The Americans I have met throughout my life, are proud of being racists, pedophiles, human traffickers, child abusers, drug traffickers, gun runners, pimps, hustlers, and unpunished organized crime. They take delight in their successes and threaten lawsuits of slander throughout the course of their conspiracies and actions.

Their behavior is converse to the strict actual guidelines of having an international family members of Japan and the USA being able and unthreatened in keeping travel and family communications intact. 

I strongly believe that what the Americans have done to me and to my immediate family members throughout my life is a form of torture. 

Since 2016-2017, I became aware of a loosely organized civil rights movement of "targeted individuals". The documents that are requested are very time consuming, and emotionally, psychologically, financially, and socially draining. These documents are to gather information about a "torture" program conducted by the CIA and a long list of USA state actors. 

In many cases, other Americans are apt to attack those who identify as victims of CIA targeting as a form of collective democratic retaliation to coverup state run torture.

Most of the Americans, disregard their laws as a form of social participation and trust. Financially, their actions are beneficial and these state actors live near flawless lives, with and without court battles or accidents.

Their favorite targets are citizens from foreign nations and their immediate family members. Obviously the wealthiest foreign nations are China and Japan. Families who retain connections to their homeland nations are targeted as sources of income for the US social elite- attorneys, local politicians, police, CIA, false flags, and "patsies" or martyrs groomed and stalked as scapegoats. It is an effective a form of hostage taking and torture where all international sensitivity is overlooked. The questionfinancial damages alone constitute terroristic threats to human rights  The religious persecution goes far beyond the tolerances of what has been publically disapproved of at Guantanamo Bay-- the infamous U.S. torture prison.

 However in local US laws that have a 10year statute of limitations , it might qualify as racketeering- or RICO Act Violations-- which include murder and influencing foreign officials.

This is the beginning of understanding how early RICO Act 1970, FisA 1978, and other Alien & Tort statues including Hostage taking, USCA 50, US Constitution Amendments (ie., 1,2,6,8) involving Due Process, were overlooked or violated. Enabled further byand DoD 5240.1R (08/1986) surveillance manual used widely by US Intel and branches of the armed forces and CIA laws and procedures that allowed for microwave signals, exotic signals, slander of the surveillance subjects, degredation of life, and non-consensual human experimentation of adults and children. It evolved into Patriot Act, Freedom Act, and the domestic US Citizen focused "Targeted Individual" program that widely includes US Open source intelligence, across the planet. These programs are linked congruently with US intelligence offices, Kindle, and Amazon locations. And there is little to no opposition of these outright violations of human rights in any international court against the United States of America. 

It's as if every American Government official, employee, defense contractors and employees since is laughing at those of us who are pushed out of their culture. Yet this movement was brought to light by the same perpetrators of the human rights violations since at least the 1960s. It only became a problem when the slippery slope reached the wallets of the government officials who started the gradation of the slippery slope. And now that it does involve many more Americans, those of us who have foreign concerns and are 1st generation Americans are being pushed out of the way and silenced from within this "global civil rights" movement. And no, not a single one of these Government whistleblowers and their popular following will allow any 1st generation American to lead. At least not for very long without gaining refined human behavioral test data of the torture back to the CIA researchers.

And the research involved in my case detracts from the quality of my life and health by an upcoming 5th decade. This is an outrage for me to understand so in depth.

I was born in the USA in 1974, to a Japanese National mother who remained a Japanese National until the late 1980's after Japanese Nationality laws changed. .  The USAF instructed my mother she was not permitted to name me with any cultural indicators. I was registered at birth in USA as  Angela Meredith Kneale, and I am the aggreived complainant & last survivor of my known siblings who were murdered in the town of Quakertown, Pennsylvania in Bucks County, USA. Recently I filed a complaint at your United Nations form website where I completed the form to the best of my ability at a public computer at the Congressional Law Library. It is my individual complaint where I want to assert the United States of America & United States Air Force as well as individuals I name specifically, violated the following Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR);

Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, (9?), 12, 13, 15, (16?), 17, (18?), 20, 22, 23(1), 23(2), 23(3), 25, 26 (2), 27, 29(1), 29(2).

