Pennsylvania: Ban Hunting on Private Land!

Shots don't stop at property lines. Neither do crazed recreational hunters tracking bleeding animals. Hunters keep their guns handy 365 days a year instead of having seasonal weapon rentals.

Proposed:

Ban Hunting on Privately owned land. Demand revisions to provisions of Title 34 & Title 34 Chapter 25 for Protection of Persons, Title 34 Chapter 23;- to include the following;

Those persons residing at a property not to be harassed at any time, for hunters & shooters to gain access to wildlife.

That private property must be registered with the State by the landowner to be hunted by permitted hunters other than property owner, even for agricultural damage.

State mandated safe numbers;- maximum number of hunters allowed on property (acreage) at any time.

Include a safe radius from housing & buildings from line of fire with rifles & guns & projectile weapons.

2307(b)  Hunting before and after lawful hunting hours.

State posted signs & permits for hunters  out after dusk if within legal hunting hours & where they intend to hunt. No spotting, scoping, or harassing residents after dusk.

Ban hunting on private land in addition to keeping & maintaining:

1. the Sunday hunting ban Pennsylvania
2. the Spotting Ban

Currently, Pennsylvania State does not directly regulate property owners who allow hunting & track which hunters are permitted on their property. This is a dangerous situation for family members who disagree with hunting and cause for some hunters to harass & attack some property owners for access to wildlife. Sometimes an adjoining property owner gives permission to hunters while one did not. And, some families are also international, with USA & multiple citizenships. International incidents are a ticking time bomb.

Private property owners should have laws that make keeping their $$$$$ costly property & those who reside there safe from recreational & other hunters and shooters. Some who conspire against individuals as hunters as a disguise designed to cause enforcement issues.

Wildlife Hunters also mistake people for deer at dusk. Aside from that fact, there are over 120 organized White Supremacist groups including militia in Pennsylvania State. There are over 40 Federally recognized Hate groups in Pennsylvania. Some of the "hunters" are scoping minority families despite the spotting Ban. Its is difficult to see license plates in the dark & identify & distinguish vehicles. And some hunters & shooters threaten those who have already lost family members to gun tragedy in the hunting area. The emotional damage to the family is cumulative, over a decade. Some hunters & 3rd parties target, threaten, sometimes murder minority family members of those who own Pennsylvania land.

This free for all or needs to stop!

Ban hunting on private land in addition to maintaining the current Sunday hunting ban Pennsylvania and the Spotting Ban.

Add weapon rentals for seasonal public hunting to cut down on the year round threat of shootings & gun accidents. Regulate hunting permissions for the safety of  all property residents & neighbors, whether landowner or not. It's everyone's liability when someone is hurt, injured, or killed. And, make it internet accessible for police reports.

Not all hunters are welcome or have permission to be everywhere.

Please sign the petition to put a halt to the hunting free for all!

Regulations need to happen. Human lives are at stake.

Stargate

Though there is controversy about the existence of Stargate by some in the "non-entertainment world";-I have a few things to say from direct personal Experience. 

1. I got to train on the mat for a little with a retired US Navy veteran of 25years who judged the Stargate & CSI TV series screenplays. 

2. My childhood home was a riddled with stargates and everything from large spiders that watched over me in the sky. It was 20 min outside of Willow Grove Naval airbase and I was able to pick up on illegal Us military use of subsonic aircraft at the onset of Afghanistan.as a kid and  In all fairness, small trainer fighters would breeze atop the tree line and I could wave to the pilot waving at me on my bicycle. In my l8r years 29-32 I could drive on a local highway and see the stealth bomber flying in just over head.

