My New cells to fight toxic Mold/fungus

Can post a picture l8r. 
Had perception of the new cells my body is building. I donated Blood Tuesday, fasted, and got a purified air HBOT sesh in on Wednesday. 
The new cells my body created have a new construction, as well as an evolution to fight mold/fungus invaders.
The new cells have a microscopic "handle" that can cut through the fungus and mold molecules and handle other difficult to break down substances. I'm not sure if the new handles are stong enough to break through Uric acid in my bloodstream, but is a solution for the mold.
Can't bring that back, or can I?

Almost Free, way to test for Toxic Mold

I couldn't afford a paycheck or half a paycheck to casually test for Mold in my body. I figured out a cheap way, though not foolproof,method to check for microscopic mold invaders. I did this to find out if I had mold or not. I collected a urine sample in a mold free environment. I wasn't sitting under a dusty air vent, near bathroom mold spot, or fan.  I used a simple and contaminant free container I pulled from a sealed package that I wiped off with Sol-u-guard. I  Collected the urine/pee sample and put it in a dark place undisturbed for a day or two. It's warmer here in Hawaii 80-90F on average. I checked to see if there was mold growth. I threw away the container, or have the mold tested.
Then, I booked my appointment with the naturopath who does dark field microscope work.

2. 1 small organic avocado with olive oil vegan basil-garlic-parsley-cashew pesto.
3. Regular new routine of supplements.
I'm saving coffee with MCT oil for l8r.

Hawaii: Saving Stuff from Toxic Mold Spore exposure

Angela Kneale is a survivor of Toxic Mold aka Mycotoxin poisoning. Several of the people who I meet have difficult emotional issues over the loss of their belongings to the Toxic mold.  So, many mold survivors in Hawaii seem to feel the need to keep clothes, furniture, and other household items. The cost of living for a meager life here is high. They move their belongings to a new location without attempt to use concrobium;- especially clothes & furniture. Financially and for health;- we all know it is better to just throw everything away. The emotional and irrational result is not the same. They positively cringe at the idea of throwing away all of their clothes. Even after putting the clothes in clear bags and seeing mold growth in the clear bag. Even after stating they experience more severe symptoms of toxic mold. 

Toxic Mold spores can be trapped in clothing.  Emitted mycotoxins from such clothing can contribute to external Mycotoxin exposure. These trapped spores can also settle in new homes and have potential to grow and proliferate in the new location.   

What I did, personally, is different. 

I met the Stachyobactrys & Aspergillius molds in a natural indoor/outdoors environment of a rain-forest. After meeting many other Toxic Mold survivors;- this makes my situation entirely different. The Toxic mold was not a result of any interior flooding, so not much indoors was exposed to mold growth. The front bathroom;- stored towels were left at the location. I didn't have contaminated furniture, and the furniture used was already at the location. I normally used a natural laundry wash like Ecos, but switched to the Melaluca Company brand. I purchased a new towel or two as I needed them, and learned not to keep too many towels. An unknown variety of Bathroom mold proliferates most of Hawaii's shower stalls. 

1st thing was to contain my things in see-through storage containers and bags. 
And, the outfit & slippers/flip flops I wore the day I left were thrown out. I got brand new & inexpensive clothes. I also cleaned up my car immediately, and normally clean it daily.
Back in 2014, Some of my things had been stored in a clean areas of the house, outside. 
The rest, from the indoors was packed in clear plastic tub containers. I left everything in storage for 3 months before revisiting it, when my blood was clear enough (though not entirely decontaminated). I threw away several tubs that had spots of mold in it, even small spots of mold. The interesting part was that the things that many of the things I expected to be contaminated weren't contaminated and the things I didn't expect to be contaminated were.  However, the location of the items was key. Many things that were closer to the open windows and bathrooms and wet areas, such as the kitchen were contaminated. Several, other containers were clean & clear. 


Animals with Toxic Mold growth:
I can't confirm that there weren't mold spores around as the dog would come inside from the contaminated walk and jump on the cloth covered couch and the bed. The sheets were washed regularly. Notable: The dog frequently wouldn't eat/touch the grain dog-food. Or, would eat it a bite at a time. The cat was on a grain-free diet, and the dog preferred her food. 

Others living at the Residence:-
There were up to 12 people tracking in and out of the residence at the time with their children and rich nanny. To me, it seems that the tenant manager at the property, who lived/lives at the same residence, had symptoms of mycotoxin exposure. But, even though I encouraged the manager to seek medical attention for their large tumor like growth;- the manager refused. I discussed it with my homeopath and was told that I can't make anyone go to the ER for the Mold and probably candida issue, they have to want to get better. Not much I could do, except take care of myself.

