American doppelgänger
Aside from identity theft against Asians among American Latin cartel and gang related members. The USA military is finding doppelgänger a for many Asian-Americans and Asians in the diverse Latin people's who immigrated to the USA. They are able to find replacements close enough. Though they are also able to find accepted natural replacements in the Irish crowd.

The best trainer
I realised today, that Fatigue is my best trainer.
I'm still battling toxic mold, trying to eat like normal ( even 1x a week), and staying in a diet that inhibits toxic mold in my body.
Sometimes when i am the most exhausted (brain fog symptoms aside),
I learn correct movement for no other other reason than having nothing extra I can expend to complete the task.
New Tohoku Community
Just from my dreams and my ideas without any computer simulation;- The idea for a new coastal Tohoku community is different concept than normal home building.
Each of the coastal home's & office buildings are built to add security to buildings further inland in the event of another Tsunami. The larger buildings should have a concave wall that locks up with pressure facing potential wave direction to absorb more of the wave energy. I don't imagine anyone building a reinforced, concave, drystone wall over 22 meters that can withstand a tsunami wave. The harder the wave pushes on such a wall, if anchored correctly;- the wall should create force that holds the wave back for even up to 5 min. However, the use of Flat walls is not absorbing or deflecting any wave energy to make significant impact.
The pockets are created by allowing water to enter homes or office buildings that have an interior vault with a reinforced rear wall. Of course there is no guarantee that the sides of the structure will keep integrity. The concept is to make an initial minimal 3-5% impact in decreasing wave strength. One of the noted instances in the Tohoku tsunami is that the buildings were obstacles that did not allow for water flow through them. This allowed the wave to push and use the building mass to level other
existing structures further in the wave path.
It is counter-intuitive, to allow water damage through building openings.
However, I think that it can be used in some small sense to allow for a decrease in wave strenght.
And, for larger buildings to collapse from interior water pressure and changing wave direction before the building is shoved like a bulldozer.
The other issue is the amount of water receding and the possibility of survivors from first instance of flooding. The time/length of the tsunami pushing through may be a matter of an hour or so. Having a reasonable anchor position with a purified air tank & where there is less debris would potentially enable survival even with black-out from wave pressure. It may be a ridiculous investment.
However, with certain loss of building structures in large tsunami waves;- even a small percentage change in wave strength and temporary re-direction or disruption due to staggered building structures that capture water (with front doors and windows that collapse inward at a certain pressure) may create time for survivors further inland.

- Features of new homes/offices (inner temporary wave container of space):
- 2 -3 meter wide staircase up to 10'.
- There is a upstairs landing area that is another 2.5-3 meters
- 1-2 meter wide walks off the landing
- banisters on each side of the staircase
- The ceiling height of this interior wave container reaches up to 4.5 meters
- The construction of the rear wall (perpendicular to shoreline) is thicker and more sturdy to withstand a water fill of the inner wave container.
- Part of the idea is to build & stagger homes to slow down a Tsunami wave by creating interior building and exterior pockets.

9.7 California
In 2014, I already had walked through and dreamed version of the State of the World;- most likely 2017.
I was in California, most likely southern California. The earthquake toppled almost everything.
There was little left standing, except some walls attached to exposed thick steel beam structure appx 3 to 5 stories high. I've had this dream from different points of views. There is a tsunami and and earthquake both. I'm in an office building and I'm also a survivor afterwards. I could do the layout of the structure, floorplan. Most of this structure, except for the roof survives. Most of the people do drown in it during the tsunami. It is not tall. But it is bomber steel construction framing. The Steel beams are about 2' wide and the building does not stand more than 3-5 stories. The roof caves, outward, so It's not built by normal regulation to prevent liability.
There was alot of rubble everywhere. And, it seemed that things had dried up after an additional tsunami. Trying to find even the mexican blanket that we found was an "accomplishment" for a day of scavenging. Some of us attempted to put back together, some sense of normalcy.
We did have a rugged topless jeep with thick tires, and were able to secure some fuel.
There were few vehicles that survived the toppling of cities.
There was even less left, in sense of food and survival goods.
Many of us, lived well outside the boundaries of major civilization.
Going into these destroyed cities and places was like a way to heal, to remember what civilization was.

Smudge cleanse of Mystic photo
Today, I smudged saged, cleansed, my Mystic Photo & frame with the positive sage ions. After many meditation sessions of directing an unloading things to God through the Mystic Bruno Groening, I felt the frame needed it. Uncertain if it's necessary. The smoke was thick around the frame through a leaf.

