FREELANCER Life on Oahu

I have to be thankful for the Hawaiians, especially Da Hui & some kamaaina, even if I don't agree 💯. They know the water culture & the sea inhabitants best. They also are lifeguards. They set the playing field fair enough for everyone's safety.
Surfboards are dangerous in the strong currents of Oahu. What I saw & experienced at the North Shore is that the Pro & local surfers are fair. Tourists & dreamers avoiding serious mainland responsibility aren't fair. Hawaii is Asia Pacific crossroad to the "freedom" the USA offers. That's a new concept to Chinese tourists & others who don't live in democracies. However, for USA demographic that focuses on dragging Asia- Pacific minorities into financial destitute;-  Oahu, and Hawaii State needs a system for local businesses and kamaaina freelancers to get paid. Too many tourists, foreign & US Domestic residents do charge backs on their vacations, services & food, once they leave. It's created a poverty and level of crime, violence in Hawaii that State residents cannot afford. I think that's the state's responsibility. The overall attitude of those people & the large banks is that their credit card users don't need to pay, and many locals are thiefs. Hawaii State could easily set up an app & vacation log that tracks tourists' vacations & itemizes each purchase, service, meal, and activity. They should have to verify & clear every item before leaving the island. Or, the easy way out is to make tourists purchase Hawaii dollars printed money & have a debit load system to a card, making them exchange money for local Hawaii money that stores & services accept. It would help reduce crime local businesses endure and also create leftover investment for keiki or other needs of the local community. It's wouldn't be easy, however reduce the rip-off rate by those tourists which adds up to impact local business owners in a bad way.

Leave Hawaii;- Considerations.

Leaving Hawaii for the Fall was a decision I made, not out of convenience;-
There is a dramatic increase in crimes & violent crime all over Oahu.
There are many of us, Hawaii State Residents, Kamaaina who have parents and relatives on the mainland USA. However, when these incidents of crime occur that involve us;- the State Law does not allow (victims) to leave if the State Prosecutes a criminal. This is an unfair, Unconstitutional, practice in our eyes.

I have already lost years of my life, professional career to having to work in hospitality and remain on Oahu. I was afraid, to even go into Honolulu my last weeks in order to avoid being the target of more theft (which i also didn't report for the same reason) & random violence that has increased.

I think, in hindsight, due to the process, many people on island leave crimes unreported in order to keep the option of Leaving Hawaii state open. And, since the police make biased decisions that the crime has actually increased.

So, in leaving Hawaii;-
I learned many things from my own hypothesis.
When my plane was late & delayed by 5 hrs & also rebooked to get to the East Coast  30 hrs after arriving for Airport Checkin;-
I realized that flights out of Hawaii originate from many areas Japan, Alaska, California that may be affected by natural disaster (due to increased earthquake & volcano activity). So, the increased earth activity will also impede any type of evacuation of Hawaii.
The number I heard in June was that 9 people  (permanent residents) leave Hawaii a day.
Also, I booked a flight in between 2 hurricanes. So even our very foggy landing in Boston was approached again.

I left Hawaii with very inconvenient circumstances that don't allow me to settle on East Coast now at a level where I can have respect. So, I have tried to do my best here. I'm praying alot and asking for a path so I can move forward. I decided I need to move to a place where I can use public transportation too. I don't have any understanding partner who can assist me so I am very grateful for the financial support of my friends.

Oahu UFO SIGHTING Jan 26, 2018

My personal account of a Hawaii sighting of a UFO on a Friday night.

A.M.Kneale
Saturday 27th, 2018 - 383 words UFO SIGHTING: Mililani Tech Park, Hawaii

So yesterday night (Friday January 26th, 2018), I didn’t realize I wasn’t pointing my camera at what I was looking at for about 3-4 minutes. OMG!!! From my seat facing the window I glanced up from checking my phone messages for Friday night invitations. And, I saw a set of lights in the sky directly ahead of me in my line of vision from the vehicle. I glanced back at my phone and immediately back up at the sky again. I stared at it realizing it was a very, very huge triangle.  I think I had my phone dangling, so I wasn’t really pointing it at the sky (obviously) if you see the street lamps in the video. I just kept staring at it.  It was strange because it didn’t move. It was just staying fixed.

