Fourth of July

As an isolated Asian-American, it's really difficult to go through life being a scapegoat. By isolated, I mean being the first one, being the only one in school or an activity to be present. Kids, and their parents literally used me when I was the lone asian-kid (HAPA) at school as the example for how to conduct discrimination, persecution, cause harm, get away with intentional physical harm and bullying, until they grew up as a community united against my family and killed my only living sibling during my lifetime and attacked me.

There was noone there for me. My Japanese mom, had already witnessed the murder of my sister - before I was born. I grew up knowing what she did to try and protect my life coming into this world full of haters. Haters, is that the correct word for people who are itrarily murdered my sister?

White people, get defensive because they literally feel it's their entitlement. To police and murder out of patriotic pride. So I have never had a sense of safety in the Mainland USA- ever.

And my brother's so-called friends- are also my enemies. They and my parents felt they own us, owned him. We were born into a horrible American community in Bucks County, PA. Actually the entire area was horrific for us we'll into our adulthood.

And the awareness of how awful these people are has never subsided. I mean, it's not paranoia that they openly laughed about hurting my brother after his memorial service- all in an attempt to spark my rage.  So today I am looking at 4 generations of Americans who deliberately violated my human rights and civil rights as a collective American force. And that is their law, their America. 

They will never be friends, all of them are closer to Freddy Krueger than cringy most days of the week.

Yet they walk freely and complain about their civil rights being violated. These Ugly Americans are seen overseas as tourists searching for food and drinks. But I have had enough of them for nearly a half decade.

America is a downer. They killed my family.

They, yes, I use they. They said I became even less American when they wrote the Patriot Act. And they ripped my life and soul to shreds, deliberately. 

I was born to a foreign national mother. And I never wanted to remain in the USA as a child. I was treated well in Japan. I had friends there for a short time, it was safe for me, I was happy there as awkward as I was as a haafu-nisei. It was a short dream I got to live of the entirety of my life.

America is a slow death sentence. There is nothing fascinating about the childish and hurtful people that comprise it. Or the activists who focus on saving animals over human lives as a way to cope with the entire horrific situation. Most activists and volunteers acknowledge the dangers of working with people. Victims can cause personal losses, and so can their attackers.

It's never over. It's no wonder other nations jail both victims and assailants. 

Maybe the USA has changed and will start jailing and imprisoning victims to uphold the former criminals who now run most local government bodies.

Who knows.

But the America that had a glimmer of hope, is long gone for me.

The Americans I have met throughout my life, are proud of being racists, pedophiles, human traffickers, child abusers, drug traffickers, gun runners, pimps, hustlers, and unpunished organized crime. They take delight in their successes and threaten lawsuits of slander throughout the course of their conspiracies and actions.

Their behavior is converse to the strict actual guidelines of having an international family members of Japan and the USA being able and unthreatened in keeping travel and family communications intact. 

I strongly believe that what the Americans have done to me and to my immediate family members throughout my life is a form of torture. 

Since 2016-2017, I became aware of a loosely organized civil rights movement of "targeted individuals". The documents that are requested are very time consuming, and emotionally, psychologically, financially, and socially draining. These documents are to gather information about a "torture" program conducted by the CIA and a long list of USA state actors. 

In many cases, other Americans are apt to attack those who identify as victims of CIA targeting as a form of collective democratic retaliation to coverup state run torture.

Most of the Americans, disregard their laws as a form of social participation and trust. Financially, their actions are beneficial and these state actors live near flawless lives, with and without court battles or accidents.

Their favorite targets are citizens from foreign nations and their immediate family members. Obviously the wealthiest foreign nations are China and Japan. Families who retain connections to their homeland nations are targeted as sources of income for the US social elite- attorneys, local politicians, police, CIA, false flags, and "patsies" or martyrs groomed and stalked as scapegoats. It is an effective a form of hostage taking and torture where all international sensitivity is overlooked. The questionfinancial damages alone constitute terroristic threats to human rights  The religious persecution goes far beyond the tolerances of what has been publically disapproved of at Guantanamo Bay-- the infamous U.S. torture prison.

 However in local US laws that have a 10year statute of limitations , it might qualify as racketeering- or RICO Act Violations-- which include murder and influencing foreign officials.

