My independent work on the lifelong torture complaint (international) is slow going,  arduous work. While the US Federal government is dismissive of the impunity and malfeasance I have endured;- my time on this planet is growing to an end. Meaning, I have lived long enough through this suffering, and am at a reasonable age where the chance of death increases of natural causes or accidents.

I have alot of insights and perspectives I could share;- yet seek to oly inspire those who are willing to defend my life. So, for the time being, I am living through heightened hostility stemming from my USA hometown and deep seated hate directed at me.

While my quest to hold the DoD and USAF accountable is one issue. My concern about known tracking that is non-consensual has become problematic because of ongoing geopolitical attacks, racial attacks, bipartisan attacks and other discrimination based attacks on me and my family.

I am filing a complaint regarding non-consensual tracking and potential violations of my privacy rights. I have reason to believe that individuals associated with Alan Breed and his company, Breed Industries, are involved. In particular, I believe J.A.B., the son of Alan Breed, may have some connection to the situation. Additionally, my former partner and J.A.B.'s friend since University, who was under the protection of the Federal Witness Protection Program due to his father's involvement, has been targeted as well. This issue was brought to my attention in 1997.

In 1999, during music college, I was diagnosed with a form of hypercusis formerly classed as "Superhearing", a condition characterized by extreme sensitivity to sound. As a result, my hearing perception was heightened, with decibel perception 50% above normal levels.

 This diagnosis further complicates the situation involving non-consensual (satellite) tracking by Alan Breed's family members, as it raises concerns about the potential misuse of my heightened auditory abilities and the impact on my well-being.

Reflection on hate in Bucks County

My father's intentional hatred towards the Japanese, needs to be expressed clearly today. I witnessed this since my earliest years as a Japanese-American nisei, His hate has been a pervasive force. His actions, are backed and encouraged by the community, local officials, police, and NRA, DCM, and others who have systematically sabotaged my life for six years since I returned from 'overseas'.

 Their history of ill-treatment, aimed at accessing money sent to us from Japan, leaves me feeling akin to a hostage while my mother desperately tried to save face - a cultural habit of Japanese heritage that Americans exploited. 

Despite my Issei mom paying for and building our home, police and area attorneys hold a different opinion, fostering an atmosphere against us.This hostility intensified after Japanese funds, which I never saw, ceased following my brother's death. It's a recurring abuse, a stark reminder of the profound impact of prejudice even within families. Amidst this impunity, 

I've supported my Japanese Issei mom in surviving their hateful intentions.I've written letters advocating for policies to punish these officials and protect 1st generation Americans ousted from legal venues. Lawfare is inherent in their battle against us, a tactic undermining minorities.

Their malfeasance has silenced reports of serious bodily injuries and deaths over decades.Since my return in 2018, the relentless attacks persist as my parents enter their 80th year. The community adds stress and permanently damages my ability to be more than a 'functional American.' State employees have even attempted to dismantle my American identity.

Only two of hundreds of notable incidents reflecting his sentiment:

He gave my mother a card depicting the bombing of Hiroshima for her birthday once, knowing she grew up during the nuclear bombings.

Upon returning for a college break, my brother warned me that my father, the police, neighbors, and local civilian militia military (alleged DCM) were shooting at my high school portrait for target practice, prompting me to hide from them.

Yet it is not necessarily true when a victim of CIA and US State actor malfeasance and impunity are scrutinized. Children as young as 2 years old are subjected to brutaly corporal punishment under the FARA act in usa at the direction of US domestic attorney(s) with anti-Japanese leanings, and connected to NATO and Catholic Church related radio broadcast groups  for worldwide coverage.

Some "hate crimes" in the USA are actually severe forms of ill treatment, and torture in cases where children of Japanese Nationals are killed, and the parent(s) are silenced while Japan lacks any formal record of their existence. I am one of the survivors, attempting to make a formal report. It has already cost me 7 years of my adult life and happiness--during a time when the travesties of Trump era anti-Japanese hate have spread to all with Asian heritages who live in America.

It is the policy of the USA to discriminate against Japanese heritage, especially when close relatives to foreign officials are involved. And there is only a quagmire of red tape and legalese to pick through-- each atrocity leading to yet another dead end in the State actors game of concealed impunity.

Urgent: Addressing Extensive Human Rights Violations and Hate Crimes in Bucks County, PA USA

To whom it may concern:

I hope this message finds you in good health. My name is Angela Kneale, an adult of Japanese-American descent and a first-generation American. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern involving extensive human rights violations and hate crimes perpetrated against my family and me.

Over several decades, our lives have been marred by acts of discrimination, persecution, and hate crimes orchestrated by US state actors, local officials, and a network intertwining with international terrorist groups. These include the IRA, white supremacy groups, Neo-Nazi groups, as well as extremist factions within the Catholics who include the Knights of Columbus, Lutheran, and broader Christian community, supporting white supremacy and forms of white extremism since the 1970s. During the Trump Administration and into the Pandemic it expanded to include and cement in other groups of non-white Americans to mask further acts of sabotage, and life decimation against Japanese-Americans.

My complaint encompasses a wide array of individuals and institutions, including doctors, hospitals, school districts, teachers, church officials, and township authorities across Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These heinous and outright acts of prejudice and persecution have been executed as a part of intelligence operations carried out by the United States against me and my family, specifically targeting our Japanese heritage.

This enduring persecution, constituting both hate crimes, ill treatment, and numerous acts of torture, extends from years before my birth to the present day. Regrettably, local and federal officials have chosen not to intervene, allowing this inhumane treatment to persist into the year 2023.

I am committed to pursue justice against these egregious violations of human rights. I believe it is essential to shed light on these atrocities, seeking accountability for the perpetrators and the systems that enable them. Especially since their forced coercion that has damaged my family for decades, and brought light to decades of racketeering related activities by US officials and state actors.

20years of retaliation

Since 2004, when Patriot act 2 was anticipated,Bucks County, PA area officials and friends, family, and close associates of U.S.A. based small cap corporations targeted me and my Japanese-American family members. My USA father being a longstanding racist towards me since my first words were said seemingly took sides with the anti-Japanese public at large. One year he even obtained a bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki picture to give to my Japanese mother as a birthday card.

Today, it's nearly 20 years since my brother's death at the hands of malfeasant local officials. And I am reporting continued retaliation and heightened anti-Japanese and/or anti-AAPI incidents by neighbors to the State Representative's office. They have further eroded my human rights. But here is a short laundry list of UDHR violations I've experienced from the United States- some UDHR articles being violated repeatedly:

My personal legal perspective since commencing ill treatment and cyber torture related communication with the United Nations has changed in 2022-2023; the approach I am taking is to file local reports with local police even if these reports include police officers and local officials.