In Hawaii, it is a known issue that Rats will move in and take over a house or apartment complex. There is not much that anyone can do besides move out. The 2013-2014 Pauoa Valley house in Honolulu, HI I lived in had other issues besides Toxic Mold. 
After the landscape maintenance guy cut down ALL of the natural growth in the front of the house, we had a rat issue. Their natural home being destroyed, the rats moved in. 

I never had parasite or bug issues in my bedroom at this location. The tenants downstairs didn't have such an easy time with the rats eating their tomatoes and fighting on their bed. Welcome to the rainforest. Mind, that the house was renovated on the interior, but needed a roof replacement badly.  My issue mainly stemmed from them liking to sleep by my head. One scraped my ear one night and I only had one tiny scratch like I was tagged. I did occasionally diffuse some essential oils from my bed stand, once or twice a week.

This week, my Alkaline mineral Energy Drink shipment arrived, and I got a couple bags of it to 2 people on island. When I was first introduced to Liv International  and the Green 2O, I was helping a handful of U.S. military members and guys I trained with who like the alkaline & paleo diet or who were contaminated with Mycotoxins from toxic mold strains. I learned that some were sick and couldn't move, like my symptoms, but were bed ridden at Tripler Hospital. So, their coach asked me what I was doing and did. So, I let them know my top two things that got me moving again.

 My top 2 things:
1. Green 2O by Liv International
2. Digestive enzymes for appropriate diet (ie, vegan enzyme)



Though it took a couple of weeks and they snuck the alkaline energy drink to the hospital, the marine was able to get moving enough to get out of the hospital. I mean, this Alkaline energy drink is AMAZING! The formulator's father is also a retired Army General. There were 3 other things I did (see below), aside from a total diet overhaul. 

Personal Update:
This morning I sat down with an Americano with my MCT oil and added some coconut water to write about my week. Early this week I found that I could barely swim half a lap at my local gym. The week before, I had done grocery/meal runs for an elderly someone who has mycotoxin poisoning symptoms. Even without entry at their recently abandoned residence wasn't enough to avoid re-exposure. I found black crud in my hair from standing outside and speaking with them. I'm guessing it fell out of the roof/awning as we spoke on the walkway in front of her residence. Also, On Tuesday;- I attended a Free seminar where the Rife Frequency Beam ray was on for the duration of the seminar and set to zap bugs and any possible Hepatitis A in the room, I was quite tired physically after attending only the tail end of the seminar. Hawaii recently had a Hepatitis A scare and closure of nearly a dozen Sushi restaurants. So, naturally the people I spend my time with are more aware of possible unintended contamination. On wednesday, I had scheduled a colonic since I feel the colon is a great place for mold to find matter to grow on. The Toxic mold is an unwelcome and difficult to digest organism that doesn't build the immune system like cheese molds. I took alot of extra digestive enzymes to break down these microscopic delicacies.

So, in the Banter of my continuing to live with toxic mold some things that I did last time are gelling. 

1. Daily sauna/steamroom 
2. Colonic
3. Consume oregano - In my original batch of Vegan Rainforest Chile- bio hack I used a quart of blanched oregano that I had frozen as my chile base.  I made this chile somewhere around month 3-4 living at the contaminated house.  I lived with the mold and parasites around me for 10 months and had allergy symptoms at month 1 of moving into the Pauoa Valley 12b microclimate on Oahu. At Month 8 I was unable to walk across the pavers and was winded before I could enter the house. At the beginning, I walked, sometimes barefoot on the walkway that was covered in mold slime. I mean we are talking a patch of sidewalk that was between the covered garage to the front door of the house over 12'x 3.5' coated with stachybotrys. It had the drippings of the roof awning and the cover of the rainforest vines to prevent major direct sunlight nearly 24/7. That is not to mention the interior bathroom, window opened over this walkway, that had something that resembled aspergillosis growing on the ceiling.

My Everyday Ketogenic Vegan plan (with Pics)


This is my most current re-design of my morning Alkaline/Keto-Vegan diet
This far is O.K. if you're not allergic to tree nuts.
I just passed a 2 year anniversary here in Hawaii. That is in my battles with the proliferous stachybotrys of Pauoa Valley just outside downtown Honolulu near the Pali, and Pacific Heights. I have designed this nutrition plan for myself,  with professional Homeopathic advice, Jeff Tuttle's in person Oahu talks about Liv's Green 2o alkaline energy drink, and more recently through a 

seminar presentation I received on USB given by Dr. Ben Greenfield on Ketogenic diet.  
Morning Plan:
  • 6-8oz of H20 wake up
  • 2-3 Digestive Enzymes
  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Performance protein (chocolate in photo)
  • 5mg Creatine (Cre5 )
  • 16oz Americano+1tsp raw sugar with my MCT oil (Greenworld Coffee,Best Barista=Moe) (pic shows my use of a Rewards, i'm so sorry Greenworld!!! friends don't let friends drink Starbucks- so it's a venti 20oz- I used 1/2 coffee and then end of day other 1/2 of it.)
Daytime Plan:
  • Mix 3 sticks (packets) Green 2o with 1 gallon purified water
  • Add Lemon and extra water as desired
  • Almonds, Hawaii Macadamia, Chesnuts, Peanuts for snacking (peanuts if I'm not around peanut allergy peeps) Personally I don't like Cashews because they give off a gas that smells bad to me.
Brunch/Lunch/Late Lunch or Dinner
      1/2 lb of salad (3 picture examples below)
 Will update rest l8r.
Basically, That's it.
Nuts when I'm hungry and Green 2o mostly when I'm hungry.