This is the beginning of understanding how early RICO Act 1970, FisA 1978, and other Alien & Tort statues including Hostage taking, USCA 50, US Constitution Amendments (ie., 1,2,6,8) involving Due Process, were overlooked or violated. Enabled further byand DoD 5240.1R (08/1986) surveillance manual used widely by US Intel and branches of the armed forces and CIA laws and procedures that allowed for microwave signals, exotic signals, slander of the surveillance subjects, degredation of life, and non-consensual human experimentation of adults and children. It evolved into Patriot Act, Freedom Act, and the domestic US Citizen focused "Targeted Individual" program that widely includes US Open source intelligence, across the planet. These programs are linked congruently with US intelligence offices, Kindle, and Amazon locations. And there is little to no opposition of these outright violations of human rights in any international court against the United States of America. 

It's as if every American Government official, employee, defense contractors and employees since is laughing at those of us who are pushed out of their culture. Yet this movement was brought to light by the same perpetrators of the human rights violations since at least the 1960s. It only became a problem when the slippery slope reached the wallets of the government officials who started the gradation of the slippery slope. And now that it does involve many more Americans, those of us who have foreign concerns and are 1st generation Americans are being pushed out of the way and silenced from within this "global civil rights" movement. And no, not a single one of these Government whistleblowers and their popular following will allow any 1st generation American to lead. At least not for very long without gaining refined human behavioral test data of the torture back to the CIA researchers.

And the research involved in my case detracts from the quality of my life and health by an upcoming 5th decade. This is an outrage for me to understand so in depth.  

USA's targeting of relatives to foreign officials

Over the past half decade, the turbulence in my life has become very clearly linked to USA intelligence efforts.

While the locals and daily normies find it amusing and find ways to dismiss their involvement in real politics;- my reality is very political and very real. And it doesn't mean that the Japanese stork found me born in outer space and brought me to the USA devoid of having Japanese family and relatives, including my silenced and shamed Issei mother. Just ask the SBA or Rep. Fitzpatrick's office for clarification on their trafficking stance.

The local yokel government officials and feds really do intend the rash of insults, even on an interpersonal level. They intend to try and force me into their trafficking networks, including US Military. And they have for decades to access the shipping lines only a select few relatives I have could manipulate. 

As a result, I live under constant yearly, quarterly, and monthly threats and unwelcome monitoring using a variety of non-consensual signals.

Today, I put my Bluetooth devices in an old microwave. And am innundated with outside frequency attacks and cyber ops to decomission my life in this body. 

So, I hope to finish my international communication against the USA. I understand that nearly 50years of being subject to persecution, cruel and unusual punishment, and state torture by the USA is too much. And I'm failing myself due to the "doubling up" of current attacks as retaliation for documenting decades old attacks on me and my deceased and disabled family members. The USA didn't want a biological line of people to survive my Japanese issei mother. And so, in international forms of torture- I must consider that the USA allowed her to give birth to me, to possibly torture her and affect my foreign official relatives. So in essence, I was and am a human born for slaughter. And that is a crime against humanity by the USA.

As my USAF w6 (OSI) veteran father used to say to me as a young child "Try to find somebody who loves you."  And today those words make sense against a backdrop of the definitions of torture.

International familial diplomacy is no longer a ‘welcome’ freedom in the USA. The emergence of a Department of Defense surveillance manual, active since the 1980s, is only one of the horrendous tortures modern USA persecution has to offer. The lives of many 1st generation Americans who legally immigrated and for those connected – born in the USA to one US military parent – have changed drastically since 2001. For the American relatives of ‘foreign official’ families affiliated abroad in ally nations such as Japan;- the USA’s been about as friendly as ‘vegan friendly’ is in a Hawaii steakhouse.   

Or as Japanese-American friendly as an Abomb terrorist nation, the USA can be to a new generation that existed to bridge informal diplomacy. 

Yes, there have been deaths, torture, and persecution. That is to say, over the past 50 years in addition to the targeted global hate crimes rally of Asian-American persecution and Asian persecution by former U.S. President Donald Trump.  Other state actors still find reasons to use the deaths against the family members as a form of blackmail and extortion –meaning the threat of unwarranted and arbitrary conviction of the family members looms overhead, while corrupt State Actors coordinate their narrative. Their slanderous accusations stand with congruency to the DoD 5240.1R manual. This Defense manual alerted and made an impact on the perception of the condoned violations of basic human rights since the 1980s.