So I saw a very clear set of lights that weren’t too bright to hide the triangular structure. It was crystal clear against the dark sky. There were three definite sides from my perspective in a triangular isosceles formation. Each of these three sides looked like some sort of tube. Each tube was double the length of a 747 airplane seen up close by the boarding gate. There was a light that started out faint at the pinnacle of the triangle. The light is positioned in between two of the tubes meeting to form the pinnacle (pointed to my left or approximately North East). I was trying to figure out if it was a star or something else when it started to get a bigger & brighter magenta color.

After maybe two or three seconds, the magenta colored light turned into a bright white light. I watched as the lights brightened and blinded out the structure against a clear nighttime sky.  While the UFO stayed lit, the cloudy veil moved to block the UFO from my sight. The light was so bright it lit up clouds far away away from it (i’m, guessing) 500-600 vertical feet & maybe a 2.5- 4 miles away. I could still see the light through the cloudy veil much closer to normal cloud atmospheric height;- until, the mass of clouds completely covered it. This was near 9:40 PM Hawaii time near Mililani Tech Park looking towards Mililani and Pearl Harbor. It is an emp
draft rendering of what I saw, less detail

ty area adjacent to Schofield Army Base.

Salt today, no hui?

So, I looked it up. Shaman hui. The term, It exists. the Shaman word is from part of Sibera that is in my dna bandwidth.
A little kid shouted, "It's da hui!" at me today as I walked by the beachgoers. I spent time collecting salt from volcanic rock pools today. After I finished my 1st collection, then meditations on the beach (pre-noon) followed by another collection,  I rinsed off and returned to my car.  At my car, I was putting shorts and a top on over my bikini when it began to rain. I got in my car ready to leave and realized i set something down and forgot it where I had been sitting. When I got out of my car the rain subsided. That's when the kid sitting nearby shouted "it's da hui!". When I got to the object that was under the tree, the birds started vocalizing loudly.  I picked up the object and returned to my vehicle. Then, I got in my car and it began to rain again.

Besides many people categorizing me as da hui, seperate from any of the pro surf league out here.  And/or being seen with anyone who I know or have met as happenstance of being around the North Shore of Oahu. So, I'm beginning to wonder... I thought da hui was a word for the Historical & authentic Hawaiian Surfing organization that's made it's brand sell to wholesale clubs. I try to be very straightforward that I'm not da hui in that sense. And especially not in the genetical Hawaiian sense. I'm mostly comprised "new species of human" of the Earth's northern cold water islanders and an Asian Siberian tribe that is at the root of Shamanic culture. And don't have much in the way of surfing skills yet, that I can recall.
Will try to work on it though. & Mahalos for the Coffee this week.

there's been too much going on in the Galaxy.

Toxic mold x4- Oahu March 1 rainfall

Intense rainfall and Flooding happened March 1st. The place where I had lived till March 1 was already waterlogged with a collapsing ceiling over the kitchen sink. I moved out. When I took my things to storage March 1 there was a puddle forming in the storage warehouse. I looked up and there was a ballon of water formed at one of the taped up pipes.
Though normally the driest sports on the island @ North Shore;- I heard friends' places  were flooded on ground floor definately from Turtle Bay to Sunset Beach with about 3 feet of water. My entire 6mo winter plan was already snafu from late October...
I had been paying rent  in Waikiki an under construction remodelling condo that had also been plagued with toxic mold in the kitchen vent from upstairs water damage.
The toxic mold is pervasive...
Pauoa Valley
Pacific Heights
Waikiki Condo building (lowrise)/high rise
Kualoa (may be next?)
Top of the North Shore possible in the next weeks

Pali Entity & Orbs in daylight

Self painted rough illustration of Daytime Yellow orbs & magenta orb I saw at the Pali outlook.
Just a quick rough  illustration of what I saw at the Pali during Daylight. Later I learned that the entity who spoke with me was probably a Hawaiian Mo'o The energy was peaceful that day, however the wind was so strong I could lean back on my heels and it kept me from falling. The reddish orb was actually more magenta color and more floaty feel like a rainbow light intense deep magenta color cloud. The yellow orbs were over the walkway as well as beyond the railing and over the cliff floating. It was where I had previously seen Hawaiian warriors pushing each other during a pre-dawn darkness exploration at the Pali.

