Draft Quantum Blood & DNA genetic memory

I am certain that my genetics, not only my national origins of Japan, are a central part of discrimination and persecution I experience in my life. I possess some blood quantum of two tribal Asian indigenous DNA with Hyper Variable Region 1 (HVR1) of 10 different HVR1 mutations. While still in grade school my parents informed me that my DNA was patented. Also their attorney, the late Samuel Litzenberger, ESQ of Philadelphia, PA, communicated that I was considered property less than cattle in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. My parents swore by Litzenberger's word and justified the MK ULTRA ALICE protocol torture by his legal analysis. They viciously informed me of not having any rights within the United States while making me aware of my helplessness in MK ULTRA program from 1974-Present.  In any case, my DNA may have been used without my consent as a child, to the development of biological warfare. Due to a more resilient natural state of my DNA at 10 HVR1 mutations, I overcome disease quickly and or frequently encapsulate foreign invaders to my biological system. However, I was an unwilling test subject under the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) MK Ultra at birth.

I am a stolen and persecuted generation of innocents after USA A-bombed Japan. The US government would never explain my family ancestry as it has been published in Asian history books.  I am not the persecuted generation of Japanese Americans who lived through internment. I am a different and separate generation founded in the United States whether I like this fact or not, . And my persecution occurred before I was born, due to CIA and/or US Air Force that sought particular genetic lines to bring into United States and cultivate in such projects as MK Ultra and/or Military Abductions (MILABS) . I was well aware in childhood of the conversation my father and mother shared of different

U.S. military members or related cult members attempting to bring women in from places like the Congo to capture DNA from the coveted Dan Tribe among others. Tribes that were known to have psychic powers and long range tribal communications without modern technologies. 

So whether or not this was a United States covert and illegal trafficking of humans for their experiments remains to be tested. CIA & USAF were genetic hunters long before I was born. My mother and her family possess some of the last generation of pure Japanese Ainu bloodline. My Ojiisan ( grandfather) had given the Japanese government the extensive records another relative in Japan documented on the Japanese Ainu tribe. 

So, I may not have the cultural upbringing of Ainu people as one of the tribes within my family lineage, however it was a well-known fact that my Ojiisan gave family records to the Japanese government. It may be to this day why Ainu people are being protected in 2019 in Japan and are largely addressed as having affluent backgrounds despite this discrimination.

I am having issues laying claim to being Japanese within the USA, this is due to the United States interference in my Japanese language since age 10 and due to their tampering with records of my mother's immigration to the United States. To date, the Department of Homeland Security & Immigration and SBA refused my access or information of these records from them since 2006 and through 2011. This may be due to my 1997 discovery of being blacked out in the Social Security system with the attribute BLACK PLUMBER as my name. Additionally, my family in Japan is documented as merchants for over 3000 years in human history. For this reason, I believe the United States government targeted my mother specifically.

And, once I was born in the United States they delivered me & asserted any and all brainwashing activities on me through their MK Ultra program. This includes giving my name the initial based attribute of MK Ultra as, AMK for Alpha Mind Kontrol, the particular program that I mention started approximately 1978 and was connected to MK Ultra's Stargate sub project. I was still a toddler at this time. I overheard talks about Uri Geller in my highchair while eating dinner in the Chesapeake Bay.  Later in 1999, in Venice Florida, I met my elderly handler while concious, the late Dr. Joel Elkes , who was a prominent in modern psychiatry & headed up Neurosciences department at John Hopkins University.  

Though, the famed publicized stars of Stargate subproject generated swooning by the American women, mothers of a few of the children I knew, and an impenetrable front for the subproject. They had to the best of my knowledge, cultivated those of us with genetic lines linked to tribal or traditional marital arts long for experiments and long range psychic communication. They approached Asian martial arts training and spirituality in a supernatural European sense of thinking. They transposed non-European warring and spiritual arts to their supernatural and new age way to approach and understand phenomenon. Largely, it seems that CIA and its MKULTRA project subordinates lay claim to owning the cultural appropriation of Asian cultural traditions in the United States. They translated the cultural traditions to their predominantly Eurocentric languages and American mindset. And, they allow prolific practice of gross motor movement without requiring the average spiritual or martial arts practitioner to approach a level of communication that is highly literate in Asian writing and speech at any time.