One US Parent and One foreign national at the time of birth

Only a cutting-edge international legal challenge remains for some of us born in the USA to only 1 USA national parent at the time of our birth– to challenge the USA military’s involvement in a new-old form of human trafficking of foreign nationals and children through marriage and childbirth. And to purposely force many into the USA sex industry (albeit domestically legal with a huge slippery slope). It’s not only a form of entrapment, but a form of hostage-taking, and for some torture. A place where minority women from highly respected international families have been paraded at the typical USA meat markets, naked for the world to see America’s dominance.  A place where state-sanctioned rape is protected by impunity, corporate and state-funded birth control and abortions. Where ethnic minority women are told by  “Don’t be a statistic” as a threat to lowering our already low quality of living for non-compliance with the USA social methodology for ethnic subservience.

 A place where police and most Americans turn the blind eye so the other eye can get a better view of the torture and persecution. It’s a place where the Military man and his attorney have used the legal system to feign superiority by committing embezzlement and forced technical trafficking of their spouse and children. The America that changes swiftly based on mainstream media (MSM) alerting its public agents to attack minority groups to affect foreign policy – RICO ACT racketeering violations in plain view. And a place where men on public buses have talked about taking away a woman’s bed given as a gift after frequenting her multiple times. Capitalism became a form of politically tearing people and persecuting them in the United States. And it’s a silent battle that pushes souls to total destruction. 

Community abuse exists in small USA heritage towns like in Bucks County, PA seated near the Delaware River. It’s a place where the average American plays their fantasy of

There is barely a fine shroud between white supremacy and patriots. And other minorities gain a foothold by participating in persecuting and torturing descendants of USA’s only domestic adversary, Japanese-Americans. 

 It’s the dark side of the Patriot Act and the flip side to early FISA implementation in a world where the International Court of Justice doesn’t accept cases prior to1999 at its inception. And, a world where no one has heralded a tribunal to address the USA’s persecution of people and spread of racism and discrimination to leverage wars and defense sales.–  Being born to a foreign national who married a US military person;- it is why the ‘gray area’ or being technically stateless despite being barely ‘functional’ USA citizens exists. 

To tackle FISA surveillance and cyber-attacks issues with expertise, single-handedly as an ordinary citizen is an enormous task. Most US domestic family lawyers ignore all 

foreign or international laws in relation to US civil rights as common practice. Transnational normalization of human rights-related law is scant and insufficient for 

many individuals to find support within the United States. Tackling the international legal realm of cyber-attacks through satellite (space-based) and modern signals intelligence (SigInt) methods is nearly impossible to find for domestic issues.   

The pandemic shut many civilians out of business and safe employment that accommodates international business requirements and expectations. 

The Small Business Administration (SBA) employees have had their own agenda by refusing, stalking, and targeting Asian-American minorities to affect the supply chain with other locals. Their behavior is similar to how some Human Services benefits for 1st generation Americans and immigrants were denied, or lost by persecutory state actors

These typical patriots engage in widespread “not American enough” persecution amidst handing ICE paperwork to American-born jus soli and jus sanguinis Americans who had one military parent and one foreign parent. Recently, in late 2021 after contacting my senator’s office;- his office staff who decided not to understand what I said urged me to fill out an  N-600 form – a form for non-Americans who are not born in the USA to get citizenship– This is how icy cold local and state governments are today. They basically shout, “Don’t contact us, we’ll mess up your paperwork and your life” to those of us who would otherwise have opportunities to create peaceable international commerce from the USA.

While writing to the United Nations is “a last resort”, there are few if any remedies to correct and end the impunity and malfeasance by state actors. These state actors only need to drop an email to a state office or notary tag to delete our plates out of malice and get us killed at a traffic stop.

Why? One possibility is to sell our identities to private military contractors, traffickers, or others seeking a smooth entry to the USA and exit to our foreign nation. The money they are paid makes their private operations lucrative to anyone willing to take the job.

