the supplement and had unfinished bottles. Actually I got 2 years of nasty hate mail from that company since they were trying to illegally take away my constitutional right of free speech & press, even at distributor status. Evil company to me and always will be.

In 2014 I got sick with toxic mold and was introduced to Liv International for another major dietary shift and a different alkaline supplement. They presented their new nootropic supplement that they named "Smart". I even had the opportunity to listen to the formulator explain the reasoning behind this supplement. A main ingredient is tumeric. I tried the promotional supplement for a few months, though I really didn't notice much difference as it seemed to be intended to prevent Alzheimer's and protect the brain from old age. I had started juicing and having regular green juice with juiced turmeric after trying this supplement. So, I dropped the supplement.
I also tried the Schumann frequency pad for some healing, but I got irritated with the electricity frequency. The last semester I was in music school I was declared "hearing disabled". This was due to my sensitivity or acute hearing awareness of the high frequency range. So, I tried a flotation tank for some quiet. There's only one on island open to the public and it seems to be overused and needed thorough cleaning.

Today, being stuck in the Hawaii social and financial rut I was hurled into by the "high end" locals;- I received my first bottle of a so called "limitless type nootropic." I'm still doing meditation as well. Will see how it goes. Most of the ingredients in this one will at very least serve as a mosquito deterrent;- increasing my vitamin B levels. I learned Vitamin C, niacin, & Thaimine also add to overall carbon levels to deter mosquitos out here in Hawaii. Just a thought.
