The range is B3-F5 for this version... and due to deciding the accompaniment, it's not the 100% placement of all the notes yet. I originally sang while vamping in my head voice B2-C5...so everything is an octave lower except the scale in line 2. The song is written for Bruno Groening in the Music group. Have a lot to do since there's no Midi keyboard here.   Chord progression with melody is simple without accompaniment. It's in

Salt & Free ways to clear Entities

RGS notes on Entity Clearing in English

1. Most practices across the Earth use Salt to repel entities.

However, by methodology, there is some disagreement about entity clearing. Some have made entity clearing a daily religious practice unto itself. Some individuals make money from more immediate practises of entity removal. Western practises refer to entities as blobs and non-demonic spirits.  Eastern practises use the word Entity to refer to an attaching spirit.

• Kona & some Hawaiian sea salt is closer to the body's natural PH. 
• Celtic Sea Salt - some Spiritual singers preference 
• Black Sea Salt - sea salt covered in activated charcoal can absorb spiritual toxins/ negativity.
• Pink or Colored Salt (I no longer use) has less bio-available minerals & is naturally pigmented. It is slightly toxic to the body when digested (most pigments from minerals are toxic). Human blood samples have been show to exhibit signs of pigment poisoning with regular use.

2. Clearing entities by giving light to Entities
Entity as a spiritual attachment, lost soul, wandering relative.
One form of  giving light (Jp. Okiyome) stems from Japanese-Ainu shamanic tradition. 
The theory behind giving Okiyome holds fast in that the entity is not "removed" immediately as the entity has attached itself to the person for a reason. For the person to receive Okiyome, is also allowing the entity to receive Okiyome. Then, in a less harmful way to the spiritual attachment, the spiritual attachment departs when it has received enough light.

*Some New Age spiritual organizational practises intertwined Okiyome shamanic tradition with  spiritual figurehead ego and practises of Chinese Dao shape shifting wizardry. This can also include belief in Alien pendants/ technology needed in order to facilitate the process of light giving.

1. Learn a mystic tradition protective geometric meditation;- have pyramid, diamond, merkaba to tell the entities they are not welcome and only positivity is welcome.

This type of light is considered a heightened level from any Reiki light from the practitioner. Also, the spiritual toxins are removed by a spiritual practice using meridians similiar in Chinese acupressure to the skull point.

Sometimes extended use of Sage is a spiritual symptom. Heavy use or daily use of smudge sage will uncover a strong entity or demon in an otherwise heavily used business or home. If this is the case at the location, then it is wise to bring in appropriate spiritual consultant or ceremony in order to make the living or work area more habitable and peaceful. This may need to be performed annually at some locations by the priest/exorcist, kahuna, or shaman.

Sometimes, the solution is as simple as 

• Serve food each day for the spirit at a small altar (as is common in many Asian cultures). 
• Plant Ti at a property is for the spiritual energy traffick - sometimes very clear dark matter forms from past or recent present time.
• sprinkle black sea salt (sea salt covered with activated charcoal)

About use of smudge Sage -  Burning smudge sage has been scientifically proven to create positive ions. Sage is commonly burned to clear the negative ions generated from human interaction and thoughts. Using Sage is typical if there is heavy negative thought pattern present in a space; in schools, bars, after arguments at home, when someone lingers in a room with depression or anger.

There are stronger herbs or incense that are burned for energy clearing and may include pieces of mica or silica or quartz. These can be made or ordered online for weekly to monthly use.
 