My purpose is to bring light to the abuses in an international setting.  I am a grand-daughter and neice of well known Japanese Nationals who are or were involved with Japanese Security & infrastructure and/ or employed in Japanese government.

This is in addition to other articles where it seems USA violated my rights specifically to ensure Surveillance monitoring of my life & family such as;

Articles of the UN Convention against torture Art.4

As well as forcing me into statelessness as perceived supranationally upon legal reading of the  USA Patriot Act after the events of 9/11. 

My complaint is extensive and spans my life to date of 44years. 

One of the goals of my complaint is to present the United States of America as a non-benign & benevolent society who is likely criminal since they brought my mother to the USA via their military personnel and with ATS clearance. I also will refute that USA intended to entrap me with it's nationality laws so that I would be tortured and unable to choose & obtain my Japanese Nationality at any point within reasonable, natural, and normal means given my family relation also to my uncle Takenaka, Yoshitomo a now retired executive of the Takenaka Corporation. I fully believe that the United States of America trafficked my mother from Japan in order to torture her. And, that I was born an attachment to her as an additional trafficking victim. 

My complaint against the United States, USAF, NASA, CIA, and it's state agents will also include normal tortures under war Tribunals as well as the illegal non-consensual testing of humans in CIA MKultra program protocol(s). This is of course after the basic fact that I was denied so many basic human rights due to my unique DNA which has, by some tests 10HVR1 mutations that span 10 distinct European, Asian, protected indigenous Asian, and Japanese markers. I feel They violated me in every way possible. 

I do not have choice but to file this complaint independently due to the high number of CIA & Yakuza & MI5, MI6 perpetrators who have taken advantage of the weak USA public and further causing harm to my personal life. I hope you can understand that my Japanese family relation made me a target by USA since birth.

I will appreciate any assistance since I have been forced out  of normal housing for safety liability, and financial reasons largely since my attendance at APEC 2011 in Honolulu, HI. 

I was again threatened in 2019 by perpetrators & my father and my tortured mother who does not seem to understand legal complexities any longer.

I have little recourse and defense against the State of Pennsylvania or any other USA domestic perpetrator.

I have contacted Ithaca, NY Human rights organization however they have never had such a case. So, I am decidedly better off independently working with minimal need to know information I received from Japan years ago.

In light of the death threats I received since leaving Oahu, I am making my situation known publically online.

Im Japanese-American Nisei AND ALSO VEGAN!!!

I'm beyond pissed off from the FISA monitoring since 1978. Every targeted individual & follower I have on social media knows this. I also had a long standing reputation as a vegan activist since the 90's.
I literally REFUSE to compromise and take work serving animals;- that is until I started working in April 2019 after returned to the East Coast in Sept. 2018.  So I'm pissed off at my employers, although they will hire me due to my ethnic background being "other". The catering work has me shuffling around the tortured & rotting flesh of God's creatures. They even went so far as to have me serve it up at Cornell graduation.
Granted when I can I dish out the vegan sandwiches, & more wilingly though not happy put out the vegetarian hypocrite food. So, can I call myself vegan since April? For the first time in over 30yrs?

So, the catered work is through a highly questionable to me temporary agency. Trump's racist following has ignited so many small businesses and others with a conflict of interest in hiring me. I also attended an international summit called APEC since I had consulted small businesses & had plans to start my own business (that got crushed under the racism invoked by theTPP that I DIDNT WRITE!)
So aside from seeking help from the vegan community in establishing parameters for vegans who cater in Ithaca. I'm faced with those who call themselves vegan yet are in full force cooking up animals for these wasteful events where large garbage containers for trash trucks are filled with cooked animal remnants after the largest of events.
For Shame!

So much of this angers me that I feel I don't have any choice but to quit.
Ithaca disappoints me on several levels. This one is the most unforgiveable to me. I get the racism, I got that a long time ago.
However they are piling on their opinions again of what makes one vegan. And, they do not HAVE any decent options in town.