Vietnamese Sex Traders & Hawaii Syndicate with USA Military

Go to any FOB (fresh off the Boat) sounding Vietnamese club/bar, coffeeshop club, or stripclub in Hawaii and you'll find open conversation about the sex industry. This ranges from the club workers to the patrons sitting down to cruise with a beer $6 or two for $12. The men who come from Vietnam or California see tons of money in the Hawaii sex trade, and aren't shy to the matter. They love to boast that the industry is only going to get bigger and that they will have more money.
Some of the bars work in a normal way.

For me, however, yours truly;- they are ruthless financially and psychologically everyday pouring on the abuse. The club owners in Hawaii have many friends in high places in the Military branches, the Federal Agents, and Hawaii state Judges and police. First, they send an older Vietnamese gentleman to talk to me. Someone who wants to buy drinks for me and take me out to lunch or dinner. This man, as many in Hawaii has served in the U.S. military and has friends in military positions in Vietnam or abroad.  He still has enough connections and friends he trusts to run a background check on anyone, including me. When and if he finds out you have worthwhile contacts for him to exploit;- he will be on the angry side if you don't hold "value" for him.
So, they let you work until they decide to get rid of you in one way or another.
One worker who was a hostess who sold drinks/ for her time I got to know;- made plenty of money and could afford an apartment. This hostess asked me to live with her as she was trying to maintain a respectable life. However;- problems ensued as she felt the need to install security cameras. The psychological abuse from the bar industry lead to comments meant to deface her relationship with her children. Even the men she dated, she suspected of abusing her children when she turned her back.
The installed security system wasn't even enough. She had a barrage of people who were raiding her Honolulu apartment. I heard she was hit 20 feet from the doorway of a Honolulu Police substation, just around the corner from the club she was trying to quit working at.

One night, I waited in the car for her because she was moving. I saw definitely 3 people who I couldn't identify at different windows and at 1 doorway of her 1st floor house apartment. Seeing the one at the door, I decided to go in. I took a look around the almost empty apartment. I noticed several places where it looked like there had been manipulation of the slatted windows. She confirmed that people had broken into her bedroom and stolen belongings, and money since the bars pay cash only or give a bogus paycheck. The paychecks are inaccurate and pay that is nominal to still receive welfare benefits. The paycheck I received was barely $150 every two weeks, and I was unable to be seen at the Human Social Services office as they gave my appointment to someone else. Mind that they don't take fingerprints here in Hawaii to receive benefits. I had also known a man who worked as a server in one of the clubs I was put in when I arrived in Hawaii. He happened to be Israeli and shared his story of people breaking into his apartment on a 2nd story with slatted windows. He shared with me that he got to the point where he taped razor blades to the inside of the window slats and came home to blood on the windows. Aside from offering to get special locks for my doors at home;-
I too had given up as even my safe deposit box at the American Savings Bank was compromised by someone who had gotten my extra key.

So, my hostess friend, the next time I saw her was weeks later and I stopped by the hospital to drop off a pack of cigarettes to her after she went in for surgery from an assault.

The psychological/ emotional abuse in the clubs usually starts simple;-
the normal attacks are:
1. She's CRAZY!!! ;-- the Vietnamese MamaSan will call a worker Crazy in broken english. The broken english seems to give it more fun and drama to the outside english speaking world. Note that most Hawaii resident born families are 3rd or 4th generation Americans and can speak local, broken asian accents, as well as normal english just to handle the tourism. Others are fluent in more than one language due to mixed families. Remember I said the first Vietnamese gentleman served in the U.S. Military.
2. She's on Drugs!!! ;- the Vietnamese MamaSan will start accusing the worker of being on drugs in front of everyone to create high drama/ entertainment for the clients. Most of the workers go through times where the MamaSan will attack many people the same way. It's like a ritualistic type of emotional/ psychological abuse the Management/ Owner dishes out regularly almost on some type of schedule. Usually, the workers who are single and supporting children on their own have a hard time with this as they are trying to keep their children by being financially supportive and create a positive environment.
3.  She's NOT ________, or You're not ___________;- Fill in the blank. This is the hardest emotional/ psychological abuse that ignites an industry conversation among other workers.
This statement generally encourages the "pro hoes" in the nearby vicinity to chide in and destroy a person's character. Its virtually the same as military tactics. If you try to defend yourself, they tell you you are crazy. They will have everyone who finds you a financial threat to themselves (almost anyone) join in and attack your real life outside the industry. When these things start happening frequently;- the next round is coming of more break-ins, theft, identity theft of those they hate, destruction of credit, tracking of cellular/ mobile phone, harassment by police who are friends of the sex trade industry.