My Spiritual Perceptions

The spirit world is much like a tree in relation to our human physical reality. As Above, so below.
The spirit world and our  human conciousness can interact due to frequencies Hz.
One of the things that I have noticed with the  frequency of filming in the digital age is the number of dark matter spirits over light matter. Neither of these should be immediately perceived as having a negative attribute in our Physical Human reality. Even instances of attribute called demonic posession should not be considered "evil".
 My personal experiences since I have had some near death experiences have a different interpretation of these spirit, Djinn, entities. And, they and their interactions with us in Human physical reality should be treated more like a friendly match of grappling is perceived in a martial arts dojo.
Some, in Japanese culture consider the spiritual realm a place of training in and of itself.
In other conciouness traditions, these instances are considered to be something the soul chose to encounter in this lifetime or the human soul is still in a learning process.
Even through meditation methods or with use of Tibetan Tanka painting, some entities have come through as a reminder to me that I am still in this Physical Human reality. One of my most intense experiences is from a day where I attended meditation at my neighborhod Tibetan Buddhist monastery and I meditated on a near death experience I had and the perception/mindstate I achieved in that instance. I had a perception that is difficult to explain of a dark matter entity that knocked me down on the sidewalk, and I actually tried to prevent this entity from knocking me down on the ground;- while the very loud resonant voice said to me "REMEMBER YOU ARE HERE."
The importance is not that these spirits, Djinn, Greys are to be Capitalized on.
The importance is that there are the innerworkings of what keeps the spiritual world in balance, each soul going and arriving with those they still have resonance.

This idea of something that horrifies people, makes one run away, makes one feel complete bliss and being identified as a malevolent or beneficient spirit needs to disappate. The purity or intensity of such a frequency that triggers an acknowledgement within the human physical form is just that, resonating a particular portion of the limited interactions as perceived by the human body and brain;- whether or not in the most healthy or ideal receptive state. So as the human experience is highly reactive to such frequency;- the human cannot determine the intent of such a frequency wave.
Human body reactive in such a frequency wave can move the human to take measures that instead, give more definition to the frequency;- much more as acknowledgement that has no retreival in such a containment as a Bardo.

In cases of "spiritual haunting" the frequency wave form can be utilized against the masses as they have been preconditioned to some more immediate threat against their physical well being. They are reactive and will typically implement the preconceived survival reaction. Obviously, on any scale, this preconceived survival reaction has an omptimal crux, velocity, and strength. The least employed reaction is one of compassion, knowing personal strength, and allowance for conciousness or life or spirits in all forms to co-exist in and of their own capacity.

Spirituality; Thinking of Grain

If one approaches eating from a spiritual and/ or ethical point of view, eating grain, eating animals, and eating fruit & root crops are the top three contenders for spiritual reflection.

Most of modern civilization came into being from the incorporation of grain that was grown through agriculture. The pyramid building Egyptians initiated the circle of slavery enforce while they indulged themselves on breads and grain based foods more than any other previously known society.

The Olympians, had a diet of mineral drink (from ash), grains, and veggies too. The incorporation of grain into the human diet early on in human history is spiritually attached to the development and implementation of human slaves. This human slave mentality has evolved over thousands of years to include the manipulation of the grain to what we now call Genetically Modified (GMO), This recent manipulation of the grain causes health issues in worker slaves. Worker slaves are those we consider normal and not existing as the slaves referred to in brutal ancient Egypt. 

Attuning ourselves with foods that are not vibrating on this plane with millenniums of slave energy is possibly a way to steer clear of the spiritual manipulation of the human race. This is regardless of the particular qualities of God that one believes in. Like frequency with like frequency;- 

• the spirituality of grain is seated in slave labor
• to eat grain is to attract the frequency of slave labor to ones self
• not eating grain is in exit to the mentality of being in the circle of slavery

Eating Grain-Fed Animals

As the Mystic Bruno Groening said, "you don't know what kind of souls animals have within them." It is not fair to the souls who inhabit animal bodies that humans employ them for human concerns.

From perspective of spiritual well being on the planet;- The number of slaves on earth has a set of fibonacci numbers that pervades all species and has grown like a cancer. It is similar to the collateral damage of the meat industry and the environmental atrocities that are attached. However, it is about the slave mindset that the human race has imposed on the planet and it is out of control. This isn't just a matter of it being immoral to kill another being, human or otherwise. This isn't about survival as in early paleolithic humans or Ghengas Khan's women hunters killing one wooly mammoth or an elephant to feed 900 people (a small army). 