That is aside from the social environment that is geared towards the partying staff smoking weed & whatever else. They intended to socially make working uncomfortable for me as an adult who needs to pass clearance checks to attend sometimes high security events.
It's entrapment again as a targeted individual. And, I've been researching enough to believe that the temporary agency is a perpetrator that controls my location & whereabouts by putting me on certain events in order to embarrass me internationally at these events. This means they are Masonic &/or CIA linked Deepstate.
I'm a freelancer who is seeking employment. I left the continental USA due to similar issues that became life threatening to me.

None of this agrees with me.
Plus of course they have all of my personal information that could wind up in the hands of new perpetrators.

The harm caused to me by Hawaii state may not be limited to government, Honolulu County judges, employees, subcontractors or contractors and those in their employ in what is collctively known as Gangstalking. This may include other parties making decisions regarding Honolulu's rail transit project and/or shipping industry employees or Private investigators.  The Cause seems to be for intended harm &/or misperception of my intention to vacation in Hawaii that was disrupted.

This writing &  publication which is a draft of my, Angela Kneale's, a basic perception of what has transpired since I first arrived on Oahu for a one month vacation and February 2009. This is my perception from 1st contact with a person who serve & serves as a military combatives & MMA trainer: who resided in Mililani Town at the time 2009 forward.

I'm speaking as a woman who was also trafficked, as defined by Honolulu Liquor Commission employees who did not allow use of phone by a trafficked individual as a starting point for accusing women of prostitution, off her vacation. So many threats & stalking from Honolulu Liquor Commission themselves outside establishment & formal office & their licensed establishments.

Part of how they were so successful;-
Is due to the handler or the abductor being a community figure who people look up to including;- children, their parents, & other respected people in the community. In my situation it included law enforcement, since this person is a high level martial arts trainer and is known in both the intrrnational sports arena of MMA mixed martial arts as well as the underground illegal & pride fight rings.

So despite there being an understanding of my intentions to vacation in Hawaii state, my free will was compromised from time arrived at HNL forward.

of school I am and my family background at a high political level internationally. Many of those nuance is that are important to the world of politic were ignored at a very basic level in my surrounding when I came to Hawaii for vacation.
In other words because of the high level trainer contacting me and making his self visible  scene with me and public others became jealous and those others were not of the same caliber of Plata call understanding. Many of them or normal people who were seeking favor with this particular trainer.

He also was teaching several military intel,  Navy SEAL, and contract killer types of men when I came to Oahu in 2009. So these men did not speak with me about who I am directly. Rather they addressed the trainer about who they perceived me to be and what they thought should be done with me. This is despite my being in a so called martial arts class with them. Though the trainer occasionally reminded them, his students, that I was none of those people or in the professions that they tested and where fantasizing I was in. This had severe adverse impact on not only my emotional well-being but also started to create a bad energy in the community that I was forced into.