My Vegan Original Toxic Mold Elimination Diet

I published the following on August 28, 2014 as part of what I did as a human being surviving the debilitating effects of Toxic Mold invasion to my human body. This was my actual start Vegan Detox diet plan, immediate, without extra oils until after the 1st month to make it more ketogenic.

1. Drank 3-4 sticks of fulvic minerals with chlorophyllins each day in  3 liters of H20
2. Eliminated major sugar intake;- No grains including corn & heirloom & trendy health grains, No Fruit at all, No Dessert
3. Allowed cacao or nearly pure dark chocolate for dessert
4. Ate  appx. 3/4lb  Organic salad no  lettuce;- bed is sunflower sprouts, shredded beets, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds topped with olive oil and salt. (do not use Pink Salt!!!) 
   4b. No vinegar & no salad dressing due to acidity
5. Allowed 1 - 16oz cup of coffee a day 
6. Drank an additional 48oz of H20 to offset the Acid PH
7. My in between & later meals consisted of a vegetable curry broth with 1 potato (or less) with some carrot, cabbage, and broccoli in it. Or, eat celery with an avocado and salt, handful of Macadamia or Almond nuts too for fresh oils and calories
8. I added a vegan/ vegetarian friendly digestive enzyme supplement regime I increased from 2 enzymes per meal to taking up to 10 a day at various intervals throughout the day.

After months of detoxing I gave blood 2x despite Japanese spiritualists telling me that giving blood is likened to commiting suicide. I was never informed that the blood donation facilities tested for Mycotoxins after I did the detox. I felt it would assist my body to produce newer healthier cells after the Mycotoxin exposure. Just a thought, I'm suprised they don't test for mold;- even under a microscope. But, I was told they throw away the donations every 6 months.

Though I was never formally diagnosed, due to doctors in Hawaii attempting to harm me deliberately;- I consulted with the people of the rainforest. I took some photos of the mold present in my bloodstream and the particular strain is unidentified, and could have been a fungal infection;- though I was definately suffering from extreme Mycotoxin exposure.

Things about the World today;- have changed drastically. I don't recommend that ANYONE attempt what I have been doing over the past 5 months in order to get rid of Toxic Mold that entered my bloodstream that follows. It is extreme and takes extreme self discipline to follow. In order to follow it, I had to virtually separate myself from regular socialization.

The following (see below list) is a guideline to my own "Doctor heal thyself natural mold elimination protocol" while on a still vegan diet. This are components of the natural protocol I followed to reduce the Toxic Mold in my bloodstream as a vegan. I had little to No candida due to my strict vegan diet, so some speculate that the mold entered my bloodstream through a contaminated water or ice machine supply. Because eating fruit and grain adds to "feeding" the toxic mold that thrives in an acid environment;- I had to eliminate these vegan components of my daily diet.

1. Drink about 3-4 sticks of fulvic minerals with chlorophyllins each day in about 3 liters of H20
2. Eliminate sugar intake;- No grains including corn, No Fruit at all, No other dessert
3. Allow cacao or nearly pure dark chocolate for dessert
4. Eat about 3/4lb  organic salad without lettuce;- mostly bed is sunflower sprouts, shredded beets, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds topped with olive oil and salt. 
   4b. No vinegar & no salad dressing due to acidity
5. Allowed 1 - 16oz cup of coffee a day and drank an additional 48oz of H20 to offset the Acid Ph.

The problems I experience while still on this diet;- are that my oils intake from nuts and avocados is the most crucial to keeping my heart from having pain. I've had to keep both fresh avocado & macadamia on hand in case as I was told (paraphrased) 'my body will start looking for oils to consume and your heart has plenty of fat and oils'.  I'm going to put this diet on the fringes and DON'T recommend it to anyone!!! Even for me a vegan of 30 years now, this diet is on the extreme and I'm using it to "starve out" the debilitating toxic mold that entered my bloodstream and had a nearly crippling effect on me. Toxic mold made my skin break out, extreme fatigue so I looked like a 90year old trying to walk up a stair or two. The protocol I followed for myself only, has mostly cleared my blood of the mold and under a high powered microscope has reduced the size of the mold groupings to being smaller than my red blood cells.