Many first-generation Americans are heavily targeted due to the FISA surveillance abuse. And, the types of FISA abuse vary in magnitude from text surveillance bots to full-on gang stalking and ambient backscatter communications inundating the auditory spectrum. Hostage-taking like this only gains federal prosecution when done to a foreign national or alien. Yet again, impunity and malfeasance stand in the way. What is commonly known as “The targeted individuals' program” acknowledges the foreign surveillance attribute through the Patriot Act 2001 pertaining to all 1st generation Americans. Some Japanese attorneys interpreted the law to insinuate a form of statelessness for Japanese-Americans born to only one parent who was a foreign national of Japan, in an early review of the Patriot Act of 2001.  It is a tactic used by US State Actors to coerce US extended family members of foreign officials–  brother and sister in-laws, grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

The United States on every level of its democratic government has demonstrated complete impunity, malfeasance, intentional destruction of security agreements and international treaties,  and denial of rule of law for many of its first-generation Americans over half a century. And the stories extend well before the Silent Generation.

 This impunity and malfeasance is practically synonymous with European terrorist cells and trickled down to the nuevo rich and their progressive political influencers. Intertwining functional impunity with foreign intelligence legal contortions that sides largely with white supremacy and or unite minorities who adopt Anti-Asian stances as a form of patriotism.

It’s easy for any of these typical Americans to destroy or install USA attorneys and manipulate USA laws. Their discriminatory actions and blatant persecution protected state actors who commit crimes of humanities. Sometimes, in some small communities where brotherhoods and cults seek to set precedents through their conspiracies– it is coupled with rather fast if not early enforcement of laws that officially, have not been signed into law. Whereas the court date for the enforcement of such anticipated laws will be effective.  The exact targeted actions, scenarios, are made in anticipation of

Hostage-taking like this only gains federal prosecution when done to a foreign national or alien. Yet again, impunity and malfeasance stand in the way. What is commonly known as “The targeted individuals' program” acknowledges the foreign surveillance attribute through the Patriot Act 2001 pertaining to all 1st generation Americans. Some Japanese attorneys interpreted the law to insinuate a form of statelessness for Japanese-Americans born to only

one parent who was a foreign national of Japan, in an early review of the Patriot Act of 2001. It is a tactic used by US State Actors to coerce US extended family

members of foreign officials–  brother and sister-in-laws, grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

The United States on every level of its democratic government has demonstrated complete impunity, malfeasance, intentional destruction of security agreements

and international treaties,  and denial of rule of law for many of its first-generation Americans over half a century. And the stories extend well before the Silent Generation.

 This impunity and malfeasance is practically synonymous with European terrorist cells and trickled down to the nuevo rich and their progressive political influencers.

Intertwining functional impunity with foreign intelligence legal contortions that sides largely with white supremacy and or unite minorities who adopt Anti-Asian

stances as a form of patriotism.

It’s easy for any of these typical Americans to destroy or install USA attorneys and manipulate USA laws. Their discriminatory actions and blatant persecution protected

state actors who commit crimes of humanities. Sometimes, in some small communities where brotherhoods and cults seek to set precedents through their conspiracies

– it is coupled with rather fast if not early enforcement of laws that officially, have not been signed into law. Whereas the court date for the enforcement of such

anticipated laws will be effective.  The exact targeted actions, scenarios, are made in anticipation of those court dates. And, the DoD manual 5240.1 of 1982

was all the justification many of them needed after the RICO Act was passed.

Last things to do with my music

Aside from Google, Facebook, and other Website providers making it nearly impossible for me to monetize or even gain employment online;- due to algorithms they designed to snuff out my life as a form of cybertorture... I'm at the end of my financial and career rope from the USA.  

The song project and making my own CD;-still hasn't happened. (list is at the bottom)  A lot of people criticize me, that is Pro musicians- for turning down gigs of typical music. Since I had other concerns in life due to my Japanese family business relationships and expectations to build a family of our own in the USA;- I decided long ago-- in music college days that I wouldn't revisit my elementary school days and play normal classical. I sincerely believed that there are tons of players for those pieces, and I had gotten very weary of the racism and attacks from playing accessible 'white people's music as a nisei and Hapa.   And, that my time was better spent on the more difficult contemporary music, writing and improvising my own music (though primarily instrumental), and avoiding the racist environment of the Professional Classical world.

I've found solace in leaving my positive childhood memories with my music. In childhood, I played Bach WTC1&2, the Suites, etc., and collections of work for the composer's musical vocabulary. And due to the ease of social criticism, novices, and intermediate players seeking monetary gain through snide, racist, and degrading comments;- I refrain from entertaining people -- as if I'm an emotionless jukebox they are entitled to verbally punch. 

