1. United Nations POLICING: Make violations especially against women (of Asian descent) connected to larger EX-IM punishable as Attempted murder charge rather than local police categorization of common domestic violence incidents.

And USA has created easy fail financial systems in event of such personal tragedy.

Hawaii security Issues
The Hawaii community, including individuals who may be regular salaried or hourly employees at DoE, Homeland Security, Federal agents, and US Military;- have been harassing and coercing me into positions that they think are detrimental to EX-IM with outside countries. In my opinion these individuals are working to undermine overall USA security. And, they deliberately endanger my life.
They have taken actions to "cover up" abducting me as well as what would be normally perceived as attempted murder charges due to the existence of the art called "martial arts". I feel this is inappropriate for the well bein of the USA, and that no art form in security or combatives, legal or illegal, is beneficial to peaceable international trade and security agreements.

The Caucasian security dillemma
Disclaimer: I was raised in a very objective household. That is Being that there is no time for lawsuits and the USA attorneys are incompetent to handle the multiple attacks made against me as a lucid family member of the Japanese Imperial Security House. It also came with a duty to kill myself when things are so bad for me in The USA. My family never estimated a good outcome since USA prefers to do business with Japanese gangsters. This has held true with the death of my brother and sister. I still do not feel that a suicide on American soil is meaningful. Though, life here is not meaningful either as I can only witness those around me & their attitudes. I do not expect my life to continue much longer in Hawaii and it is why I write this.
The point was that regardless of my 2 born blood nationalities, I had to learn to live with the surrounding community. That meant attending the churches they attended and making some, minimal friends due to the heavy racism and hatred of Japanese people I experienced. I went to school in a small town, for the American school year in a town that had helped hide the Liberty Bell that is a United States icon.
United States Citizens do not identify citizenship by blood;- rather, they identify by land, because they are American and want more land in other countries.
United States Citizens do not have respect for people, like me, who are born with an American parent and on USA soil especially while living on land that was in the American family for 3 generations.
This is not about Hawaii, which is a special case due to higher rate of the Asian-descent minorities who are 3rd and 4th generation Americans.
So, Americans have little exposure to multiple religions in Church, public school, or in any religious or World Cultures class. The amount of misinformation is huge and stagnates because Americans are rewarded by laziness and being easily controlled. This is why many of the Hate crimes that occur go unreported (also due to racially and nationally biased police forces). The hate crimes only insure that the old Caucasian cultural norms are maintained in the USA. Aside from US businessmen and military members hiring hookers, prostitutes of varying levels of intimacy, and "saving money" by shopping in other nations;- there is not much to be liked about mainstream USA men and the women who uphold and enable them generation after generation. The Caucasian American women as I have learned, teach their children to harm other girls who are not Caucasian as a method of promoting Caucasian hate crimes. Legally, the Caucasian hate families loose less by having a child do this because 1. they are supported by the rest of the Caucasian majority community and 2. even if anyone chose to tell them its wrong, a delinquent child would have less of a sentence than the parent.
Modern America still thinks INTER-RACIAL people aren't appropriate role models.
I have met many inter-racial (IR) couples who have fled cities like Philadelphia and their smaller hometowns in various states due to mass culture enforcing hate crimes on IR families. Many IR couples flee to New York City. So, this tells me that there are additional issues within the African-American community. A community that I have minimal interaction with because they have constantly expressed to me that they don't see me,
a half-Japanese woman as an appropriate role model when I was a Piano instructor at a Conservatory. The other reason being they send very large black men at me towering over 6' to try and force me into prostitution in the USA. I have had some African-American friends whose presence has allowed me to have some protection from this.
Donald Trump is like a maddened Diva or Buddha of some sense. What I have seen of his speech and behavior is in part a representation of different USA domestic mindsets from many different levels. He has been outspoken. He is only one person;- of the millions who have different facets and mindsets that he has portrayed in various speeches.
Another issue, is that people act offended if I choose not to respond to them in public. Typically they start by asking questions that are too personal to me and have security issues attached to them. They ask where I'm from, where I live, what part of the Island;- all of which have resulted in a barrage of thefts over the 7 years in Oahu;- not including numerous issues of Caucasian people stealing everything down to my college textbooks, music on CD's, and anything I needed for daily use such as shampoo and makeup when I was attending Ithaca College for Music.
From my point of view, most USA caucasian men are rapists and the women are enablers. Because they have a high opinion of themselves they mentally shield themselves from the fact that I do not even have a friendship with them. At Ithaca College, I was asked to be a speaker for a women's event for survivors of sexual assault on campus. "Loving and Surviving" had many posters up with speaker and contributor names. At that point I had survived over 26 on campus mandatory dormitory sexual assaults that the private college effectively hid from outside police enforcement. The president JJ Whalen was known for slandering Japanese women as even Professor Miecowski and his Japanese wife filed a lawsuit against the President for slander at a professional event. I was unable to retain an attorney because the attorneys viewed me as a worthless minority in their social sphere and still a Japanese and USA citizen at the time before the Patriot Act.
I was 17 when I entered college, and had to beg to have a new dormitory that was not Co-ed. I was sexually assaulted many times before I turned 18 at Ithaca College. I was dragged by my hair across the boys side floor, dragged by my feet sometimes. One of my assailants was from Hawaii and told me i look like the scum he grew up with so I deserve it. Sometimes, my older roommates would just let guys in the room when I was trying to sleep. I was failing my 1st semester on Academic probation and begged my father to let me leave by the 1st fall break at the College. I was supposed to be one of the top 3 students at the Music School.