Toxic Mold Legislation needed

They say that you won't know until you are on the same frequency. And, rightly so, noone really wants to be discussing toxic mold. I didn't know that some of the tent encampments in Honolulu were a result of sick buildings and mold ridden A/C ducts. Not all of the toxic mold and black mold on Oahu is posted notice. And, many landlords force the tenents out without any compensation for mold contaminated furniture, do a small repair of the moldy area and then re-lease the rental space. Due to the expense of furniture replacement, many tenents will take their mold contaminated furniture with them without proper treatment to the mold. Then, they move their belongings to a public storage unit or a new residence where the mold can continue to flourish. There is no Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) that I know of. Additionally, the issue of Toxic mold is that it is a biotoxin and classified as a biological weapon. So, anyone can see the double edged sword of this mold strain being a public liability.

If I were to start a HI-PIRG group- I would be lobbying Hawaii State Legislature with a bill that makes it mandatory for Hawaii residents to be tested for toxic mold strains bi-annually or Annually sometime soon after Hurricane season and before the Holidays. I doubt it would give a completely accurate picture of where toxic mold is accrued, but it might help define areas that are severely affected. I think that this is important because mold spores also can root in clothing, and workers can bring it with them to the international hotel setting in Waikiki. Workers in hospitality industry are already subject to mandatory TB (tuberculosis) testing. A toxic mold test can be very fast with the correct high powered microscope, a drop of blood or two from the finger for slides (amount of blood much like an anemia test).

According to Dr. Croft (on http://www.survivingtoxicmold.com), 525,000 people died with toxic mold in 2003 with a 40% mortality rate. They estimate that the mortality rate has risen to 55% in 2005, 11 years ago.

Since 2014, when I learned I was contaminated with toxic mold;- I have learned of others who have gone through this experience. Toxic Mold survivors are typically left financially devastated.
In 2 years and 6 months, I have learned word of mouth of the following:


  • 1 person on Kauai who is mentally ill and incompetant from toxic mold
  • 1 person on Kauai (vegetarian) who had surgical removal of a tumor caused by toxic mold
  • 1 person PH Pauoa Valley loosing their home to toxic mold & has many toxic mold symptoms
  • 1 person in back of Pauoa Valley has a large tumor looking object (not confirmed toxic mold)
  • Me who in back of Pauoa Valley (the only 12B Oahu microclimate)contracted toxic mold
  • Renters in Chinatown living in tent encampments due to Mold affected air ducts.

Homeowner responsibility to tenants is low in Hawaii. Many renters have no rights as I learned there are laws that do not protect tenants who do not OWN the condo unit or rental room. This I learned is due to the land having separate ownership from the building owner. A condo owner who rented a room and bathroom to me in their penthouse was exempt from any human rights responsibility to me by Hawaii State Law. I learned this when the condo association shut off utilities and attempted to extort the condo owner's condo association fees from me. I had barely lived there for 1.5weeks. I learned that the Honolulu 1st District Court mandated that do not have basic U.S. Constitutional rights in Hawaii as a renter at all, according to Hawaii State Law.

Vegan Rainforest Chile -bio hack-

I made this chile after clearing out a massive amount of fresh oregano & blanching it. I needed something to do with the oregano and so I decided to make chile with it. I call it a bio hack for personal reasons of living in the back of Pauoa Valley in the only true microclimate 12B tropical rainforest on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu, just outside downtown Honolulu.
Not for novice chile cooks, this is my "Mild Pauoa Valley Chile"
Recipe:  Rainforest Vegan Chili - Bio Hack - 
  1. sunflower oil
  2. 1 diced Maui onion or vidalia onion
  3. 1/2 bulb garlic
  4. 4-5 cups of H20 
  5. 1 lb puréed fresh blanched oregano 
  6. 1 diced poblano pepper
  7. 1-2 diced Annaheim peppers
  8. 1 can tomato paste
  9. 1 large can tomato puree
  10. 1 box Vegan Boca Burger (you can sub out this for beans)
  11. 1-2 cups pinto beans (soaked)
  12. 1 -1.5 tsp cinnamon
  13. Frontier Fiesta Chile Pepper
  14. Paprika to taste
  15. 1-2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  16. 1 sliced or diced Red Bell pepper
  17. 1 sliced or diced Orange Bell pepper
  18. 2 Jalapeno peppers no seeds
  19. 1 lb of broccoli with stems ( can sub Cauliflower)
  20. 1 tsp. black pepper (grinder)
  21. 2-3 regular dried red chile peppers
  22. 1-2 sliced, diced fresh scorpion/strawberry Habeneros with seeds
  23. 1 tsp black Hawaiian sea salt
  24. Additional cinnamon to taste

