Taxi at court vs Honolulu City & County

The City and County of Honolulu has over 1,000 certified taxi drivers to a mere .01% approx. of City and County designated cab stands. The Honolulu Policing agencies are renowned for their corruption, illegal drug deals, on th DL death of citizens, loss of police reports, and yes;- excessively targeting taxi drivers for ticketing. It's almost impossible for them not to ticket cabs in Honolulu and particularly Waikiki just because the cab to public cab stand and Waikiki curbside ratios are so askew.

This is all despite nearly all hotels having private contract/agreements with one of the top 3-4 taxi/rideshare companies in Honolulu County. It's a walk-in trap to drive in Honolulu County as a driver. Plus, it's easy for the few families who control the old Hawaii Business network to single out 1st generation Americans and prevent them from obtaining other suitable employment in the future. This is largely based on the facts that Taxi business being a largely immigrant/1st generation American job field. And that the Taxi Stands authorized by the City and County of Honolulu are low in number. As well as the fact that most tickets for curbside waiting or doing the appropriate paperwork (which can take longer than 3minutes), or simply needing a break which is required on a long shift, begins at a misdemeanor level. 

Clearly, this off taxi to regulated stand ratio makes a vulnerable population of minorities in the USA liable and criminal at a high percentage for doing the City & County licensed job. This is of course if the city and county refuses to acknowledge that the majority of ticketing that Doesn't happen, does indeed make areas "authorized" cab stands because the police do not ticket at those locations typically.  The taxi business is largely Male dominated employment opportunity, despite "driver equality" in the civilian population.  There should be a cap on the number of Taxi Certificates without Private contracts where City & County of Honolulu permits those drivers to park and wait a fare in Waikiki and areas of Honolulu. 

I, as a driver hold personal liability whether the Taxi company I work for as an employee. And, as I have previously blogged, Oahu harbors a variety of businesses and conflicted interest groups to some private/and or public U.S. Interests.

There should be a County system that allows drivers to obtain a registered card to be allowed on the property of the hotel/resort area. This would prevent unnecessary ticketing and court dates and fines for changes of behavior and irregularity of police or property owners. And, would serve as a confirmation of no trespass by the taxi company and their certified driver.

For example;-  I, personally, would need specific permission from a hotel resort, such as Hilton Prince Kuhio, in order to be on their property especially after being generally told to stay away from Waikiki by the Yamaguchi-gumi interest.;- yet the company I worked for has taxi stands at their property that are common knowledge to law enforcement and generally is unticketed even when other taxis are using the stand.

However;- law enforcement changes their game" to the driver's disadvantage because it is convenient, the interest group behind the Hotel is calling a favor against said driver, and so it in turn can adversely affect and create more negative 

U.S. Foreign relations or security issues abroad.

EcoCab is a local Honolulu company which promotes a conservative earthy savy. Hybrid cars with Green logos, and Hummer MV1's for   making medical patients feel human compassion during their transport. 

Hawaii Security protocols? Any for Americans & Us military?

The Hawaiian "aloha" islands are a sub-tropical Mecca for people of every walk of life. Oahu houses everyone from the USA's homeless from cold climates to global elite Corporate mastheads. 

Lately, Waikiki is undergoing a transformation that doesn't support the American portion of Hawaii state's average working resident. 

We have escalated war talks between Asian nations whose citizens like to take holidays here on Oahu. Compact quarters, like those found on an Atlantic city shoreline, accommodate the entire cacophony of international tourists and military purveyors. 

My experiments like going shopping and being on a beach amidst Chinese National  tourists have resulted in them kicking me or trying to confront me after seeing my Japan flag stickers on my vehicle or person. That's just an aside from the multi-national passport holding  Israeli workers who arrive for the Holiday & big Wave season. I've learned the foreign nationals don't report crimes they commit against each other (such as stabbing) so they don't risk jail or being sent back to Israel.

In August, I quit my "Job" & working on think-tank mission altogether due to the escalating Yamaguchi-gumi war in Japan. 

Their Hawaiian local security "consultants" have approached me to stay out of Waikiki. Their warnings were followed up by Honolulu Police Department whose tax-base is Funded in part by Yamaguchi-gumi holdings in Hawaiian Islands. 

