FISA, AT&T, JAPANESE-AMERICAN 1st Generation Targeted individual

I understand that my phone line is monitored due to FISA since I am private US citizen and 1st generation Japanese-American. I understand your AT&T company (regardless of structure) allows the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) & or National Security Agency (NSA) to monitor and adversely affect my phone service so that;- 1) Quality of my calls is poor, 2) Important communication with my disabled mother does not work 3) There is significant clicking and interference & feedback on these calls that interfere with conversation when I do receive them.

Your AT&T telecoms services have severely affected my life as I was/am also a private citizen who is/was a USA political asset and represented the USA public interest with regards to an international family matter in  Export-Import at Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation. Over the past several years of having your phone service;
  1.  I have also been shut out of my email use for over 16 weeks straight (4 months). And had to purchase several phones to replace the stolen phones and information. 
  2. That is in addition to spending several hours travelling to and from the only physical location on Oahu in Hawaii State in the USA for equipment that did not work to capacity.
  3. AT&T service with CIA & FISA  allows variety of people within your organization to also locate me, ie., cold engineers & US Military, as well as the CIA & NSA. 
  4. And, in some instances I was additionally physically harmed; despite the sexist attitudes of officers in the Honolulu Police Department who may have been involved in legal State human trafficking till 2015.
Your phone service as a Telecoms provider has been overall POOR quality and has severely crippled my ability as a private citizen & independent contractor to reasonably communicate in order for your AT&T corporate interests to cause international incident(s) and intentional damages to my life. Aside from the financial loss of decent and respectable employment due to the inconsistent & aggravating service.
I also understand that insurances on my cellular equipment was canceled/ changed without my knowledge.
In regard to payments am writing about my bill for my phone 808-366-6837. My bill went past due in August 2017 due to being intensely targeted with internationally illegal Satellite & psychotronic weaponry. 
In November I paid
$142 on the 1st
$100 on the 7th
$11.16 on the 7th This paid up any past due amount that you had declared plus my November bill due.
Then I paid:
$93.00 on the 24th
$100.00 on the 26th
Another $140 on the 26th
and $100 on the 23rd of December
In November alone; I paid $333.00 nafter bringing my bills current
And I paid another $100 on the 23rd of December
That is I paid $433 to cover my December & January bills. And, According to my records,
My current bill should not be past due, but paid already before the close of 2017.
I want to see the correction to my bill.

Intro viewpoint: Dragon mom versus Tiger mom

The Dragon, a universal creature that is emblazoned in both European and Asian cultures. Moms in both European & Asian culture both try to prepare their children for the battles in life. However, being the first generation in a USA culture that discriminates regardless of lies that are told, the Tiger mom's methods are out. Most of the mothers who come from foreign or “exotic” cultures had plenty of self confirmation. Many of the moms grew up with friends who had similar experiences to them in their motherlands. If they had TV and media, these mothers were frequently inundated with cultural images of their parent culture. The amount of criticism they received was likened to that of people who were like them in their motherland.

Now, these mothers enter their new realm USA. Parents of the 1st generation can be subject to major identity crisis. They are singled out. And, many parents who typically lie to hide a common social problem, don't understand just quite how deep an emotional and psychological ravine their children  fall into. Many of these children grow into adults who need to try and “verify” their own image in early adulthood by travelling to Asian countries. Sometimes, this is such an emotionally and psychologically intense experience that the once successful child that the Dragon mom pinned to her ego ceases to live. Mostly, due to frequently high suicide rates among Asians & Asian-Americans who strive for success in the USA. There is little acceptance by the Dragon mom or parents as to why their children did not successfully complete college, university, or their PHD program when it is within a week away. Some outwardly blame their own children and mock them to maintain status in the USA community, rather than take on the blatant responsibility to protect their children through early adulthood.

Sometimes this protection involves participation in the young adult's life past the age of 18. And, it still involves calling the College or University where their son or daughter attends to keep things in line, yet at a distance. Being a minority “ethnic” group in the USA is another thing that many Dragon mom's don't understand or want to accept. Sometimes this will unfortunately include unnecessary and costly legal battles to get their children through higher educational institutions safely. Many minority families can't afford these battles and so usually the child of the Dragon mom is left to fed for themselves in an unrelenting pit of discrimination, abuse, and being taken advantage of (including assault or pushed to the brink with suicide). Competitive majority & USA domestic dorm mates can also score automatic 4.0gpa if their dorm mate commits suicide.  Being a Dragon and hovering over the child even in early adulthood is of prime importance for success.

Many children of these parents usually begin to do soul searching by the time they reach their mid 20's. For others looking for answers, this stage happens later and sometimes in the midst of a pressing professional life.

Taxi at court vs Honolulu City & County

The City and County of Honolulu has over 1,000 certified taxi drivers to a mere .01% approx. of City and County designated cab stands. The Honolulu Policing agencies are renowned for their corruption, illegal drug deals, on th DL death of citizens, loss of police reports, and yes;- excessively targeting taxi drivers for ticketing. It's almost impossible for them not to ticket cabs in Honolulu and particularly Waikiki just because the cab to public cab stand and Waikiki curbside ratios are so askew.
This is all despite nearly all hotels having private contract/agreements with one of the top 3-4 taxi/rideshare companies in Honolulu County. It's a walk-in trap to drive in Honolulu County as a driver. Plus, it's easy for the few families who control the old Hawaii Business network to single out 1st generation Americans and prevent them from obtaining other suitable employment in the future. This is largely based on the facts that Taxi business being a largely immigrant/1st generation American job field. And that the Taxi Stands authorized by the City and County of Honolulu are low in number. As well as the fact that most tickets for curbside waiting or doing the appropriate paperwork (which can take longer than 3minutes), or simply needing a break which is required on a long shift, begins at a misdemeanor level. 

Clearly, this off taxi to regulated stand ratio makes a vulnerable population of minorities in the USA liable and criminal at a high percentage for doing the City & County licensed job. This is of course if the city and county refuses to acknowledge that the majority of ticketing that Doesn't happen, does indeed make areas "authorized" cab stands because the police do not ticket at those locations typically.  The taxi business is largely Male dominated employment opportunity, despite "driver equality" in the civilian population.  There should be a cap on the number of Taxi Certificates without Private contracts where City & County of Honolulu permits those drivers to park and wait a fare in Waikiki and areas of Honolulu. 
I, as a driver hold personal liability whether the Taxi company I work for as an employee. And, as I have previously blogged, Oahu harbors a variety of businesses and conflicted interest groups to some private/and or public U.S. Interests.
There should be a County system that allows drivers to obtain a registered card to be allowed on the property of the hotel/resort area. This would prevent unnecessary ticketing and court dates and fines for changes of behavior and irregularity of police or property owners. And, would serve as a confirmation of no trespass by the taxi company and their certified driver.
For example;-  I, personally, would need specific permission from a hotel resort, such as Hilton Prince Kuhio, in order to be on their property especially after being generally told to stay away from Waikiki by the Yamaguchi-gumi interest.;- yet the company I worked for has taxi stands at their property that are common knowledge to law enforcement and generally is unticketed even when other taxis are using the stand.
However;- law enforcement changes their game" to the driver's disadvantage because it is convenient, the interest group behind the Hotel is calling a favor against said driver, and so it in turn can adversely affect and create more negative 
U.S. Foreign relations or security issues abroad.