Japan Nationals in USA
The problem with Americans is that they don't acknowledge actual born nationality laws of Japan. Also, they allow other new American and Non-American nationals of Korea, Vietnam, and China to pass as Japanese. In 1992, there were only 150,000 of us Japanese nationals who lived outside of Japan. 150,000 Japanese who lived in countries across the Globe.
I personally have found most 3rd and 4th generation Americans with some Japanese descent to be spiteful towards most Japanese. The spiteful sentiment is largely due to a perception that Japanese nationals are easy to take money from. And, being resentful created an emotional/psychological need for Japanese to give money to them.
Even in Hawaii, the actual news of crime against Japanese nationals is very severe. Most local born Hawaii state residents laugh because the Japanese tourists are the easiest people for them to steal from, drug, and harm.
One night I even saw a petite Japanese woman who was left laying on the sidewalk by the blaisdale with a very nervous Caucasian man who would not let me do anything to see if she was ok, even make a call to a nearby hospital...

The American purge 2016
Due to American and USA banks that are anticipated to fold by 2017, the wealthy are doing their purge. The purge is a slew of inexpensive yet strategic assassinations or hits on potential future USA business leaders.
This is particularly noted to affect the Asian business community in the USA, since they are highly competitive within.
USA racism may not be the only mainstay affecting the wealthy.
Many Vietnamese and Koreans in Hawaii are also in good favor with North Korea.
Phillipines immigrants are already subservient to the USA military. And, there is plenty of gun running favoritism from the Vietnamese-American military.
There are no good choices
Even though it's not what I want, I have to tolerate it to live.
Today was my most pervasive thought that applies to nearly every interaction and encounter and choice I have in the USA. It start with shopping at a vegetarian market. By American terms, I am considered Vegan, mainly because they discriminate against my Japanese mindset, value set of the mourning philosophy not to bring death energy into my body. Not just because it is for health, but because It is in regards to those Japanese civilians who died at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The Americans say there is freedom of religion. However they dismantled several Japanese shrines in Pennsylvania. This has always been the case regardless of the events of the 2000 millennium.
I remain eating a diet shojin rupture intent mindfully due to the continued and relentless annual and daily assaults Americans do. I know it's not the same as a monastery Shojinryori meal, because the Americans didn't allow me or my mother who was A Japanese National when I was born;- to choose any religion other than Christianity . I was not allowed to utter the word Japan even in front of the CHRISTIAN pastor. He attempted to strangle me to death when I was 12. He did so in fromt of my mother and the confirmation class.
America is oppressive and hateful.

EXIM new USA label designation for transport
Countries will soon require imported and patented USA based products, components, and patented ingredients to be clearly marked USA or with a flag designation. This includes the container used for shipping and each shipped item aboard the container.
USA "real value of goods" may be required to trade at price of Chinese Yuan
or man-hour system (due to Inflated USA dollar value and USA debts.)
The USA may eliminate all suspicious cargo, which includes all NON-English labelling. English Only labelling.
Export Shipping containers with USA products & patents may require clear USA labelling. A seperate ship may be the solution. Other countries have to insure cargo and choose not participate in USA based cargo loads.
Courrier flights for USA company products may soon be illegal in many countries.

My New cells to fight toxic Mold/fungus
Can post a picture l8r.
Had perception of the new cells my body is building. I donated Blood Tuesday, fasted, and got a purified air HBOT sesh in on Wednesday.
The new cells my body created have a new construction, as well as an evolution to fight mold/fungus invaders.
The new cells have a microscopic "handle" that can cut through the fungus and mold molecules and handle other difficult to break down substances. I'm not sure if the new handles are stong enough to break through Uric acid in my bloodstream, but is a solution for the mold.
Can't bring that back, or can I?
Asia & Western Business
Most studies of American Companies indicate that under qualified american men 6 feet in height and taller are in positions of power. It would behoove Asia to change the business paradigm by preventing American men 6 feet tall and higher from entering their countries.
Mostly, they assert physical dominanceas if they were playing American football off the game field. Most people react because they don't want immediate harm, even if the big guy isn't actually going to harm them.
So, there is an already assumed level of actual physical violence associated with these business leaders. It is part of the establishment.