This Chile sounds like it would set your mouth on fire with fresh scorpion peppers. Ironically, with the right amount of black sea salt added to the chile the finished hotness is actually mild. And, the taste is sweet & mellow with hints of cinnamon. It takes about 2.5 hrs to cook down on a low simmer in a big pot and is a vegan chile. Like most recipes start, caramelizing the onions and garlic with the oil with maybe a pinch of salt or a dash of Earth balance. then add The oregano will be the first set of herbal steam coming from the cooking pot. It should then be overwhelmed with additional ingredients topped with the strong cinnamon smell and left to stew for a bit. The peppers go in the pot in order of weakest to strongest capsicum level. Once the Scorpion peppers are searing my nose sitting on the top of the chile with steam rising, I add the black sea salt around them. Then I let the chile mixture stew a bit longer. If it's going to be eaten immediately.

Vegan Hydrated for Toxic Mold Detox

While on my Vegan Toxic Mold Detox, I still had to hydrate properly.
Another thing that I learned was that my hydration level as a vegan is naturally higher (up to 15% higher) than an omnivore or vegetarian the same size. Though, this is a good thing, the Toxic Mold Detox I did required me to drink more water and alkaline minerals drink than normal to balance to Alkaline.

So, for example;- my 16oz Americano in the morning needed to be balanced with 2x16oz of H20.
That's 2x the water to 1 drink of ANYTHING that isn't water or alkaline. The list of acidic drinks is off the chart;- Coffees, teas, soda, juices, beer, smoothies, etc. So, I scaled my coffee intake to 1 coffee drink. I started having doppio machiattos just because the volume of acid was less around 4oz.
It is pretty much everything except clean purified water and the mineral energy drink I had added to my diet by April/May of 2014. Still having  hot or cold lemon water was O.K.


The other thing really important piece I added to my H20 intake was alot of water. Just water.
I weighed in around 118lbs and so 118/2= 59oz of water I needed to drink (mandatory) each day.
This was hard for me to do at first. Finally I just got used to purchasing 2-3 1.5L bottles of water to drink for the entire day. And, I'd get an extra 32oz to make up for the coffee I drank.

The formula is body weight divided by 2 equals number of ounces of water to drink daily.

Yes, this sounds ludicrous. But, I did it while taking alot of digestive enzymes throughout the day (never exceeding 5-6 enzyme caps at once). And, within 3-5 mos. my blood looked cleaner at a microscopic level to the point where I was encouraged to go for picture perfect blood.

Though the United States is beautiful because the USA has outsourced toxic manufacturing to China. I do agree that the WORLD needs to start making adjustments in a better direction.  USA importing oil and use of private, personal automobiles and the heavy use of Lightbulbs and dryers is enough energy drain and byproducts to change the PH of rainfall to being ACID. Though a conversation with the last generation of major importers to the USA;- putting an end to the importation of OIL for public use would change life on this planet for the better.

1. Use of cars that pollute the environment and lead to Acid Rain
2. Consumes diets high in grains, sugars, and acid forming foods.

If toxic Mold is designed to and wants to rid the planet of a large number of humans;- the United States and China have created a formula for certain population deterioration. It only takes 6-8hours for mold to form a significant layer on an acid coffee drink with some sugar/ non dairy creamer in Hawaii.

I suppose this is just a slight nudge, if anyone is reading this. It's a slight nudge to think about the consequences of how deadly toxic mold is.
Even a master cleanse diet of maple syrup water has too many carbs that are easy for the mold to use, in competition with my body's digestive process kicking in to use those fast carbs. Fast Carbs vs. Slow Carbs is something that makes quite a bit of difference with functioning with this toxic mold.


Even here in Hawaii;- Living in a tent is cleaner. I have met several people who have developed tumors from toxic mold more recently. Some people have gone perceptibly insane from toxic mold, exhibiting no cognitive control whatsoever.

I keep finding mold varieties growing in public places. And, I wonder if my own battle with toxic mold that started 2 years ago is only "bringing it up" as I'm on the fringe of not eating anything.

Just a thought;- the USA diet on average is too acidic.

Water H20 and Vegan Toxic Mold Detox

I got a reminder of the importance water has in our daily lives yesterday. A friend recently reached out because of flooding in their living space. And, in conversation, I wonder if anyone really processes the crippling effect of toxic mold that can lead to death.

I needed to adopt a protocol for where I'd get my water.
These were the rules I had about water, especially here in Hawaii.
  1. Bottled water that is purified 
  2. A water filter on the personal water bottle
  3. Do not drink anything from any restaurant's soda hose.
  4. I do not drink anything  Local with a blue cap on it as I got a sediment contaminated bottle of Hawaii sourced water.
Water. We do take it for granted. 
When I was told that toxic mold was in my bloodstream without candida (I've been very vegan for most of 30 some years), they told me that it probably entered through a water source. Although alkaline, water is a carrier for mold (yes the Acid Rain lightbulb should go off in your head and do the math if you can). I decided to alkalize more with minerals (almost too much and not on any one's advice) because of this fact to try and drop my blood PH.  I also did it because I felt better from the mold symptoms. I alkalize heavily when I have times where I may be more likely to be contaminated with the toxic mold spores. 