Eating an animal, particularly one raised in captivity and fed with grain (GMO) as well as BGH and other particulars is the magnified embodiment of humanity's need to express control over another being while in the circle of slavery. It is not logically motivated to sustain life as we are seeing with the population growth of humans on the planet.  It is a spiritual sickness of cruelty that has enslaved many, many souls. The act of eating any modern meat is a spiritual Communion of Cruelty.

Eating Fruits & Rootcrops

In respect for the bodies of plants, and any souls their physical structures may contain, eating fruits and roots are the children and very life of those plants. They are frequently the most starchy or carbohydrate drenched foods when ripened to capacity. The fruit that falls to the ground has micro-organisms which grow and infuse the soil with their energy. These things are necessary for the groves to thrive. And, obviously taking the root of the plant in entirety;- such as a potato or sweet potato or the Taro is immediate death of the plant. This is a sensitive matter especially when the micro-organisms that fertilize the soil and interact on the microscopic level are deeply affected. It in fact effects the entire ecosystem and has a long term impact also affecting the aerial pollinators as well as other organisms living in the soil. It seems most humans have spiritually distanced themselves from dirt, soil, and earth itself as containing multiple instances of spiritual beings that exist as a spiritual community. This community of the Earth soil itself is networked well beyond human population numbers.  

The Nuclear Spirit & LV Handbags

The United States of America is the only Military power that has openly AND covertly used nuclear bombs on Civilians and other nations. If you assign the value of nuclear weapon owned by a nation  as same as value of a personal luxury item, then the USA is making a big stink against the rest of the World's nations for looking more 1st World. The only thing the USA is lacking now is selling personal use mini nukes.

North Korea has been firing Missiles that are openly publicized in the USA for over a decade.
I'm not sympathetic to senseless killing;- However, I can sympathize with the sentiment that the USA has in the past decade;- used and elevated its own illegal international and domestic drug distributors to Federal Agent status. Those Federal Agents have had security clearances to access information and independently aggravate Asian politics from within the USA homeland.

Difference between North Korea, JAPAN, China
Where North Korea stands openly making threats and launching missiles has lasted over a decade;- they have taken on an air that equivocates the American domestic attitude of governing laws. More recent developments are anti-USA propoganda and disobedience of laws that were set in place to protect the masses of civilians.

Japan, has again waited with great aggravation like a parent while witnessing the USA's democratic citizens rape & murder many Japanese abroad and within Japan. The most recent rape and murder being in the past months and commanding a 65,000 person Japanese protest of USA military systems.
Though China has been more of the long range ICBM fear of Tokyo Officials;- North Korean hatred of the USA since the G6 in 2007 is now an immediate and critical concern for Japan.

The Japanese Government is not commanding the evacuation and relocation of Okinawan Japanese residents while these North Korean missile threats continue.

JAPAN Nuclear/ Fire Storm Spirituality:- 

Some spiritualists over many religions concede to God's Plan. I only know one thing for certain, that God's Plan for we humanoids ends in a physical death. There is research that shows the effects of Nuclear disaster;- that many sentient beings who have physical form on this planet die in close proximity of the nuclear disaster. Some spiritualists do not blame God for the sentient beings perishing;- rather they blame the faulty nuclear reactors, nuclear bombs, and other nuclear weapons. They have even gone so far as to make

new findings in atomic research that simply state that Nuclear weapons are the only weapon that can actually destroy the Spirit itself (akin to the God particle). 