Some things I've found by wearing different "sacred" amulets and pendants is that the knowledge that most Americans or other people actually have is low.
I'm just adding this confirmation bias experience since I've noticed people's reactions. I change my pendants depending on meditations I've experienced. And, that Caucasian people on the Earth have attempted to attach negative attributed to Buddhist symbology. This is a security topic for the Japan Olympics especially.

Double Dorje/Dorche (Buddhist) vs. Iron Nazi Cross
For about 6 months in Honolulu, I wore a double dorje/dorche that I purchased at a Tibetan store in Honolulu. There were some and very few Buddhists who commented on the pendant, 2-3 people who knew what it is and only 1 person who said, "Buddhist monks wear those." Most particulary Caucasian Americans who decided to comment on the pendant either said, "I like that." or more frequently about 95% asked, "Is that an Iron Cross? in reference to Nazi Germany." The other thing was that foreigners tended to ignore commenting on it, even Buddhist monks who saw me wearing it.
The interesting thing about wearing the Double Dorche, which is a Buddhist representation of a weapon to destroy evil in all directions;- this amulet was that it was the only one people did not grab while around my neck. The other amulets I wore were frequently grabbed by people before any conversation was made.

I started wearing the Cartouche with some chosen Heiroglyphics I liked on the back.
Since I received it, only 2 people have volunteered knowledge that they know it's a cartouche. And, those two people also seemed to have great admiration for the Ancient Egyptian culture. Both knew the Dog god Annubis. Everyone else asks what it is, and it seems less "likeable" on the Island.

Even the Israelis didn't quite know what this was. And, they were the most guilty of being a total stranger to me and grabbing the pendant.
It seems most people on the Island of Oahu like this amulet, I wore it for longer than 6 months. The Israelis recognize the Star from their Israeli flag.
Others just assumed that I am Jewish for wearing the star.
I also attended 3 days of Comicon, due to Deadpool Creator & Stan Lee, in Honolulu with the Holy Table on. The one day I dressed conservative. Another day I wore something more generic with a Femme Fatale shirt on, a olive drab short beach skort from a transient friend, with red tights & tall wedges. I listened to a second day of Deadpool's creator speaking. That day, people stopping me and asking me "who/character" I am and lots of grabbing at the pendant. One last day, I wore it with a Spiderman T-shirt on. Though more concerned with getting to hear Stan Lee speak.

USA Security Measures Failed
The United States of America prohibited my American identity from having any indication of Asian nationality. This posed a huge problem once the Patriot Act was implemented. Those who are more racist, as we know now with the racially charged speeches of presidential candidate Donald Trump. The immediate issue that was caused was those outside our small and very racist caucasian community of 3000 people accusing my brother and I of being terrorists.
This is despite attending elementary school, middle school, and high school in our other Home country of the United States.
They killed my brother in conjunction with the publication of photos of murdered terrorists in the Gentleman's Quarterly magazine in 2005. My life was constantly threatened, attacked, abducted, and assaulted by police as well as federal agents in Pennsylvania. I left and found some refuge in Ithaca, NY until I was told they tried to burn down my newly started piano studio. They missed and burned down the Ithaca Ballet Studio that was in the adjacent building.

Racism: USA dual citizen passports
Since the USA has many internal domestic issues with national origins discrimination and racism;- they plan to make new USA passports that are different to show dual and multiple citizen ships of its citizens travelling abroad.
It's supposed to be an "information quest" to target multinational citizens in business and who have political families.

I am very concerned. I need help to leave Hawaii safely.
So, I'm learning from ex-US military who was involved with Yamaguchi-gumi Inakawa-Kai that Hawaii syndicate runs the Hawaiian shipyards and docks and also vice in Chinatown. I don't know how outdated the story is.
However, it's getting unbearably uncomfortable for me to try and remain in Hawaii, I was told they are patched in with the Chinese and Vietnamese communities;- stuff I just speculated before. So, it feels like death is breathing down my neck after yesterday. I'm not ok with this Hawaii State anymore. It's too stressful and I hate.
They try to kill my relatives In Japan who already do international trade;- and they have decimated any hope of me having a secure life in Hawaii and USA now.