Regardless of how much Quantum blood I have from a single indigenous Asian tribe, I possess Quantum blood from two Asian indigenous tribes of a natural state. when I say a natural state, I mean that my DNA came into being without medical DNA manipulation in a laboratory.  I think my blood Quantum is arguable since I should have 25% from one or both  tribes respectively; Sakha from Yakutia, Siberia and Ainu from Kurils, in normal human generational biology. However my high number of HVR1 mutations may reduce that expected percentage of Blood Quantum. And conversely my DNA does not prove that my parents are accurate since I am over 50% different genetically from each of them. The numbers unfold in a scary tale against my life.

Yet a single fact remains,  

I do not carry less genetic information of these expressions encoded in my DNA.

I am in a volatile position since the United States government has already done irreversible harm to my family and to violated my human rights in every sense that makes life precious. 

During college I became a animal rights organizer in 1993, due to severe infractions of my own human rights that continued in both the dormitory and classrooms. I was subject to multiple sex assaults in my 1st dormitory when I was 17yrs old in 1992. I was prevented from reporting to police by the Resident Assistant in the closed dormitory environment.  I think this was deliberate action somehow and a continuation of the Alice protocol.

In the mid 90's I met members of the Onondaga Nation who identified me as one of  'the old ones'. I did not completely understand what 'the old ones' at the time because I knew little about the cultures behind my  prolific genetic history on a conscious level.  I met them at a time when the US government the New York State Police had done a media blackout after sending hundreds of police officers to beat and harm people on their tribal land in upstate New York. Later in 2007 I met a Tibetan monk at His Holiness the Dalai Lama's monastery in Ithaca, New York. He addressed me from my other indigenous tribal lineage of being Sakha from Yakutia in Siberia. As in the similar frequency to Shakyamuni Buddha or Guantanamo Buddha. I also have ancient genetic history from Northern China where there was an extraordinary Buddhist monastery.  I also am genetically Japanese. I know that my family and ancestors, traded from China through to Japan the best wintering horses, weapons, fish. They relocated from China to a political sanctuary known as Akita  and remained separate from the Chinese & Japanese governments for over 600 years.

 So it is my understanding that Indigenous peoples of Asia and North America understand my presence. I can only guess that they participated in a conversation about my genetic tribal history and were aware of my presence from a young age, yet I have no single tribe with which I identify.
I have known persecution from the United States of America for the duration of my life due to my genetic history and USA's perception of the Japanese and United States union of my parents being offensive to them. And despite good people in the United States, those who are actively against my existence have already murdered my only siblings.

My notes of International Concern for Japanese Nationals in the USA, particularly East Coast: 

The human rights organizations I contacted in USA are inexperienced or discriminatory against Japan. The consequences are severe as I have witnessed my brother's suffering and torture that included American Civil Liberties Union in his life upon white supremacist attacks on him for receipt of a Scholarship to University of Pennsylvania. The loss of this case placed him in rural Susquehanna University in central Pennsylvania where he was clobbered with white supremacist attacks. He was stonewalled there and stayed with me in Ithaca, NY when he was in eminent danger. This ACLU intervention impacted his role in family business internationally and ultimately led to his depression, further persecution in Pennsylvania, and his unnatural death by age 26.
USA's East Coast,  New York and Pennsylvania severely lacks Japanese translators.  The USA attempts to recruit noone and shows little to no value for Japanese nationals lives. That is independent of those people who came to the United States to represent Japan politically. The United States encourages lawsuits against individuals, like my mother,  who do speak Japanese as their natural language by attempting to recruit them as translators and create multiple lawsuits abroad by USA ignorance of Japanese domestic laws. The United States has never provided a translator and has severely impaired my communications with my Japanese relatives and the Consulate of Japan.

I was born in the USA in 1974, to a Japanese National mother who remained a Japanese National until the late 1980's after Japanese Nationality laws changed. .  The USAF instructed my mother she was not permitted to name me with any cultural indicators. I was registered at birth in USA as  Angela Meredith Kneale, and I am the aggreived complainant & last survivor of my known siblings who were murdered in the town of Quakertown, Pennsylvania in Bucks County, USA. Recently I filed a complaint at your United Nations form website where I completed the form to the best of my ability at a public computer at the Congressional Law Library. It is my individual complaint where I want to assert the United States of America & United States Air Force as well as individuals I name specifically, violated the following Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR);

Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, (9?), 12, 13, 15, (16?), 17, (18?), 20, 22, 23(1), 23(2), 23(3), 25, 26 (2), 27, 29(1), 29(2).