So, in the mold stricken environment look around;- 
1. Shower heads can be contaminated with toxic mold
2. Ice box systems at home can be contaminated with toxic mold
3. Restaurant Ice can be contaminated with toxic mold (especially in Hawaii) - new or old.
4. Water drippings off awnings
5. Local grown fruit definitely harbors a variety of mold.
6. Mold in random spots like the Soap container at the gym, mold & dust in vents above shower stalls

In any case, during this time and having moved out immediately;- I showered at places that seemed mold free. And, the interesting learning part I experienced was an eye opener. There were several Hawaii homeowners who shower at the gym and bring a barrage of products. They sometimes have apologized (I take shorter civilian showers) for hogging the area because they have a bathroom they can't use at home. It's not just one or two people, the numbers are much higher. Homeowners who have neglected Water damage, tile damage, or plumbing issues that signal MOLD issue to me.

Purchasing water for drinking (I didn't do much of any cooking during the Detox) and can be a hefty bill. So, there are water filtration systems like LifeStraw that are proven to filter out the most possible.

Vegan Will power, the is one valuable asset that I learned to completely appreciate. Being vegan with toxic mold required me to push way beyond any no compromise boundaries that I ever had in my activist days and amped up to a whole new level. My diet didn't have a name though so I still say I'm vegan. My diet was/is extremely alkaline + ketogenic style;- mine toxic mold intruders left multiple trainwrecks in traffic of dead blood cells clumping in my bloodstream. It was an ugly picture to look at.

VEGAN ALKALINE & KETOGENIC for Mold Detox means:

No Fruits except avocados & olives.
Zero Grains, not even organic and mold free rice pasta quinoa chia . -
Zero  GMO -- not to chance it even eating tofu or grain
Maintain Alkaline Balance -
      -Body weight divided by 2 = number of ounces of water to drink each day.
- Alkalize with minerals throughout the day. Sip on a premade bottle of mineral supplemented water with chlorophyllin= broken down chlorophyll

One thing I learned when attempting to fight the mold;- that essential oils don't work. I rarely mention brand names since my other (more successful) blog was under attack by a large MLM essential oils company during my Toxic mold detox.It's extremely dangerous if there are toxic mold strains rooting in your living space while you pamper them by cleaning with acidic essential oils. The prior tenants used bleach & chemicals to clean, and told me the mold spots kept returning. Not only does bleach equip the mold molecules to include a chlorine gas element that can cause brain tumors & cancer, But bleach actually promotes mold growth of some strains. I tried to clean bathroom ceiling mold with grapefruit essential oil on it and it still returned. I later learned that Mold likes acidic environments. 

The list of surface cleaners uSed to kill different mold strains(there are dozens of strains of mold) with;- 
  • Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Concrobium
  • Melaleuca Company's Sol-U-Guard & Sol-U-Mel- laundry detergent 
  • Ammonia
Cleaning products in the closet, moving on to my diet changes.

Many mold survival nutrition sites say they don't recommend doing a vegan toxic mold detox diet. I don't condone or condem what any vegan puts in their mouths; but I had a seriously supportive dietary babysitters during this process. I am grateful for their support. I had the most difficult time the first month giving up my 1 packet of oatmeal for breakfast. But, when I ridded my diet of the grain in entirety, I began to feel better. Below, was the general guidelines for a protocol I began to follow. Though I did not know what ketogenic was when i started, the carbohydrate intake I had was lowered as much as possible to below 50g carbs. I had many days of eating about 1 lb of  organic salad for the day. That was my solid food and I mostly used the salad in conjunction with my protein and enzymes. I took alot of digestive enzymes to assist in breaking down the mold. I took digestive enzymes any time food or nourishment entered my body. And, if I felt particularly tired (mold symptoms) as the trainwreck of dead blood cells travelled through my bloodstream;- I took more enzymes (up to 5-6 at a time). That is, I was eating more enzymes than olive pieces on my salad.

On this diet, I learned to eliminate lettuce. Though the leafy greens are nice;- they provide little nutrition for the carbs in them. The other thing hard to learn is to eliminate eating vinegar as it's in many, many sauce's & dressings. Vinegar isn't high enough on the alkaline side of foods when they are digested. Lemon juice however, become alkaline in the body when digested.