This Japanese turf related Gang has muddy borders with the local residing Korean and Vietnamese gangs who frequent the Islands. I'm clearly outnumbered, no matter what--we know this and is why even my parents make pot bets on my demise.

I went searching for an apartment in July and found much of the properties to be Chinese national owned. I was turned down or not contacted again as I am Japanese-American. ------>the Nationals of China are taking over the Hawaiian islands through state government contracts (such as the new rail system) with Hawaii's elite. 

Then, throw in Mexican cartel or at least big family types. 

This succotashish potpourri of people are making Waikiki an inaccessible pinnacle of luxury condos  appear on the Waikiki skyline. Every hotel will have its organized activities and some guests of other hotels may attend. Many of the common publicly owned American style bars and venues are rapidly vanishing from the Waikiki nightlife, never to reappear. The word on the streets rumor is this won't be suitable for Average American workers in Hospitality again until 2019 (at least). 

Homeland security and/or local police are running off rumors and payoffs. English based businesses are collapsing due to legalities being used against them by foreign gangs & anti-USA sentiment crowds. 

Hawaii state lacks a protocol to protect American interest amidst those of us who are private citizens. Hawaii is nothing like Philadelphia where DOD reigns and even I was protected for a period of time from my relatives attacking me on American soil. Even DOD in Philadelphia addressed me personally with my Japanese relatives potentially creating an act of terror (or war) against the USA if I was harmed. Interesting how such words don't have any consideration amidst the flotsam of Hawaii vacationers. So I'm wondering, in American slang--what gives? 

Japan/USA eX-IM ship biz financial sunk with BOH "cherry"

everything I worked for, learned from private entrepreneurs on my time unpaid, and all else is flushed down the toilet by Bank of Hawaii. Though they had help from Honolulu Police Department's finest trainer for guns and martial arts, as well as a very well to do Narc & e-cig company owner. That doesn't include the Navy brightest who attempted to kill me in front of An HPD officer without any intervention in a 20min struggle for my life. Nor does it include the US Army and MI unit asking me to take the HPD trainer -also to court for abuses after HPD "lost" police reports and renumbered them. This is because the trainer raped me several times and held me against my will--though I have to comply to live-- and essentially threw me in the sex trade after robbing me of my money with physical threats and punishment included. This five years in Hawaii ends for me in 4.5 days. It has left me in destitute, homeless, and though I've sought assistance to leave here;- it is undesirable to stay. I have nothing & nowhere safe remaining in the USA.
law Enforcement here in Hawaii as well as possible mob linked Military members/civilian contractors sought to hurt and destroy private EX-IM  (as in export import )they have gone above and beyond their call of duty. I hope these forces are destroyed in return for their 3rd world politics in running Hawaii under the flag of the USA.

Hawaii shoestring- getting slim

Waikiki Hawaii on a Hawaii priced shoestring as a woman $71-$100/day no apartment
Daily budget-- for daytime 9-9pm resting and care
$20 sauna & (usually for only women--and its a joke that guys go there and women hook out the back) for community sauna /shower/relax room/hot&cold tub/ready area
$10 mat session for rejuvenation - feels like sleeping 6hrs in 30min-1.5hrs
$ donation- receive light- mediation various religious organizations- like power napping
$30-50 Still eat out - from grocery stores or stands or low priced restraunts
$4 day for clean H20 drinking
$7-16 movie theater instead of TV can watch when eating out- various places diff channels
$3-7 coffee + wi-fi
$free - day go to Beach to nap & shower in public if budget is tight--not safe after dark.
Then there is night life to stay up all night if you can do this until u find a normal job that pays to rent a place and not worry about making rent.
There are no lockers @ mall any longer and I'm sure they will make it impossible
To continue like this after not too long. Hawaii is totally unreasonable and people renting still pay over $1000+/mo for rat infested apts. or mold coated roofs and ac systems plus utilities cable and food.

The hotels are better, but not feasible for much of anyone much past $1300/10days on the cheap plus food etc. So if ur in a bad relationship- no place to go- try the shelters, if they take you. But remember it's an island, and the guys are ultra creepy on average...so expect to get bulldozed there.