My purpose is to bring light to the abuses in an international setting.  I am a grand-daughter and neice of well known Japanese Nationals who are or were involved with Japanese Security & infrastructure and/ or employed in Japanese government.

This is in addition to other articles where it seems USA violated my rights specifically to ensure Surveillance monitoring of my life & family such as;

As well as forcing me into statelessness as perceived supranationally upon legal reading of the  USA Patriot Act after the events of 9/11. 

My complaint is extensive and spans my life to date of 44years. 

One of the goals of my complaint is to present the United States of America as a non-benign & benevolent society who is likely criminal since they brought my mother to the USA via their military personnel and with ATS clearance. I also will refute that USA intended to entrap me with it's nationality laws so that I would be tortured and unable to choose & obtain my Japanese Nationality at any point within reasonable, natural, and normal means given my family relation also to my uncle Takenaka, Yoshitomo a now retired executive of the Takenaka Corporation. I fully believe that the United States of America trafficked my mother from Japan in order to torture her. And, that I was born an attachment to her as an additional trafficking victim. 

My complaint against the United States, USAF, NASA, CIA, and it's state agents will also include normal tortures under war Tribunals as well as the illegal non-consensual testing of humans in CIA MKultra program protocol(s). This is of course after the basic fact that I was denied so many basic human rights due to my unique DNA which has, by some tests 10HVR1 mutations that span 10 distinct European, Asian, protected indigenous Asian, and Japanese markers. I feel They violated me in every way possible. 

I do not have choice but to file this complaint independently due to the high number of CIA & Yakuza & MI5, MI6 perpetrators who have taken advantage of the weak USA public and further causing harm to my personal life. I hope you can understand that my Japanese family relation made me a target by USA since birth.

I will appreciate any assistance since I have been forced out  of normal housing for safety liability, and financial reasons largely since my attendance at APEC 2011 in Honolulu, HI. 

I was again threatened in 2019 by perpetrators & my father and my tortured mother who does not seem to understand legal complexities any longer.

I have little recourse and defense against the State of Pennsylvania or any other USA domestic perpetrator.

I have contacted Ithaca, NY Human rights organization however they have never had such a case. So, I am decidedly better off independently working with minimal need to know information I received from Japan years ago.

In light of the death threats I received since leaving Oahu, I am making my situation known publically online.

$50/hr living wage @ Hawaii

Many Hawaii state citizens live with poor living standards due to one of the top 5 highest costs of Living in the USA. Many professional men & women are paid "cash" when the hourly rate is below $50/hour.  For men, they have to be selective with side jobs they take on in construction or otherwise unionized worker industry. For women, sometimes the same standard exists even with the plethora of cleaning businesses and service related industries on the main island of Oahu. Most people remain on food stamps throughout employment even over $25/hr with debt. Though something more concerning is the number of women who are part time or full time prostitutes.

Hawaiian islands are overrated for luxury due to the sheer expense of American style spas of the remote pacific. The number of Caucasians living independently on the islands has increased dramatically due to their rarity at the crossroads of Asia & the South Pacific. Though newer USA  prostitutes and escorts flock from Washington, Oregon, California, and the south west from their voluntary segregated neighborhoods to  normal bars Looking for cash or secure money. There are multigenerational Caucasian looking families built on a matriarchal prostitute who can provide support and protection and elimination of competition.

Some of the white women have already served time in jail and in Hawaii State for misdemeanor  and felony offenses. They are frequently capable of having their family on the mainland provide a seperate address for them to operate from an outside state. This way they can "attend" school elsewhere and while remaining a resident of Hawaii. Since some of Hawaii's prostitutes are encroaching on 70, they have brought up or brough in a new generation of young white women to refer out to new & prior clients. And, more cunning and cut throat as ever, they have seduced boyfriends and local men to do their bidding. The road block of white trash women turned neuvo riche by Hawaii's men & tourists is abashing the intelligent women who complete college and university along a more radical thought that women have intelligence.