This is only 1 salad for the entire day whether eaten in one sitting or broken up into several smaller meals.
My 1/2 (half) pound morning/afternoon detox salad: bed of sunflower sprouts topped with shredded beets, a little shredded carrots, 2 tiny roma cherry tomato, a level tbsp of black olives, and 2 roasted cubes (1/8) of an organic baked potato, with avocado topped with a tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, and a spritz or two of organic olive oil. Some days I would add a slice of cucumber or two. Or, opt for a tbsp or two tbsp of premade veganaise laden cabbage salad.


Also, for the alkaline portion;- not drinking alkaline water, but drinking mineralized water with chlorophyllins is best for my body to alkalize. Alkaline water itself can cause digestive tract issues since there is nothing for the body to actually digest in it. Adding minerals and chlorphyll  to water with or without lemon juice is a good substitute to expensive, better tasting alkaline mineral energy drink mixes.

ChickPea Mayhem - Recipe

Grain-Free Chickpea Mayhem - Chickpeas aka Garbanzo's are the mainstay of many novice vegan protein plans. Loaded with Protein & Carbs by the can or cooked, these peas make the paste.
My 1st Hummus venture was out of a cookbook at my Great-Grandmother's old farm house. I was never allowed to receive funds from Japan, as the USA always threatened to jail me as an agent, so I took odd jobs. I went to work for A male Greek chef who owned the Cabbagetown Cafe before its closure. The only legitimate garbanzo cooking I had got me falafel'd out. I took a college summer month to serve falafels at NY State fairs for my summer rent money.
Over 30 years later, chickpeas are a rare main meal or salad item for me.  If chickpeas could walk, they are on my plank for taste fatigue. Though, I would plant them in the ground where they belong;- Here is my last Vegan-Keogenic-grain-free-fruit-free Chick Pea recipe from scratch.

Deconstructed Hummus Salad

estimated effective(net) carbs 20-25.5g 
estimated calories 227.5
  1. 2 tbsp - 1/4 cup hydrated chick peas (carb 11.5g canned, calories 72) 
  2. 1tbsp raw sesame seeds (carb 2.1g, calories 52)
  3. 1Tbsp parsley (carb .2g, calories 1 )
  4. Pinch natural sea salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp MCT oil (carbs 0, calories 75)
  6. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  7. 1 Romaine or Other inner/outer lettuce leaf (carb .1g - .7g, calories 4)
  8. 1/2 a 301g cucumber - cut lengthwise & scoop out seeds. (Carb 5.5g, calories 23.5) 
  9. Optional 1/8 a Lemon= wedge (carb 5.5g)

  • Halve the cucumber lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Keep them if u want to eat them. Dice lettuce and parsley.
  • Mix lettuce leaf & parsley leaves, with sesame seeds, cayenne, salt, and sesame seeds (and cucumber seeds).
  • Then mix MCT oil with the chick peas.
  • After chick peas are evenly coated with oil, mix thoroughly with leaves & seeds mixture.
  • Spoon the chick peas and leaves & seeds mixture into the hollowed out cucumber. 
  • Let marinade overnight or its ready to eat.
  • Squeeze lemon juice onto salad as desired
Additional extras:- white pepper to taste

Grasshopper Shake Keto-Vegan style

All my normal daily routine mixed together:- alkaline protein & minerals with cacao and liquid hydration. 

Mix: 
1 scoop vanilla AIM Pro Peas
Cacao powder (organic) 1tbsp or to taste 

1 stick Liv Green 2 o
12-16 oz almond milk or coconut water 
Clean crushed ice

Optional extras:
1tsp MCT oil (or to taste)
Add extra cacao powder or mint oil (fresh mint leaves are great too)
Blender in up to 1 date about 5g carbs (for added sweetness)

Ketogenic Vegan with Night time carb load

My disclaimer is that this is about what I have done to be a Ketogenic Vegan for the past 2 years. I'm not saying it is good or great. Nor did I even know about Ketogenic diets until year 2 and 3mos.
My Ketogenic Vegan diet stemmed out of my fighting toxic mold invaders for my ability to walk, think, and breathe. That fight meant starving the pervasive mold and not giving up my vegan diet and personal ethics. Starving the mold meant not feeding it any type of sugar. Any type of sugar meant anything that I eat that is turned into sugar. Apparently, they haven't made carbs that remain dormant until they are needed to turn into sugar, so i took the practical option. I refrained from eating almost all carbohydrates. Or, I at least kept my carb intake below 50g a day until I was free from mold symptoms.

Sadly, even after over 1.5 years battling Hawaii's toxic mold, the mold is still in my body at least enough that I cannot resume regular consumption of carbohydrates. I experience symptoms of Toxic mold after 6 weeks of moderate carbohydrate consumption. However, since I live in a tropical climate with rainforests, it is safe to say that I could be revisited by different instances of Toxic Mold spore invaders.