 The parents from 2000-2005 who left my studio or who I refused to teach were racist and disrespectful of me- always claiming that 'my race' isn't a good role model for their white or African-American kids. This led me to near suicide in 2005, and an old partier friend introduced me to a 'life coach' who was/is an ON Broadway director at about $300/hr who coached me through the end of the school year so I could gracefully leave the 80person piano studio I had built up. It was a studio under the control of a Metropolitan Opera choral coach who moved to Bucks County. I took the teaching position after locals walked off with their students. But I was unaware of the situation, being fresh out of college and starved for a positive work experience after temping for 1 year in Florida after CIA/Feds dragged me there. The political scene was heavy and involved Japanese relatives calling to alert me to the US-JP security agreement breach by the Intel Community. So, the strained circumstances that left me stranded in Florida were part of a CIA false flag operation against Japan prior to 9-11. 

  I had over 400 parents to answer to, and they nearly killed me. Without health insurance- I paid for that out of pocket. That's what intense racism did to me after 9/11 over a 5 year period.  My last remaining dream, until 9/11 happened, was to go to the Pro Piano Competition. But, it got shut down. My old studio mate who was also an international judge;- for my crushed heart to show up at Bartok-Kabelevsky in 2001. But I knew I wasn't ready since I looked at the program in December 2000 and read through it. And then after several phone calls and unrelated rehearsal times, I went back to my Alma mater to practice up for it in 4 days before driving from Upstate NY to Virginia.

If I were an Ice Skater (which I'm not- only putting on skates 1x in my life for concern of a broken wrist or arm) it would be easier to understand. Why practice triple salchows all the time?  

 People knew I had trickled through lessons in my childhood from one of Eleanor Sokoloff's adult performing students who were a world-renowned Organist during my grade school years till early high school.  Honestly, I had a lot of artistic freedom and worked on my own a lot. Though I diverged with my own programs I learned alongside the 'prescribed' programs. And especially after I was told that they didn't like the politics of my Japanese family and my being American. So I was ASKED not to audition so the E. Nakajima could go through to Gary Graffman. She apparently wasn't an American-as I learned after many Japanese left the USA due to 9/11-- but as a kid, I didn't understand. I simply understood that these people wanted something more than a performer and my parents weren't good enough people. In adulthood, I learned the racist past of the Curtis Institute.  

There are those of us who are born mixed-race, and those of us also born to 2 different nations or more. Yet those who aren't actually mixed-race, and who don't actually live through life with our perspectives- they prey on our perspectives and sell it off easily as THEIR unique progressive perspective. Most of us know, our own parents don't understand our struggles. And we need each other to feel more understood.

The intensity of international intelligence of the classical music world really was made clear to me during my lessons with Dr. Andor Kiszely, a Hungarian and former double agent during WWII. I had attracted his interest at an audition where I played my own program. That program I hid from my 'Sokoloff connected Piano-Organ teacher'. And Dr. Kiszely invited me to his studio. I was shy and awkward because I wasn't used to 'being allowed to be 'smart' around other children- in group music lessons and at school. The kids typically would but into my answers in classes or complain to their parents that I was ugly for being 'brown' or Japanese.  But,  Dr. Kiszely's studio was positive for me.

 Almost all of the children in his studio were Asian girls. Girls who liked my brother, who was also a skateboarder and athlete, and ignored me. I still felt inferior to everyone because I wasn't 'ALL Asian'. Basically, it sucked. Being haafu, hapa in a place where I had only met one other Loving Day family that was Asian-American and Japanese-American. It's a place where I was never pretty, and girls made fun of me for not having a race. That was the GenX I grew up with. And in adulthood- men take advantage of the fact that I'm isolated yet walk away because of the embarrassment that my mom is a Japanese immigrant with broken English. There were so many days when my mom tried to help me only to be told that we are 'genetic garbage' by the Boomer generation of white piano teachers and their communities. My mom disassociated from me early on. And went so far as to gain acceptance for abusing me to prove to these white women in Bucks County and Philadelphia that I'm nothing to her. And, publically. Needless to say- my brother took his own beatings from the community.  The hoity-toity USA crowd of immigrants, green card constituents, and foreigners only saw us perform - after the tidal wave of abuse that mostly I endured.