 I have learned that Hawaii's I culture is very open with prostitution being spoken about at a high level. Mothers and in some cases families jointly participate in prostitution or pimping out women. And once they destroy a woman's vacation, finances, and vocation ...there is nowhere to work for pay near that $50/hr mark In order to leave the islands. They also target "women from good families" for hopes of extortion money. 

Most women, even in low cost multigenerational housing can't afford to leave due to shipping costs + normal relocation costs. IoW:-

Someone from my old spiritual practice center told me how they were making money to survive Hawaii. The card companies blocked UK, Georgia, Azerbaijon (on watch list) and then because I attempted to deposit to account, subsequently blocked my cards entirely.
So, now I'm stranded in Hawaii without a way to access my bank or make online purchase. Brilliant system not. It takes 10-40days for new cards to arrive in the unreliable post office here. I'm lucky if they deliver my own mail to my box.
Another day in Paradise as a stranded local being forced underground by the system. I swear they support sex trafficking here because the other option is death since the military men just want free sex and harass women like me relentlessly.
It's awful.

Hawaii Needs to rezone

Since before my 1st arrival in Honolulu Hawaii, the American capital of sex trafficking as one of my college mates reported for national new;-- Honolulu County still has over a dozen strip clubs and Asian style "buy me drinkie" bars within 2 miles of elementary and middle schools. It's already obvious to most on the mainland USA to steer possible sexual predators away from minors and schools. However, Honolulu Hawaii has no buffer for minors from transient sexual predators, and street prostitutes  who may visit or live on the the islands. It's a mish mash of adult world stacked on top of family life for many Honolulu islanders. 

USA Homeland security

They have had some unsavoury conversations I overheard. And not surprising from the Hawaii Dock crews and Police.

I've heard USA Homeland security speaking of  deporting women and children where they can make money,- as a legitimate form of sex trafficking. And whether deportation is warranted or not.

2009 abduction charges

NI am still unable to safely report my abduction in 2009 by a federal agent who was aided by other Mililani security officers and Honolulu police department officers, who refused to take a report from me in May 2009. They knowingly took political and financial actions against me and forced me to comply or be murdred.

My situation in the USA has gotten more complex and damaging to my EXIM role due to the actions of these USA officers and agents. Sexual harassment charges are the lesser charge.

I have been unable to knowingly make a safe report to HPD or any law enforcement on island of Oahu. Their continued harassment as well as possibly related thefts of my documentation have made this more difficult on the small island of Oahu.

Hawaii needs to end sex trafficking

The Old Hawaii needs to grow up into the Western world. The local born crowd revels in the decadent trades and human trafficking as a secondary source of income. It is also way they can import and export terrorism to promote the old idea that Hawaii is not a part of the United States. That is in addition to their sale of children to foreign countries, kids who run off to the mainland with pimps, & women forced into the sex trade where there is a continual massive slippery slope of blackmail.
Those in the human labor "industry" sometimes gain outside financial support from undefined Muslim business interests. While the same women are prostitutes for the US military that resides in Hawaii, the local law enforcement virtually gives them free reign by having a blind eye to these trafficked workers to physically attack other women and families. Maybe in comparison to mainland USA, there should be a wider definition of prostitution. I have heard stories from Bar owners who have received fines for their Hostesses being engaged in prostitution. This was frequently due to undercover officers propositioning women in their establishments for prostitution. The frequency of men propositioning women for prostitution or sex in any Hawaii public location is very high. It is unlike the Mainland USA where prostitution

The maturity of both military and non-military officers and housewives who participate in the Hawaii and Transient Vegas sex worker industry is a gateway for human trafficking to remain enabled in the Hawaiian islands.

I feel redundant saying this and personally feel it may make some matters worse. if Hawaii state and City of Honolulu were to shut down most exotic dancer clubs and hostess bars;- it would put an immediate end to the above ground use and crimes against dancers and other women who prostitute out of the hostess clubs. 

From my personal experience, corrupt law enforcement is able to take money from women in the industry and use it directly against the women's domestic violence support attorneys and social workers.

 It is self defeating for Hawaii to keep so many hostess bars open, since most of the same women are in circulation and supposedly own homes elsewhere in the United States, take up to 10k to foreign countries they are from, or are trying to pay legal or hospital bills from Domestic Violence issues and stalkers and having to move off island.

Visit to temple

I visit the temple at Byodo-In in Hawaii. 