So, after the initial battles eliminating ALL, and I mean ALL major sources of carbs, I was able to get better. In hindsight, it started after 3 weeks of moving into a place in Pauoa Valley on the outskirts of Honolulu City. I started having extreme allergic reactions to chemical air freshners that my housemates kept in  the house. I thought I needed a cleanse so I opted for colonics that I heard  other women discuss at work (their friends tried) for improving skin & allergies. I went 2x and the allergies subsided and the air fresheners were unplugged. Over 7 months later my symptoms started with extreme lethargy and being winded after going up 1 step. The visible symptom was my back having an unrelenting raised rash all over it.  And, it started with  included brain fog.
I went to a homeopath and World renowned nutritionist in Honolulu for dietary advice. And, I was shocked with what she suggested. But, I did it like my life depended on it and I got better in 3 mos.

I remained on Grain-free, Fruit-free Vegan diet because my attempts at eating carbs 2 years ago lead me to sickness after the holiday parties. No more fruit juice, no more bread, no more noodles/pasta, & no more rice. Not even in Protein Powder. We are talking about omitting the things human culture is built on till today, reluctantly. 

Until I heard a speech about the Ketogenic Diet from a professional, I was unwilling to relinquish (even to my prior nutritionist), my carb loading after work and before sleep. This I started adding on because I simply would collapse after work. I focused so hard to make it through my shift on low calories that I couldn't even drive home. I would fall asleep in my car outside work, then outside my residence. I would start falling asleep driving half-way there, pull over and nap for about 3 hrs to continue. So, my carb loading after work was somewhere around 100grams (from Taco Bell) with a cup of coffee that had a packet of sugar and a sploosh of non-dairy creamer. One of my customers somehow got a burrito for me one day with nothing but lettuce and their avocado/ guacamole sauce. Today, In a drive thru jam I  try ordering the 7 layer burrito without rice, cheese, sourcream & add a side of guacamole. I read on someone else's site that that burrito is vegan without the cheese / sourcream. Though, not all of these burritos are 100% if you're vegan and you know what I mean...so be careful every bite. I've had to throw some away.
Sometimes, it would be a trip to 7-11 and picking up a 20g Protein Cliff bar with a coffee.

Secret revealed. My night time carb load, stay in ketosis during the day. Still vegan, to the best of my knowledge.

Now, you might ask why the Burrito and not the Cliff bar? 
I eat the Burrito, not because I'm enthralled with the fast food magic flavor of Taco Hell. I eat it because the presence of vegetable matter helps to process the proteins better. I've also learned to be more efficient on the diet. Without fresh greens, it is difficult for my body to process protein alone.


In the Superior Athlete BG's presentation he carb loads up to 200g and maintaining ketosis during the day.  I'm not an athlete like that, nor do I claim to be, nor do I work out, nor did I run the Penn Relay's like my Brother did (RIP bro), nor am I an Olympic Gymnast from Japan like my mother was before her accident. I am me, a lazy Classical PIANIST who sold her last piano on the beach to some surfers and wound up with an old battered used Brewer board that people tell me not to use.


So, now that i've bored the miniscule audience I might have to death;- Here are my new dietary adjustments as a Ketogenic Vegan coming out of the rainforest,
and the proper order for me? (would love to ask) before adding more into my diet. This is after listening to Athlete BG's lecture

Breakfast & Lunch
1. wakeup- a bottle carbonated sparkling lemon flavored mineral water take nootropics
wait 15-20 min
2. 5g Creatine
wait 5-10 min
3. 2 vegetarian digestive enzyme caplets
4. Coffee powered MCT oil (1 tbs) + Vega Sport Performance Shake
5. piece of celery, green juice, or veggie breakfast salad (1/2lb veggies) or Green2o

Then repeat above for each meal.
I weigh 116ish so, I drink about 3 liters of water a day.

  • I take digestive enzymes for each protein shake
  • Days I feel super sluggish after carb loading on something, I take up to 5 enzyme caplets for the day. 
  • 2-3 TBS MCT oil works best in my stomach on the Heavenly Salad. MCT oil Doesn't work well with the Mineral drink. It's o.k. in Coffee (though CBD oil is preferred, but rare)
  • I take digestive enzymes when I can before my nighttime carb load that happens 3x a week.
  • I turn my gallon of H20 into a gallon of Green2o with 3 stix = 3-6lbs of veggies minerals, I consume 1 gallon of this appx every 24 hrs. Sometimes, less on the regular h20 sometimes more. depends on how hot it is and how active I am through the day. Or, if i'm just doing extra cleansing. 
Do I drink Alcohol?
I drink alcohol. Yes. However, it's not a daily pride item. 
I take shots, not fruity tropical drinks. In fact mimosas give me rashes. 



  • If I have a shot of liquor, I have a back of Clear bubbly Club Soda (lemon or lime added)
  • Once in a while I've had a beer. And, it is just A single beer. 
  • I like vodka martini's Dirty occasionally. 

That's about it.