Another issue with the Hawaii night club and sex industry, is that they target single workers and break-in and use the unattended apartment for prostitution. This happened to someone who found out they put a prostitute who looked like her at the bottom of her apartment stairwell. The pimp was a Church pastor and social worker who lived in the apartment below hers. He had easy access and could monitor the apartment for vacancy. He also had protection of the community.

The women in the Hawaii sex industry/ club industry or simply "Industry" are all the same. Many are single and got dragged into the industry by someone in law enforcement. It's almost as if the Hawaii Federal Agents and Honolulu Police Department selects who will be the night industry workers. Some of those who I spoke with have lost their nationality because they weren't allowed to travel back to their home country after Honolulu Police Department arrested them in a "domestic violence" dispute where the men attacked the women. Others who were younger, in their early 20's were arrested for no apparently criminal reason and thrown in jail for not being able to handle the bogus arrest on their own. I've already mentioned the other young women under 18 whose U.S. Military parents left them in the islands without any identification and refuse to cooperate, so the young women can't get a normal job and fill out a W-2. This is alot different than those young women who were being abused at home and ran away only to find some hope in the Hawaii sex & nightclub industry.

I was already targeted because of the Export-Import industry my relatives already ship steel in, before my bi-annual and 1 month vacation prior to arriving in the Hawaiian Islands. I was picked up at the Honolulu Airport and the Agent took my luggage and put it in his vehicle. He then didn't allow me to wait at the Rental Car company for my car rental reservation. It went downhill from there despite my trying to make the best of it due to the political nature of my relatives in Japan.

I'll add more if I can. The first point of issue I have with Export-Import is that people have been lead to believe that I am a "model wanna be" in Hawaii's slews of Import models. Around normal people they pass me off as "Crazy". This doesn't even begin to highlight the seriousness of the criminal activity that goes on in Hawaii. Obviously because of the political nature of Export-Import industry, it is prone to those who attack the industry itself. I am in the quagmire of sexist men in USA security and protection positions and being beaten up literally by the same men and their women who they benefit from in Hawaii's illegal sex trade.

I am at the point that I feel they should shut down 95% of extraneous bars, those bars that are separate from hotels as the license violations are a joke for the Honolulu Liquor Commission who turns a blind eye except when trying to extort a particular worker. This happens as many of the bar owners know that the "working girls" are from GOOD ASIAN families abroad. And, it is common knowledge that even a "dancer" who has a Honolulu Liquor Comission Licensed Dancer Card, aka Green Card due to the green band at the top of the card;- can't make money in any club by following liquor comission laws 100%. The Honolulu Liquor Comission knows this and benefits from payoffs by the club owners. "Fines" are given when they want to extort a particular dancer. There are drink sales in 100% of the clubs where the Hostess is paid 50%-75% of the drink price for "their time". The drinks range from $20-$80 for highballs and shots, and $100-$5,000 for champagne (Dom is @$900). Tips are generally given to the Servers and not to hostesses or dancers.

The definitions of prostitution are broad for those who work in the Hawaii nightclub scene and if enforced continuously are unforgiving to the worker. That is in addition to the industry, that seems legitimate by Hawaii licensing and practices makes the servers, hostesses, and entertainment vulnerable to a huge audience that needs illegal money in order to survive the High cost of living in Hawaii.