There are many American tourists many who seem to be Latino who are sporting biceps with Christian tattoos while holding their cameras.  I heard some are say that the temple exists so they can find hookers and run hookers. One of them is a large African-American man. I hear one saying, that one's a hooker and that one there. He seems to be pointing out the Asian women. I'm horrified that this is what temple means to the non-Asian American men. 

After making a small donation, I light incense. And find a place to sit and meditate. A fat Caucasian woman moves the long bench I am sitting on in the Buddha room to adjust her sock. Then she turns around to sit.

There is no introduction room or anything for this temple structure. It seems to have little spiritual value to those around me. One Asian parent prostrated in front of Buddha. She tries to have them bow. The parent's children ask why he needs to pray to Buddha in English. 

I feel more violates than relieved to come to this "sanctuary" as it provides no sanctuary to me. 

I think of Buddhas animals as I continue meditate, and how they each have a place in Buddhas' kingdom. Then I think of the tourists. I try to internalize the outrage and anger I have found in this visit to temple.

USA military, Philippines & Hawaii

Hawaii's land parcels are on the map. The residential land surrounding Pearl Harbor naval base is still mapped out and zoned as Military Zone. This is the area of Oahu that is grossly "owned" by Filipino homeowners (not landowners) who pay mortgages by housing USA military service members, and directly collect "rent" from BAH (basic allowance for housing) USA military. 

The women constantly pressure and canvass young suitable men to marry their daughters and cousins from this steady housing lottery the US Navy brings to Oahu. That is of course also keeping Philippines the sex industry alive for the abroad stays in the Philippines by the US military men. It is a continuation of American dominance and use of Asian women much like the Vietnam era prostitutes. Aside from both sides being tragically devoid of modern USA civil rights;- it is the "acceptable" use of immigrants to the USA amidst the Republican doors of racism.

Identity theft, sex trafficking & Hawaii

Just 2 generations since some of the Pacific's most historic battles, Hawaii's military culture has created an influx of civilian women who have been forced into the sex industry (aka the Industry).

One of the most common types of sex trafficking happens because of the severe "cultural" reliance on a wholesome family structure. Women of all ages arrive in Hawaii for a vacation, and are robbed of their crucial USA identification. Many of these women have abusive and unhelpful parents who have military backgrounds. Any identity information the parents hold "in good faith" for ther daughter is quickly lost (good faith) once needed in emergency. The parents refuse to surrender the identity information their kids who can be older adult women. 

This behavior coupled with discrimination for being "mainlanders" by the Hawaii State residents makes it nearly impossible for women to return to the mainland on a plane flight (without ID). 

No job, no money, no protection, no housing, many women are left to turn to the sex industry if not forced or coerced, in hopes of returning to their previous lives.

The common military mindset and 3rd world mindset thinks this use of its women "of age" is acceptable to "return the favor".

Japanese American woman perspective- APEC from the USA side

Today I' writing after much contention as it was my goal and intention to create more peace. The people working against me and the intentions of my Japanese grandfather Kikuchi, Hirokatsu who was a Governor in Japan's Akita prefecture. As his granddaughter, I should be protected under provisions made by the Vienna Convention. However, throughout my life the USA has detained me from leaving to Japan and China by not only squandering my accounts, damaging and not delivering mail, but cancelling my plane tickets as they see fit.
 I was asked to leave Hawaii for the East Coast USA springtime 2014. However, since the Patriot Act created this hostile environment on the East Coast for me with Homeland Security;- I am unable to accomplish even small tasks and am fearful for my life.

 In the past near decade I have been assaulted financially, physically, politically, sexually by those who claim to work for the United States government, Navy, Army, Marines, CIA, not excluding US politicians with private interest in starting a war between Japan and China.   This includes men who claim they are connected to President Obama's personal security when President Obama visits the Hawaiian  Islands.  The total of the damage has left me poverty stricken & homeless in Hawaii since I was forced into the Hawaii Bar scene by a federal agent from a well known Hawaiian/Chinese family;- who also behaved as a pimp taking all of my earnings for most of 2 years; in order to instigate future lawsuits due to his family's pre-existing problem that compromises his role in a Security requirement of good credit. This is all despite my role within my international family & USA at Hawaii's hosted Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2011;- goal; to bridge and connect Japan &; USA (TPP) in a more peaceful way for a new generation of business leaders.

