Some of the scientific articles or factsheets are written from the perspective of research into the new phenomenon called Cyber-torture. Cybertorture was declared an appropriate international legal term by U.N. Special Rapporteur on Torture in 2020. Some of my volunteer research work was originally prepared for the US or EU-based civil rights organization use and edited and reprinted. This is a new field of Civil and Human rights related to Neuro rights.