Due to my artistry, my parents;- sunk in their wallet for a Yamaha Grand.  They took my brother with them to pick it up while I was in school. His words to me before I saw it when I walked in the door were to the effect of;- I feel for you, I know what's going to happen (meaning more abuse from the community and also through my parents). I was also made fun of for not having a German or NY Steinway. Looking back, things were so very tragically toxic for me. I kept a calendar for the day I graduated and wouldn't have to return to Quakertown, PA, and Pennsylvania. There was a plan that I wasn't to remain in the USA after my college graduation. And should go to Japan. But the Intel community destroyed that, so I remain here living at the brink of destruction by these horrible Americans. The good ones- they are practically non-existent in my life outside of Hawaii. They can say a prayer or something. Or maybe be there one day in my life to brighten it a bit;- but my life path was set for annihilation by the US intelligence community. (please see other APEC USA update) 

 And, the Bucks County and Philadelphia MTNA (Music Teachers National Association) community got more abusive all the way to the end of H.S. While they took credit for my ability to play piano, I did not exist as a human being. It was as if I was the 'trained monkey or dog' in a laboratory where they trained this mongrel of a sad thing to be human. And it hurts to this day as the remaining Silent Gen, Boomers, and GenX who participated in that convo now have grandkids to bring up on their mental fodder.  I had to accompany the H.S. chorus and everyone was upset I was playing the Battle Hymn of the Republic after singing with madrigals for the Baccalaureate Ceremony of my graduating class. And I mean it upset nearly the entire high school- minus a few brave souls who weren't taunted and embarrassed out of being around me. Some of those people were two-faced white supremacists trying to drag me to a worse fate being accessible to their church-approved neo-Nazi skinhead parties. But these things are tough to see until you get a year or so into a friendship of  'play dates'. 

 Basically, as I attended Alateen in High School, I learned to call myself a scapegoat for my parents and take the blame for any shortcomings for the people around me. In high school, I even got detention because I was the mud who made the school bus late-- it wouldn't have been late if they didn't have to pick me up. That was the Quakertown, PA community where I grew up. And in 2021, I reported some of the more heinous acts of racism and human rights violations to the DOJ to no avail. The Anti-Asian hate crimes reporting system wasn't in place to save my brother's life as he entered adulthood. Nor was it there to save my sister's life. And essentially, they confirm and condone the hate crimes from my perspective. 

Though for solo piano lessons after the group class from Dr. Kiszely and old friend of Zoltan Kodály;- I lived for those lessons. I paid for them by teaching lessons. And I only taught enough lessons to earn the money for the $110/hr I needed to pay Dr. Kiszely each week. Back then I charged about $14 for a lesson. Fairly cheap compared to adult teachers who didn't perform at all. My little old car- since my mom didn't want to drive me, it was more humiliating to drive and park in the Mainline posh district than in the early 1990s where Porsche 911s were the standard vehicle. But I took on the humiliation as a 15year old who needed to polish up music for Music school auditions.

  Dr. Kisely got me to sound like Pollini playing my Ballades. My brother, he had the Polonaises. Yes- to compete we had to read through the entire book. Etudes, Preludes, Waltzed as part of practice daily. But had only 1 piece for the competition to polish. 

Things to go on it-- Right now, I only have 3 completed works. 1. live performance of Circus Blues; And a random smattering of ideas. This, believe it or not, is a lot more than what I'd thought I might have at this point. In music school, Alban Berg's work was a point of fascination. His entire catalog is on 1 CD. So, as a mixed-race Japanese-American genXer and product of a Silent Generation Loving Day marriage that wasn't accepted by the shitty Americans;- I think this is a lot of music. And the bulk of it was done in Hawaii.

1. maybe 1 or 2 classical pieces from my piano competition days & my Kabalevsky.Sonata- or Piazzola Grand Tango Excerpts and Leviev's Sonata with Violin recording. Things I want to do: A piece from the 2nd Viennese School for piano and voice.

2. Photo in my Mind: my original spiritual song 'with piano accompaniment recorded properly with multiple voices- group singing. And, write out a solo score for the solo version.