When I arrived in Oahu I was 35 years old and I had built a company with my ex partner over a course of 9 years which was back in New York. I also had directly worked for one Fred Gross as he mentored me at his home with his wife, and a child and his AA which I had kept private for nearly a decade.
The people here in Honolulu County surrounding this particular trainer did not ever ask me about my prior history in life. They only asked whether I went to any local Honolulu County high school or not. They did not care about anything further or if I was even from Hawaii as if the trainer was speaking for me on all matters of my life. He is a famous martial arts coach so most people seemed enthralled to speak with him directly, thus overshadowing any pleas for help I had. This included the Honolulu Police officers who I called .
that I had they did not care to ask to my family is they did not care to ask any personal details of me other than which High School on the island I might have attended. So I was quite dumb founded to be honest to answer such a nanny not type of question as far as I was concerned. This put a big buffer emotionally between me and the community around me. Since these people put this wall up I assume they cited with the trainer and I was not looking for more abuse so I found it easier to remain silent in most cases.. It took me some time to learn that when I refused request by the trainer specifically that one of his disciples or students would hurt me for him.
And, I was hurt numerous times. The worst being when I was punched in the kidney by a large Navy SEAL who was 250 lb. & I was laid- up for approximately 5 days. The trainer had carried me out of his dojo and to the room I had been told to rent from his friend. It was a house with 3 military men at the location. He dropped me off at my roomam enclosef Lanai, with an uncomfortable futon I had Been forced to purchase. He did not check on me for 5 days. I was still in pain after 5 days and so he took me to a chiropractor and fellow Hawaiian and martial artist to attend to my back injury. He also wrote a note to the strip club where I was employed to make up for the mist days since I was not able to communicate. And the money I made went majority to his expenses as the money was cash and was easy for him to dismiss as non existence which is of course a complete lie. I was also stalked because I did not have a vehicle. The worst incident of two ways wear a very large man got on the bus that I had to take each day and tried to tackle me in the middle of an intersection in Mililani town next to where the bus dropped me off I was literally running for my life I had called the cop the Honolulu Police Department as well as their care advocate by May 2009 in order to try and put an end to this however they refused any assistant because of their friendship with the trainer. I had breeze counseling session with the CA re advocate. Also the sum of my better clothing was taken from me in this time and the trainer insist that I trained with him been that I only wear black pants and a red shirt. So for this time I only had black pants and red shirt aside from any remaining clothing I had from my arrival in Honolulu. Though again back to the strip club where I was employed it was a clean and professional entertainment environment. However I was separated from the other people at work actively by the owner who knew this trainer which is why he employed me at age 35. I did not know the reputation of this trainer claim to at the time be a federal agent which he said to me only twice that I had known him in those first 3 years I was stuck on the island. And the money I made should have easily covered some of my bills on the mainland such on my office in Ithaca New York where the rent was low but I was not permitted to keep my money and pay anything so that I would not lose what I had worked for at home in Pennsylvania as well as New York. The trainer as well as the law enforcement here in Mililani town as well as Honolulu seem to be quite amused with the sexual abuse and sexism and as I speak now at 11:13 p.m. Hawaiian time a Honolulu Police Department vehicle just passed by me.
These men & now women I do not know their exact ages but seemed to be between the ages of 16 and 56yrs old. It may include minors from the Mililani dojo associations who I had seen trying to break into the apartment realtor box I kept on the door.

He threatened to murder me when he told me he would drop me out of a helicopter to the sharks on multiple occasions. He claimed to be employed as a helicopter pilot & first responder. He also poisoned my coffee with rat poison as I had coags & my stomach felt torn up from 1sip of coffee. He also had me bring food to him in the dojo at his parents home & threatened to punch me in the face each time by stopping his fist at the tip of my nose each time. I did not feel he had any particular care for me & I was

So, I was forced to grin and bear it for many years and kept surviving despite the criminal actions against my life. To keep my person/body secure on Oahu. This includes court abuse by the trainer and  includes his attempt to sue the domestic violence attorney I had for her name change due to marriage, after securing her law degree and also trying to harm other women financially for his personal gain who were married to his students. This went on for some time before the United States Army stepped in to do a military intelligence investigation. One young woman one young married woman who I meant called her family and they feared for her life with this trainers story and her husband's involvement.
These people here in Hawaii in the neighborhood of where the DoJo's are in Mililani and the Mililani Town Association affiliation to their resident using their recreation facilities for training in martial arts seem to support this type of treatment to women and not ask where I came from or who I am and attempted to silent me by excluding me as an outsider so that I would have no way to leave this situation. Additionally the Mililani town Association was very aware of this instructor in the community as he also was a boy Scout leader as a prior Eagle Scout his self and also a night at the through the Catholic Church and a ninja to master with over 30 black belt in addition to his Grandmaster titles in a half dozen martial art. Mililani town Association apparently had been excessively vining he and his family for building maintenance in fractions some of which were as simple as grass growing by the sidewalk near the street. It appeared to me that it was possibly a way for them to Launder money from trafficking individuals. I hot wind of the deli find the Mililani town Association was billing to the instructors the trainers family home and trafficking money. Years later when there was military intervention with this particular trainer in a military intelligent investigation, be Hawaii court honored my request for a temporary restraining order until be hearing for a more permanent temporary restraining order TRO. However, in court I was told I had to sign and agreement that he the trainer and his attorney constructed without debate which I feel is also illegal unconstitutional and this person inside that it was an agreement to try and kick me out of Hawaii State at the time we were
I have lost everything I worked for on the mainland as well as my personal and professional reputation. Space this is import due to the auction and ignorance and intentional harm committed buy Hawaii state employees, contracted companies and their employees, federal employees, employees of the Department of Education, paramedic services, parties who appalled the Mililani town Association as well as the Mililani town Association and their properties.
This is a draft of my perception is as things transpired from my arrival for the first time in my life at Honolulu International Airport on February 1st, 2009. This Contract killer trainer & MMA coach also made contact with me  initially through a website called Hapa.com was invited to join the website forum by an invitation sent to my YouTube channel in January 2009. This is a tactic known as Gangstalking,  where the sum of actions and to a crime while the smaller actions are ignored. I Believe that someone had the record to see who was flying to Hawaii Honolulu International Airport when I was contacted. The trainer I am speaking of also was part of Obama's Secret Service team in Hawaii, and attended the same high school in Honolulu to the best of my knowledge. I do not know how many people were involved in this destruction of my life but it was apparently part of their plan as and information warfare campaign on behalf of the Chinese government and or then president Obama, to harm United States protocol asset who had multi levels of security as as well as directly trying to harm military operations regarding China's military and putting my life further at risk by exposing me directly to adverse political actors against Japan.

