Ala Moana Mall- WTF

At mall, a man hit me hard above my bicep as I was getting on the escalator after parooIng the North Face store. Not sure if he was trying to punch my face. I reacted and told him not to hit me...he said sorry. Asian guy with Aloha shirt, cap, big sunglasses and light skin with some moles. 

I don't recognise him...went to mall after email from my father. 

Hawaii guys- "Community Leader" type

The "Community Leader" 

He is respected by his community through a variety of organizations. Not all of these men are bad to date, however, watch out for the bad ones. Underneath their strong & statured posturing as a role model;- the stress will be vented somewhere where he thinks no one is looking. Every type of abuse can be dished out freely financial, physical, emotional. Usually the financial & physical abuse are firsts and he considers your emotional response to him "your problem alone" because His feelings are superior and more worthy of attention.  He may be single & seem baggage free. However, because of his position, he firmly believes that the social organizations for abused women exist specifically so he CAN abuse women and not feel bad about it because "someone" will take care of them. 

If you can't handle making a community spectacle of your disaster, you will suffer silently & alone.

Overnight Geniuses

Some boys or men become geniuses overnight, because they took the ignored reccommendations of an intelligent woman. 

Truth.

This happens to sometimes create the "overnight success" as well.

Vent on: Military men in Hawaii

Dating the US military guy...
This is difficult. Then add in extra difficulty if you're like me and Asian/Japanese type of woman in the sense that you aren't American homespun with all of your relevant family in the USA. Military men seem to think that because I currently live in Hawaii;- means that I'm o.k. with what I consider a nightmarish prostitution/hostess bar scene that Hawaii State regulates. Fact is: I never saw a hostess bar or typical Asian prostitution scene until I moved to Hawaii. And, I don't like it.

Dating & relationship pet peeves that irritate me and lead to relationship failure:

1. Military guys who give porn to my male friends saying they think it's me on the video (note: this applies to a plethora f-ton of American guys (B/W/other) who have little to no decent relationships with Asian women they have met overseas at strip bars or hired as prostitutes. Hawaii seems to tolerate this behavior a ton.

2. Military guys who get back from deployment having an Asian or specifically Japanese porn addiction;- thinking that I'll be o.k. with their Asian porn association to my personality. This applies to most guys in the USA since most of their experience with Asian/Japanese women is watching and looking at porn. They don't care that I was raised with Christian values, and so I have to try and pick the "less scummy" guys out of the pile, or stay single.

3. Military guys who think that because they watch Asian porn;- it's o.k. to be mentally and emotionally numb to my feelings. Military guys feel they are more deserving to treat me badly in this sense because they have "earned" it through their service. Trying for an apology from them is usually unsuccessful.

The majority of American guys I meet, and even spend time with eventually bring any hope of a relationship to a sudden halt. Mostly, because they just see me as something to be used. Their behavior has gotten to be so tired, repulsive, and contrary to anything I want my life to come in contact with it's making my staying in the States highly improbable. Respect for me teeters on the brink of disaster daily;- and if I'm lucky maybe weekly.

Reasons to Hate Everyone

I've gotten so sick of hearing the tired war comments of reasons why people hate me because i'm direct descent of an Imperial Japanese family... here is a list (to be updated) that I should hate everyone around me...

1. Americans because they Dropped Nuclear bombs on Japan and have affected my health for the rest of my life.

2. Russians for putting my Japanese uncle in Siberian prison camp where he was 1% of total survivors of 1200 Japanese.

2. Koreans for constantly antagonizing, stalking, and harassing me on the East Coast (not to mention war problems with Japan and U.S. --- my great uncle Jo was a tank commander in the Korean war).

3. Japanese for bombing Pearl Harbor (my great uncle eddie was in the Navy and at Pearl harbor at that time... he makes an effort to be civil with my Japanese mother)

4. Chinese... for nearly breaking my arm when I visited a Jook Lum studio in Philly's China town with a musical colleague who does his Praying Mantis style there.

5. American particularly white men (see note*) for always taking from me and never outrightly helping me. They always take more money and time from me than I can afford... and then not to mention the humiliation of the fact that they then do nothing to help and everything to see my demise.
note*: I'm not speaking of the run of the mill beer drinker... I mean more like the political affectors & large entrepreneurial personalities.

Enough for now before I create a list of high-end names that have adversely impacted my life here in the States not including my calls to the ATF, RAIIN.org, Homeland Security, etc. etc. . And then i'm expected to live like a normal person.... so I ask... with what besides my arse?