Additionally, that there should be some type of "dry town" designations for areas much like the New Jersey Shore area so that families are not subject to round the clock drunkenness. Although, many drunk drivers are also leaving the golf courses by 2pm.

Though, some of the places of Employment that serve Honolulu's tourism are legitimate;- many of them are crowded with workers who were unwilling to stay in Hawaii and legally decimated by HPD or the Federal Agents.  Or, they are willing prostitutes from Asian countr ies who gain self confidence and money by hearing and laughing at those of us who were born American.

Third of July 3rd

Oahu fireworks- Magic  Island, in front of Ala Moana;- according to Travis from the Maui team... we will have a great fireworks display bombarded with ground level fireworks. There will be fewer high Ariel fireworks.
Getting a good seat up front is key to this years fireworks display.

So, for the military members who are sensitive to Explosions due to PTS;- this will be a dimmer view from above.

The North Shore, Haleiwa, is already setting up for their holiday block party that will run until 11PM tonite. The block party will include Salsa, dancing, food and drinks all in the parking lot area by the Wyland art Gallery and Cholos and Patagonia store.

I'll probably be online? catching a 23rd year of fireworks from Ithaca community fireworks display, in NY, if possible. Or, looking forward to 360 drone footage of the display.

Once in a Night Rainbow

The North Shore;- Blue moon rising, and the rare night rainbow was seen by a Hawaiian woman as a privledged lifetime experience. Today May 21, 2016 at 10:16:37am Hawaiian Time is the real full moon we won't be able to view, In daylight. Viewing times at this link http://www.calendar-365.com/moon/moon-phases.html.

Stills from my phone while watching the moon set @ Haleiwa 5 hrs before today's "full moon" is seen @ the rest of the planet. I'm still wishing for a decent camera.

bTw: my Sunday the 17th of April

So, I failed to mention prior to chatting it up with a Filipino banker with US military rank...that a "Yamaguchi-gumi a--kawa Kai" name was tossed at me:- if my relatives know him @ Hawaii here. The name was Roy G. Sasakawa? Not sure if I got it right. Everyone is outwardly being on the friendly side so far, I think. That was all on Sunday though.

I know everyone's astonished I'm still alive. Not in good or great condition considering what is expected of me. It's like APEC, I got there. It took a phenomenal amount of energy to walk in that 1day. Just 1 day of my life I made it to.

Ex-Im recommendation

The Hawaii police and other military and security In The state are (common knowledge) corrupt and deal cocaine and other narcotics. These are common ways for Hawaii's wealthy to pay for their upkeep.

To be cost effective, Hawaii should be operated more like Burmuda. Since landowners and condo owners are the only "residents" who have exercised rights in the islands:- they should increase the median home value to $1,000,000.00. Then eliminate most of the general goods shipping (since many current residents are already claiming to be poor).

Only the well prepared and places like Costco would be able to afford to bring goods to the island. This isn't to discount the US military flagrantly importing mainland households full of knickknacks a and furniture. Also less security checks are done on these military household shipments.

Property taxes & housing association fees might come from legitimate sources. The perpetual crime of Hawaii's previous "international and wealthy" might subside a little and stop affecting what was middle income families with properties @$500,000-700,000 range. Remember, these are also multigenerational households.

 Hawaii needs to clean up.