Brief 10 minute update above. My mission was entirely peaceful to find others who were anti-nuclear weapons use in the USA. I was a simple Classical piano faculty member and  Business organizational development consultant prior to and during my vacation arrival in Honolulu. I spent decades of my activist life also becoming a Grassroots organizer.

• I am seeking help from outside the USA since no one, especially USA politicians and other civilians,  internal to the USA is capable to help me.
• I seek to regain what I call a respectable Life.  
• I have been a targeted individual in Hawaii since I purchased my plane ticket in 2009.

• I was targeted by a Delta Handler or aka Special Forces Combat trainer - he is allegedly connected to Chinese & Hawaiian Illuminati due to his heritage.
• 3 blatant attempts were made against my life by 3 individuals with HPD knowledge. These attacks were intended to kill me and HPD covered up for the perpetrators.

• I believe I was targeted due to my relative involved directly in Japanese Steel. I do not receive income or financial support from Japan. 

• The United States & Hawaii State has forced me out of decent work and has created an international issue out of the work that has been available to me in Hawaii (which they are currently forcing me out of. ) I have an international audience & was involved in EX-IM.

Today, August 17th, 2017,  I wrote a letter to 2 Hawaii Senators. The letters were similar.  The following is what I sent to Senator Mazie Hirono via her website.

August 17th, 2017
Dear Senator,

I am writing just after this 72nd Anniversary of the Bombing of Hiroshima & Nagasaki. I apologize that I was not given a Japanese name at birth due to my father being ex USAF OSI at the time my mother was brought into the USA through Hawaii in the late 60's.

I arrived in Honolulu in February 2009 for a 1 month Vacation. Later I barely made it to attend APEC 2011 with knowledge of EX-IM intentions with my relatives in Japan. You see, my Uncle was an executive involved in Steel purchases for the Takenaka Corporation at the time as part of the founding family of that company.

I was targeted and entrapped by some of your federal agents and law enforcement when I arrived in the Islands. I even attempted to speak with you by my attendance at one of your campaign events. Instead, you looked at me with a scornful and hateful look.

I am writing to inform you that members of the Japanese military have approached me to quit working in Hawaii's clubs and bars. It was not a choice for me to stay in Hawaii. At age 36, I was targeted and coerced by a Federal agent. Due to his high level of security and his ability gain support of HPD and the  Town Association and families of Martial arts students;- I was coerced in FULL EFFECT as a targeted individual.

I was nearly murdered 3x and HPD was involved in covering up the seriousness of what happened each time. My life has been destroyed and my relatives in Japan and USA do not want the liability of having to handle the Special Operations backlash of the federal agent and his martial arts gang that are involved.

I however, would like to speak with you since the security in your State of Hawaii has caused such an international embarrassment for me. My role was very sensitive in EX-IM politics and I receive no compensation for such a huge failure, largely caused by your Hawaii state security officers and US Military members.