Almost Free, way to test for Toxic Mold
I couldn't afford a paycheck or half a paycheck to casually test for Mold in my body. I figured out a cheap way, though not foolproof, method to check for microscopic mold invaders. I did this to find out if I had mold or not. I collected a urine sample in a mold free environment. I wasn't sitting under a dusty air vent, near bathroom mold spot, or fan. I used a simple and contaminant free container I pulled from a sealed package that I wiped off with Sol-u-guard. I Collected the urine/pee sample and put it in a dark place undisturbed for a day or two. It's warmer here in Hawaii 80-90F on average. I checked to see if there was mold growth. I threw away the container, or have the mold tested.
Then, I booked my appointment with the naturopath who does dark field microscope work.

On Non Dairy desserts
Ok some vegan non-dairy almond milk crammed in with mold laden peanut butter.
I taste the mold now.
It was different when I ate in Japan and arrived in Hawaii. When I returned to Hawaii, everything tasted like it was toxic to me. It took 5 days to readjust to eating Hawaii's salad and produce. When I ate popcorn it tasted like hotdog grease. Yuk.
Not sure about Hawaii's food supply for a while now.
Non-permeable area Automobile
When will the automobile industry change so that there is no cellulose for toxic mold strains to grow on?
It's a reoccurring thought for me. Stealthy mold spores easily hitch rides from location to location. Yet large motor companies are innovating cellulose based "environmental car interiors."
Toxic Mold re-exposure & Detox today
Where are the Breatharians? I'm getting nervous with my most recent re-exposure to a Toxic-mold laden environment. As a Keto-Alkaline-Vegan who has already recovered from Toxic mold contamination, this 2nd exposure is very concerning.
It's important for me to remind myself, that the mold is an organism that wants me to feed it.
It has the ability with the toxins it emits to change my brain chemistry so that I feed it.
This time though, even with minor exposure to it, I noticed that I am much more sensitive.
And, I feel like the toxic mold is smarter this time as a prisoner in my body.
This time My exposure was by wind and rain that fell at the Pacific Heights location;- which overlooks the rainforest valley where I first came in contact with the mold.
This re-exposure is quite different than the 1st exposure Toxic mold contamination. My daily diet before my first contamination contained a low amount of grain. You know, the typical vegan on the fly diet. Oatmeal breakfast, coffee, salad during the day, with french fries nearly every other day of the week. Late night I used to grab inarazushi with some potato chips to make up for the squishy rice, or a petafied vegan T.B. burrito and coffee. The first time, I did not feel any joint pain. I didn't even notice many severely out of the ordinary "symptoms" until it was really bad.
This second time in the past 3 weeks;- (still needs to be edited)
1st week after Toxic Mold exposure
I was drawn to the vegan oat & almond flour donuts I treat myself with infrequently ( I purchased 4 donuts last week, gave the birds most of 2 the first time in an effort to maintain self control, and I failed miserably eating 2 other donuts.) Normally;- I might have ONE donut once every 2-3 weeks. So, this was definately noticible. I don't ever load up my salad container on veganaise style potato salad either and did so this past week.
1.5-2weeks after Toxic Mold exposure
Tuesday;- I went to a wellness Center and got 1/2 hr of RIFE beam (bugs) during a free event
Fasted until after Wednesday Colonic appointment
Wednesday;- Colonic
Thursday-Sunday- Sauna & steamroom + Eating a larger amount of alkaline based raw foods.
Monday- Feeling much better can swim a handful of laps in the pool
Tuesday- Green 2o & Go! in morning;- Gave blood - in Ketosis; lunch Raw Salad & dinner vegetable Curry soup, then felt too tired and had to sleep.
Wednesday- Slept alot, was wiped out from giving blood. Regular supplements morning.
Colonic.
Yesterday, I made a blood donationThe past 2 weeks, I have
It felt internally like I was being blackmailed by the Toxic Mold to feed it sugar or it would cause me to feel intense pain.On a windy day, After going to the beautiful Pacific Heights home a few times where the person I know rented a large apartment, i know I was re-exposed to the mold, outside the home. It took me last week to get out of the Chronic Fatigue mode enough to do normal things. I definately was out of control eating grains. But, I reestablished control over the mold growth.

Last week;- I was having difficulty staying in Ketosis. I don't mean a little difficulty, I mean alot. It was like I lost my brain to a happy elated out of control carb consuming state. And, in between was severely painful joint pain that disappeared from my knee, to my hip, and probably rose to my brain. It felt internally like I was being blackmailed by the Toxic Mold to feed it sugar or it would cause me to feel intense pain.