3. Rainbow Heaven: anon. mixed-folk song about liberating animals - needs instrumentals with 1. jig, 2. steeldrums

4. Circus Blues: A better recording of my "Circus Blues" piano solo background with improv created for the Wonder Circus show 2011/2012. - long project is a 32 -35 page midi score I made to refine. Will take a few weeks. 

5. Other songs? -- still wanting to write a CD. Though this situation I'm in doesn't lend itself to audible work. Without a workstation,  

Need- voice practice. And rehearsal space to do so more than a couple times a month. That's what adult life looks like these days. And- no piano students means no income. 

Hawaii State intended to harm me.

The flagrant abuse or torture of my family in the USA has been an issue for my Japanese National relatives in Japan for quute some time. Hawaii has many Japanese who like to harm me & claim that the Steel industry of Japan  had nothing to do with Hiroshima & Nagasaki being bombed. They basically try to  add harm & give depth to the USA attacks that they approve of by their outright acts of sexual harassment, community abuse & other instances against me. This is despite my Aunt who uses our abuse & deaths as her neices and nephew as justification of being anti-USA. 
This example which is sadly very real has torn me apart to no end over the past few years. I tried to contain it, however the huge disgrace Hawaii has caused internationally is not my choice and is not in my ability to fight alone. Regardless of my family's international relations.
So to be fair, and before I am forced suicided by anyone in Hawaii I am posting this traumatic story.

I had no choice but to file a Human Rights Complaint to leave a minor paper trail to denote the death threats from two millionaires of 4 different agents directed at me at the time. The collective actions of
Hawaii State & it's security/law enforcement, Liquor Commission, & Korean Israeli business woman had crossed way beyond a simple minor violation of my human rights. They not only threatened my life, but coerced & paid for the abortion of a child I was carrying near the 12th week.
It was not only painful, but I was also further abused.
The Human Rights commission in Honolulu switched investigators, never really interviewed me either and I assumed took a payoff from those being directly investigated.
This did involve:- A male Hawaii Business owner and ATF/HPD agent who later claimed he was looking for a big drug dealer in NY. This had Nothing to do with me, especially since I had left NY State 4years before my encounter with this HPD Nacotics agent. Also, a female Korean- Israeli Strip Club and Church owner who was known to run a full sting operation at her club. And outside, a male former personal assistant to Johnny Depp as well as another ex Federal agent of some branch I cannot mention.
The other male apparently had gone to rehab and reappeared months later giving a spoken visual facial recognition tour of Honolulu to some MS-13 looking tattooed friend of his from the rehab.

Psychotronic Channels Unconsensual Testing in Ithaca, NY

End 2007-2008 i was tested over a period of 2-3 months. This time, with sheer data - images mostly and a bandwidth, and some 3 channels. Synthetic telepathy or data flow or v2k? Doubtful.... when they send a huge information Surplus to your brain and it's from digital sources electronic sources. I did not have a normal time frame to react to the images and information they came in so fast like a flood. What I mean by react, so when you see picture of a cat you have a certain emotion of happy, cute, fuzzy feeling. You know, good feelings. When i see pictures of war, I ee the continued grotesqueness of it. When I see a wedding I perceive the happiness of it.

When they started to inundate me with all of the political imagery, and other than just political imagery i'll say additional imagery and information flow &  I am  not used to it, I  had to find a way to manage it. And, for me it was very painful and it was why I was given heavy sedatives that were said to be able to rebalance me so when I woke up I would be rebalanced. The invega for the extreme situation where I could not come out of it on my own meaning I couldn't recover mentally I was some point shaking very disturbed from just the sheer amount of data coming in. And when I took the invega it made things very clear I was able to compartmentalize the information overnight with those sleeping pills.  I need like 5 or 6 hours of sleep in order to learn from whatever information I  receive. So,  imagine cramming for a normal test final exam will magnify by about 30 or 50x that easily. And that's what it was like for me with  a data flow weapon scalar beam v2K. Whatever it is flowing through my head and they're just sending data or information

I found a way to manage it with th heavy & fast working sedatives (preferred)  and about 5 Invega over a 2-3month time frame that was limited in quantity, & no refills for the prescription. I was involuntarily committed for being assaulted by an acquaintence & released Christmas Eve.