I'm starting on my board

I Having an issue with my beginning surfing sorry to compare it to teaching piano (something I do well), or rock climbing (got to 5.11indoors and 5.10was 1st outdoor in 6months)
main Issue:
the surf Board - every surf website suggests obtaining a "cost effective" board that's Big enough. In 2013 I was told by Jay Nu, Carve USA's CEO to ditch the lessons and buy a 9'-10' soft top from Honolulu (argh)Walmart- that the time I spend on the board will teach me more than the 1st lesson is worth. then aside from being offered a lesson with Sunny Garcia, I was told Sunny starts his students on a short board they purchase with lessons. So, same as piano- get something and get playing or get with a pro and learn their way. But, however I don't like lessons as they said in Sarasota, Florida that I have unofficial "defiance disorder" for some reason.
So, 'MY Board, MY Way.' I thought (my 1st board) would come to me and be something I learn from, aside from not being completely eco unfriendly trash like some soft top. I asked around 2 Triple Crowns later 2015 and was offered to purchase a used Plumeria 8'6" mini tanker from Plumeria's rep Robert Courtney. Thanks to Johnny Orr from Liquid my board price was talked down a little bit mainly because "it's a bit yellow & taking on water".
I got a used board bag, leash, and soft rack too. Though Surfer Supply was going outta biz one day on way to my helix warmup@24 hr with an ambulance out front blocking the parking garage... I got a new DaKine longboard leash, board sponge, wax for a little bit.   I went to the North Shore Surf Shop and bought a pretty red fiberglass cutout fin that day I got the board. It took 2 weeks of searching for a pair, the only pair, of Futures honeycomb actual fN side bites I could find on the entire fN island-- that coincidntally color coordinate.
Total spent- a bunch. Though the shopping motivated and taught me some things as well as my newbie discovery of the FireWire line (which better be my next board). And a book "sustainable surf". That's aside from meeting Jimbo (board shaper) who charges @ $100/board foot. Then a Big wave surfer also named Angela who found me with my new board at the Green World coffee shop- getting all metaphysical on me & sounding like my Mother only with surf and waves in mind.
After consideration of making the Brewer stock board a preserved surf relic since his boards are already collectible;-Today, I put my board fins on. Sidebite fin screws a little rusty, and caving in to Chuck's placement of the center fin. I was going to put it all the way up.
It's a smaller day at the North Shore;- headed to Freddyland, maybe. I decided I'd rather look worse on larger waves than mess myself up at the Old Beach (Barber's Point).
12/2014 was my first time on a Waikiki rental board. And first time I tried I caught a wave, I had to jump down due to tourist surfers in the way attempting to paddle. Argh. I tanned on the board with Israeli Suzie nearby on her rental.
I need to make this surfing thing real.

And yes, I met Kelly Slater 1x with his GF @ the Elephant Truck in 2013 and 1x he was @turtle bay driving range under hat cover. I did wait from when I was a teenager at Jersey Shore to be "seen" around a real surfer instead of shortboards in poser skimboarding shore break while In awe of the people a mentioned above. it was well worth the 2.5 decade wait and being told everyone thinks I'm a surfer for 10years.

End of day- went to Freddyland with Chuck (who went out to V-land to catch some waves). I'm sore from Paddling in places I didn't think I'd be sore. Freddyland got up to about 6' waves and was fun. Have to go out again soon...I think this can be addictive.
Watched the sunset with everyone back @ chuck's -(Marine who attended the Memorial service this morning from the crashed unit that's been in news lately & his newly envaged friends) Chuck, Johnny Orr- Ty for a beautiful day...the planets are in alignment literally.

Driving in Hawaii, from an East Coast perspective

Driving in Hawaii is one of Thee WORST experiences ever. Traffic on the island is miserable if you are almost out of gasoline or your AC isn't erotically cold.

Where to Start with my generalizations from my observations;

  • Drivers behind me don't ever, seem to try- braking, and rely on saying they were "cut off". I thought this was odd and it seems that in Hawaii;- there is some commonplace local only law that says one is responsible for the people driving vehicles in back of you.  This sometimes leads to that driver stalking you home and slashing tires or keying cars or starting a physical confrontation which are common knowledge stories to bring awareness to the local rule.
  • Drivers don't follow the 4 way stop rules and create chaos;- particularly at places where they have purposely ill managed pedestrian walks and a lack of stop lights and Walk/Don't walk lights.
  • It's about 50/50 on how many drivers Don't use turn signals
  • Right turns on Red to get across 4 one-way lanes, especially onto King Street in order to make the next left. They could have really used a lesson in city planning that included usage of Jug handles.
  • Bicyclists don't seem to understand that to ride in a car's blind-spot is not a good idea;- no matter how much they want to curse and key cars in Waikiki.

Why Hawaii State needs No Fault Tort...
The pedestrians are chronically annoying walking slower than a snail. When they see a car coming, instead of walking briskly across the street or a marked pedestrian walkway, they stop in the middle of the street and try to stare down the driver. Some more athletic pedestrians attempt to crash into your vehicle as it passes through the pedestrian walk.