My daily life in Hawaii is less than desirable. Most of the 3rd & 4th generation Asian-Americans in Hawaii still speak with a speech impediment and out rightly show their Hatred of New York and laugh at the demise of the city for 9-11. I still wonder how it is that these people are even acceptably American as they direct their hatred at me for being raised on the East Coast. I may have been born with dual citizenship;- however I actually find New York state more of a home than other places on the Urban east coast. If I were to reside in Hawaii;- I would want to see already proven senators and representatives from Urban America make a run in Hawaii to bring it up to a modern speed. The antiquated Asian slavery and rights system this state still upholds in reality is heartbreaking.
Many of the "well off" Hawaiian families seem to sponsor Asian "mail order brides" and choose to work overtime on destroying sexual equality at most levels of their society. Personally for me as an American woman who lived with a female Republican senator who passed Roe Vs. Wade;- The business climate in Hawaii is incontestably sexist and harmful to my psychological and emotional health. Hawaii's business climate does not allow for differences to work to a greater end goal. It is very much about men controlling the women who have business interest. And, then the women here are petty and undermine each other due to jealousy and small mindedness. The men here have no respect, and most of the women here are bent into subservient Asian roles;- where even politicians are largely swayed to vote on bills by 'Cultural' preferences instead of American standards of equality and decency. I don't care to live in a state run by a Japanese-American 

180 days to go

July 22nd, 2013 at 8AM in the First District Court of Honolulu;- the ex-nuclear submarine engineer plead guilty to a charge of Harassment rather than waiting till July 24, 2013 for my appearance as a State witness in what HPD defied as "abuse."
This was the 4th very violent attack made on me by this young 26 year old man. Because of his security clearance, it seems that Hawaii and law enforcement have given him one year of leeway in all incidents that I have reported. This last incident involved me fighting for my life and for consciousness. And, he is a known drunk at bars and for being in fights.
The newly assigned Hawaii State prosecutor never contacted me regarding the case. She also refused to make time to discuss anything with me. Though this new prosecutor seems to be of Japanese descent, she also seems very biased against me as a 1st generation American who is of direct Japanese national descent. (I was advised of the hatred Japanese-Americans in Hawaii are veraciously against those of us who have a direct connection to Japan).
The public that has encountered and witnessed the attacks made on me by this Navy engineer put pressure on me in April 2012 to get a Temporary Restraining Order on the Navy Officer. The restraining order was granted in May 2012. The Navy engineer did many things in order to prevent the TRO from being known by his Commanding Officer. This included more than 6-8 months of his
behavior getting me thrown out of my apartments, having his fellow Navy Officers stalk me and take my phone, His damaging my working laptops and phones as well as many other personal belongings I had, and being verbally and mentally abusive to me for hours on end.
Hawaii State supports this behavior because of their need for men like him to feed their Hostess bar and Sex trade industries. It is a well known fact that the State encourages these men to absolute drunkeness so that they can collect more money in DUI's and other legal matters, as well as fining bars and their workers.  And, that the State supports "soft" sex slavery and human trafficking where women wind up stuck in Hawaii and the Law Enforcement does nothing to help protect women. In fact, over the course of the past 1 year and 4 months I have learned many TRO's are issued against officers of the Honolulu Police Department. Additionally, they target people flying into this island state through the forms that are required to be filled out on the plane (as if entering another country).
Furthermore, the network of Attorneys is not like the networks on the Mainland. It is in fact more exclusive as law firms and attorneys collaborate, organize, and manipulate their clients' legal conflicts of interest.  This is something that the local Courts overlook, as it is yet another way for this Island State to maintain some financial influx in this remote economy.
So, today, I broke down in tears because my previous lifestyle has been mostly decimated by the Military and Law enforcement community here in Hawaii. I have lost a tremendous amount of time, personal dignity, years of paid work, as well as my musical talent going to waste in this rotten and virtually un-cultured Island economy. I'm not certain as to how to re-establish my life, and on my own terms;- since this State of Hawaii has taken away the very things that made my life independent and respectable.
The only light is that;-  Hopefully, the Ex-nuclear engineer will be discharged from the Navy and the 12 or so nuclear submarine reactors will sit in Pearl Harbor and Hawaii's surrounding waters a bit safer.