I was tortured in Quakertown, Pennsylvania

I & My Brother were bilingual growing up. I was forced to stop speaking Japanese and beaten in Elementary school, as well as sent to "speech" therapy because they didn't know if Japanese was a language or if I was making it up. They abused my mother in this way. My father ripped the phone out of my hands and spanked me with a leather belt until I learned not to talk to my Obasan . grandmother anymore. My mother got some Japanese schoolbooks for us and hid them, in fear of my father reprimanding s all for speaking Japanese in the house. It was one of my first languages. A trauma they induced one day was by confiscating everything Japanese that I loved from my room and beating me for having Japanese story books. They didn't even let me keep my favorite bedtime stories. They initially said it was because they were going to make money off of this story of mine by beating me and hurting me and told me I should be dead by the time I was 21. This was the same period my parents friends & my god parents told me they took pot bets to see if I would live. I became suicidal from the intense daily physical abuse from elementary school, church, other activities, as well as home life. I was not just punished at home. I was humiliated and tortured in front of my classmates in elementary school regularly. Initially it seemed like it was because I was brown from playing outside in the summers. However, the kids in elementary school were given instructions from their parents to hurt me verbally and physically because I am a person of Japanese descent. I had "fake" friends, but gave up on friendships because I found out that most kids would be my friend so other groups of kids would hurt me. Frequently I was gang beaten by other girls at elementary school with the Teachers standing within 15-25 feet away watching. The teachers near punished or stopped the other white children from harming me. 

This torture over my ability to speak Japanese went on through High School. The contorted white principals of the schools I attended frequently were the perpetrators of hurting me. They humiliated me regularly in school because I am  Japanese. They even put me in a class where the racist professors were so abusive because I am not caucasian. These were Elementary, Middle School, and High school instructors of Caucasian descent. They said I was too stupid to learn Japanese frequently and punished me in front of very white supremacist kids to put me down. I was frequently depressed and did not like to speak with anyone at my high school. If i didn't get some sort of favor with the white supremacist kids I was hurt physically  even more than just being verbally humiliated on a daily basis. I was forced to tolerate being harmed daily. The only thing I had a little control over was
I tried to get help from other "Human rights groups & Justice groups" but they refused to help me because I am not white or black/ African american. They made it clear rights were not for me and I am just a mutt/ a mudd to them. Even the African-Americans were abusive this way to me. They all liked to hurt us because that gave them common ground to relate on some level that wasn't their personal issues.  My friends were usually kids from big cities with parents who decided they did not like the school district. So, they were there only a short while.

I think that it is more polite for me to say to someone, "you aren't my species". After all, if I were to say, "...because you are inbred" is not something that is recognized without severe denial.
There is truth to both.

There is a mentality that is tired for the 21st century.
It is the mentality of people who have it easy in the States and do not know about Asia, or Japan aside from their war experiences and handed down stories. I have met some other Halvsie// hafu people who have the same experience that I have had. It is the complete rejection of Japanese culture and/or mindset and the farce that they create by saying that Japanese is not a language, that Japanese people are all bad, that people from Japan are all crazy as well as Japanese related kin. Here on the east coast, there are pockets of small town people who still try to shove their small town view upon people of Japanese descent. They particularly hate buddhism and related people; put up a front of "cultural & racial acceptance" when in the trenches here in the working world those same people are doing everything in their power to harm people of Japanese descent.

I think that this happens frequently in small towns because the people are afraid about money issues. So afraid to pay someone who wants to visit their Japanese family, or create a positive environment. Once the racial threshold is crossed partway by those of us who are Haafu, Americans seem to think they can slander and berate our Japanese heritage without having any offense taken. Or, they're just playing dumb racist. I'm not sure which it is. Though it's an amazing array of split personalities that the racist offenders put up so that they can pretend they're understanding.

One story I heard from CT is that they're trying to declare someone who is Buddhist as "clinically insane". This person happens to have an older child in her custody as well. I have experienced the same type of intolerant attitude from people in my community. These are the same people who host Asian exchange students and then throw them out on the street for not being Christian. The same type of people who allow their children to play military torture with their adopted Asian children while these wars and negotiations are taking place. It's not right.

There are better attitudes and efforts towards multi-cultural understanding. My father was in the U.S. military and my grandfather, and great grandfather, as well as uncles. My mother is from Japan, and though things aren't perfect there is still a higher level of cultural understanding and acceptance.