It also seems that spiritualists who think about the Fire Storm that is coming;- Don't personally accept that their viewpoint of God's Plan includes their death. They also project that they are special in God's view, and that death by Nuclear warfare or Nuclear Disaster is a horrible atrocity. They ultimately contradict and are intensely in Denial of their own spiritual teachings. When I presented a slight argument that there are amazing spiritual beings and other humanoid or non human sentient and physical life who can survive in the Aftermath and close proximity of the Nuclear disaster;- the spiritualists were appalled. They contested that it was not a matter of earthly, spiritual evolution;- that is, for creatures and humans who were mutated or survived Nuclear radiation to live. 

Spiritual technology

Spiritual object: The USA has taken and stored something from Afghanastan region and stored it in Texas.

It is said to be an explanation for the disasters that have been happening in Texas especially for the past few years.

Sometimes spiritual objects are compared to using the term "alien technology".

So, I'll start using Spiritual technology for these unknown and godly objects of origin.

Just my Notes- CULTS & SPIRITUALITY

Cults & Spiritual or Religious factions today create supportive environments for their followers. Some cults are too destructive for their new members. My life in the USA has taken me through a spiritual realm of organizational business and value development in Environmental and Rights movements especially. I have spent a lifetime in the midst of how USA cults & domestic terrorist groups (such as White Supremacists) recruit and develop their organizations by living in some of their communities. All of the negative exposures that I had as a child prompted me to become the "ALICE" aka the vigilante to overcome the injustices. It is not really anything new to the world, except maybe making the statements in English as a primary observer's language. I suppose that the Asian continent is still curious as to what lies beneath the blood streaked Banner of Stars that lies across the Pacific.

Most people who gravitate towards cults do so because they have experienced childhood with some religious setting. The religious setting may have been one of the most peaceful times to interact with "strangers". If there was a meditation or other prayer time, this is a very powerful feeling because there is a sense of safety and trust in closing one's eyes and diminishing senses while reciting a prayer. Many times, all of these basic elements in a person's life are gradually overcome with hectic modern life. Unlike other regression periods, participating in religious or "Spiritual" groups is a socially acceptable adult practise.

OFFERING by the Cult, Religious faction or Spiritual group
- (Mission Statement) An inclusion in the group whose members have a Value System that is based on the appreciation of a common denominator;- singular (noun) Object, Ideal, Person.
- (Participation) The ability for members to participate in a supportive environment that supports the Value System.
- (Acknowledgement) Since many people are not going to give large sums of money (Pirates), the Social Acknowledgement from group must have a high value for the person's ego.
It is from this last portion the Social Acknowledgement that the Cult gains it's momentum and control.

Mind Control and Ego are common facets of Total Environment. Symbology has evolved in similar ways throughout the world;- yet homogenization of Symbology in meaning/definition is not uniform throughout the world.  I'm not talking about any traditional college courses here. These are attributes that I am attempting to define from my point of view at the organizational level of a Cult or group that is "Spiritually" inclined.

                    Actual Ego + Ideal Ego = Destruction or Resurrection of Ego

The Actual Ego, is the Ego in itself with it's natural flaws and understanding of Sin, Good & Evil.
When the Actual Ego enters the Cult, there is a significant impact of feeling "unworthy", due to dedication of time to values, that may be impressed on the individual. This unworthy feeling may be kept supressed by the new member. Some Cult members call this the testing period, other's use it as a crux for bending a person to surrender themselves to the Cult for fear of further rejection.

The Ideal Ego, (ie., the Divine person who is with God);- This is to say, some fantasized version of what life is like as a human, within human social constraints living perfectly with the Spiritual Value System. However, attached to the Ideal Ego is a typified Ultimate Personage. The Ultimate Personage is the spiritual version of Ideal Ego that is meditated upon and used for Actual Ego comparison check-in.

Destruction of Ego;- In fact, once the Prayer/Check-in with God/Meditation/Spell/Healing Energy is made the Actual Ego goes through a small, or large, destruction (aka to Humble oneself).  In extreme cases, the Actual Ego is annihilated/destroyed as a show of unworthiness in this realm of existence;- ie., Waco, Suicide bombers, Mass suicides. In a normal case, slight correction of an unbecoming behaviour or circumstance & attributing the correction to the Ultimate Personage/ Thaumaturgy/ God.