3. U know that movie "Signs" with the fields and aliens-- that was within the area Where I grew up.

38th Floor, Light Orb anomaly

July 30, 2016 between 10pm (22:00) - 10:15pm (22:15) High frequency tone that I found irritating, same frequency I normally hear around installed alarms. The HF tone lasted for over five minutes with a loud gurgling sound coming from the Wall area of the A/C and bathroom sink (similar to an old heater). Only the hall & bathroom light was on. Near 10:15pm (22:15) There was a strong  flash of light about 2.5' in diameter that happened about a 1.5' from the lamp by the window . Then, nothing except for a smaller orb with dark matter around it 6 inches down from the corner of the wall/partition meeting the foyer by the A/C.  I thought maybe it was an electrical surge coming from the outlet box another 4.5' diagonal from the lampshade, and checked to see if the light bulb blew at the Lamp by the window. The light turned on and the bulb is in working condition.

for a Fair Philadelphia & Pennsylvania

Reading about Hillary Clinton  or Any Democrat in Pennsylvania;-

Several thoughts come to my mind, since Trump has proven hisself to an ex-workforce.
There are good people in Philadelphia. My estimates are from a low income & temporary workforce starting @$9/hr over a 1 month period and includes over 3,000 Philadelphians.

What Philadelphia's low income crowd needs;-

• FREE State or City  transportation to be more reliable workers.
• Benefits to employers who provide work transportation to workers who make less than $36,000 a year including commissions.
• Accessible Childcare that keeps children out of gang-fire zones to and from childcare.
• Make it SAFE to go to work, &  being late for being safe isn't punishable by firing;- even a schedule adjustment should be considered rather than firing based on limited Company hours.
• Adult English Literacy courses to fill out job applications and simple tests.

What Pennsylvania's 1% community needs to understand;-

• Being Cash poor & not liquid, and having 100,000's in Assets does not make them eligible to apply for low income scholarship. They should be fined for putting in such an application.
• The rich are taking opportunities from the poor in scholarships by" divorcing" to hide funds and lower the overall Household income so their children qualify for State Grants and financial need  Scholarships.
• Paying someone, like myself, for a 26+hr payweek makes them an Employee who is entitled to benefits.
• There needs to be Human Rights Commissions that are accessible and within 12 miles of any jurisdiction.
• Adverse Discrimination against mixed-race & mixed Nationality marriages and families needs to harshly punished at a federal level. The DOD & 1% communities are creating international incidents that ignite more terrorism by being "too patriotic" of the Trump kind.

Personal check-in - a MK

Today, I'm just really angry. I suppose it's like my monk said after my meditations lead me to a complete center of pure rage, "maybe you need to feel anger". I tried to live  and peacefully control my moods every day. 

I lived in normal American environments, exposed to normal biological factors. The person who was my brother;- was exposed to the worst Irradiation. We are the World's actual test dummies for consumer stupidity and poor decisions. We are a test group of the biological actuality of nuclear weapons usage. I, have been asked to write "a book" since I was 21. Today I am in my 40's.

As a part of this civilian USA & Japan governments influenced social program called MK Ultra;- as well as genetical program after Hiroshima was bombed; – and sadly raised within arms reach of Rosacrucians cult leaders in Bucks County, PA. I'm infuriated at the people who are civilians who have profited from the government experiments that have so influenced my life in every aspect. 

For me, it has been a lifetime of psychological protocol from MK ultra protocols that I have been fighting.  My controllers know that I was able to create a conscious partition in my memory  to where i was able to store and thus able to clearly recollect otherwise "unconscious programming sessions."  They called this my defiance disorder when I was 25. I I survived Everything from protocol administered physical, psychological, and emotional torture to financial devastation. At 17, I entered a liberal arts college in Ithaca, NY as a dual major set to have 2 Bachelor's degrees by 21 and my 1st Master's degree by 22. Instead I went into my "Alice program protocol" and became an organizer who founded an active rights group & voted president of the environmental society. I delved into my own physical fitness and also visual arts including turn of century DIY computer animation at the advent of the 1st G3 computer. At which point my controllers from same town Cornell University sloppily implanted NLP enneagrams that I was able to express to the community with conscious awareness. It was a relentless battle for me at that time. 

Today, the public talks about MK Ultra as if it happens everywhere & to everyone like sliced bread. They tout killing the planet with their highly toxic lifestyles as "uncontrollable" because of their slave mentality.