Military Navy Officers & Export-Import
Being that I am supposed to represent the USA for Export-Import the "Stay away" warning I received was put to me as a Matter of International Business & PR. The effects are showing up with this year's presidential candidates (particularly Donald Trump's negativity). Last year I was informed during the Confederate flag upheaval;- to stay away from most of the caucasian Officers. They have the potential with their clearances to create additional international upset. There was a high percentage of them who kept Confederate flags in their quarters/ apartments/homes on military base housing. Though none of those who I knew at the time had any on display, I stayed away to minimize any risk associated with that additional domestic/internal USA issue.
I don't know that much has improved though in both the Hawaii Civilian community and the Hawaii Military community. As my own research indicates;- there are too many Trumpites on island for me to have much reasonable safety after the past 2.5 months of [Red Alert personal security.
I am a civilian, and I am a private citizen. I am looking at over $900k for initial startup funds that should come from a legitimate and non-military interest in Export-Import for the USA.
I don't know that much has improved though in both the Hawaii Civilian community and the Hawaii Military community. As my own research indicates;- there are too many Trumpites on island for me to have much reasonable safety after the past 2.5 months of [Red Alert personal security.

Another intimidation note someone left in my car
" A Japanese Representative informed me the mat Honolulu police are known for assaulting, stalking, and intimidating normal Japanese women. A Samoan tracker singles out Japanese women and tracks their phone movement."
Along with the onslaught of people who approached me last week;- someone seems to have broken into my car,-- AGAIN-- in past 2days, and left this pen from one of Honolulu's well know criminal defense attorney offices. I've heard they pay the prosecutor off to call a burner number instead of whoever is to testify against their client(s).
Take for example:- my car glovebox replaced with used unmatchable one (appx$300) and broken doorpanel (over $700 to replace used).The intrusions and destruction of my car are unacceptable. Costing me money continuously. HPD cars were on the street when I discovered the passenger side ripped apart near diamond head in waikiki. The past month someone stole fuses out of fuse box and switched remainder, also the key lock spins in circles as the breakins were probably from a knife or screwdriver jammed in door lock. I'm not allowed to have a new car for same reasons of financial damage and intimidation by Hawaii terrorists or activists. Someone suggested on a positive note;- maybe they were checking for a bomb someone left for me.
I've learned not to ask HPD for assistance as one Tongan, Honolulu Police Department cop grabbed me by the back of the neck off duty and threatened to kill me. A Japanese Representative informed me the mat Honolulu police are known for assaulting, stalking, and intimidating normal Japanese women. No help here in Hawaii State.

my Personal Security- Hawaii
There are so many people in the "Security" industry. Those I have met follow an American style way of getting paid. First they all collaborate to cause a security problem. For me, this includes #1 their hacking and monitoring my phone :- despite my having to let anyone know my schedule and whereabouts due to terrorist threats. It is a National security issue;- and largely depends on the maturity of those who participate. Most security personnel or representatives consider creating international incidents their "Power".
So far those who have interfered with my life and well being and on my official shit list include: Personal& Corporate Security Contractors for firms competing with the Takenaka Corporation, Honolulu Police Department since 2009, Hawaii State based Feds since 2009, Secret Services in Hawaii since 2009, Yamaguchi Gumi since 2004, Al-Quaeda since 2004, NY Yakuza since 2003, IRA Supporters and members in Massachusetts - Pennsylvania Since 2006, USA Domestic White Supremacists groups since 1977, Rosicrucian - since childhood threatened to shoot me with a shotgun. All of the above along with their potential& new recruits have been life threatening to me.

bTw: my Sunday the 17th of April
So, I failed to mention prior to chatting it up with a Filipino banker with US military rank...that a "Yamaguchi-gumi a--kawa Kai" name was tossed at me:- if my relatives know him @ Hawaii here. The name was Roy G. Sasakawa? Not sure if I got it right. Everyone is outwardly being on the friendly side so far, I think. That was all on Sunday though.
I know everyone's astonished I'm still alive. Not in good or great condition considering what is expected of me. It's like APEC, I got there. It took a phenomenal amount of energy to walk in that 1day. Just 1 day of my life I made it to.

Feeling sick- day 4/5
My pillow, just had something snap in it like a rubberband through layers. Then the radical thought that it's a capsule full of a chemical raced through my mind.
I ordered a pizza and the options I selected on my phone did my process in their system before I was charged ( Not registered through system=selected thin crust and spinach) Since I've been sick to my stomach lately- stress likely & trying to eat regular foods;-
When the pizza arrived I went downstairs. This place doesn't have cameras like the Super 8 where I stayed and burned through my savings to stay alive from Pennsylvania based white supremacist/IRA/KKK/& Cheneyites trying to kill me since my brother's messy and tragic death.
So, I got pizza in the lobby. No key card to the parking level. Got something from my car. Got in elevator @ parking level...didn't need key card as people in elevator already. There is entry from street into parking garage. Got to my floor and 2 large people got out 1st. One guy randomly got in elevator still going up. (No keycard needed). Seems a lot different than normal place. I looked out my door before the pizza and all was quiet. Coincidence? Probably. Paranoid, I am.

New Death Threat-
Today I got a verbal death threat from someone dressed as a Military personnel, in Camo.
They told me they'll kill me just to make sure Japan is on the US side.
Security Agreements like this, after my Ex USAF OSI father called me & told me he has hated me since I was born yesterday. Apparently;- The USAF had some other intention when they brought my mother to the USA (or as my mom's sister claims:- USAF trafficked my mother to the USA.)
At Valkenburgh Rd. near Pearl Harbor, I don't take this as a good start to April Fool's day