• The Cult already knows that most people "will believe in" the 10% they hear that is good.
• This Destruction of Ego is a small eye opening to see & change the 90% undesirable with the Cult's Value System.   

Resurrection of Ego;- The Actual Ego attains a "Theta state" while accepting the Cult programming. The Overall corrections to the Value System are comprehensive and emerge as to fit the desires/needs of the Cult. On a spiritual level, the Actual Ego has relaxed within the Cult environment and is attuned to the Value System in entirety and can insert pentagram to dictate change.

Light Based Organization & old Nazi ideals

Many of the light-based organizations I have experienced during my time & distributing light and receiving light in Hawaii are highly offensive to me. There is an air reminiscent of Nazi ideals. This includes manipulation of my cranium and its classification. They claim to have some end goal in common. They claim that they are "cleansing the earth" of toxins. Or on the reverse, that the material world is toxic and not of God or spiritual body because it is solid matter. 

The members of thes organizations and their leaders and staff are highly critical of me. They are astonished that I can speak any language, let English. They are souls who worship the human form, not God. 

Spirituality & Light giving orders

• Light - what is it?
• False Teachers

Light is Light esteemed on its own & encompasses the Duality of the Ying-Yang concepts. Ying-Yang washes away the "good & evil" of human actions with perception of the Read (like colors juxtaposed). Many people are familiar with the "Dark" side.  To accept "life force" through the filter of conditional and finite human belief systems like "money" is not of God. If life force is equated to money in actuality;- most human activity would stop and halt if it were an absolute fact of existence.

Light giving, sounds super obscure. To give, the intangible "light" or more appropriately "to distribute" light. Light, is what spiritualists call by different names and have different Quality;
Human Light without God= Source,  Life Force, Chi(Ch), Reiki (JP), Photons,
Human Light with God = God's Light, Divine Light, Okiyome (JP), Heilstrom(De).

Some religions consider "distributing light" the same as blessing objects, food, living beings with an extra dose of God's source energy. it can become more obscure with occult pendants/talismans with "Alien technology", Guardian angel, other "hired" angels, guiding Pleiadians (or other ET), or a deceased spirit of a prior member/spiritualist as claims.

Undesired:  Entrapments and disruption from Light based organizations/cults and spiritualists cause by social pressure of giving donations.

Light is "assumed" to be given when a person develops the attribute of unconditional love further.
However, part of the teaching that runs consistent is that there are False Teachers.
These "False Teachers" are the organizations and sects of spiritualists and religions who attempt to pilfer the pockets of their students. This seems to be more prevalent in Euro-centric countries and traditions that don't have "free" monastery based educational & boarding systems.

Charging for Light service/ learning and demanding donations is considered to be on the same plane as the martial arts fopas to 'charge' for lessons;- lending itself to corruption of an influx of money and glitz that stems from perpetuators of crime. This is regardless of what God lets humans do.
To stay on the path of light, is regardless of the social constructs of Human social systems;- difficult indeed. God, does not force us to be part of the Divine energy source. It is part of God's plan, to allow us to remain flawed in our sins and die. Asking forgiveness is possible. Transcending the limitations of this existence remains in our abilities to navigate the asteroid belt of dark matters that others put in our path.

30' foot Archangel & acre of rainbow in sky.

There were distinct atmospheric changes in what I would call an approx 1.5mile radius.

Today,  a large archangel approx 30' foot tall appeared in my spiritual perception. The sky/ atmosphere was grey, cloudy, cold, and rainy. Beyond the archangel/ dark angel was a very wide rainbow patch in against more sunny clouds;- seeming to be over 20"wide in the sky going towards Kailua, Hawaii on Oahu.
