Rosicrucian and Depopulation of the Planet -- Introduction.

I grew up less than a mile from the actual 1940's Rosicrucian ceremony grounds in Bucks County, PA. My mother taught me that these people would shoot me because I'm half Japanese and half US Caucasian mix. And, throughout my life well into adulthood, They have attempted to kill me, as the Rosicrucians' founder's grandson (Lee Clymer) was a neighbor (with his wife Cathy Clymer) to me on the street I grew up on. You can find a blurb on these Rosicrucian in the "Atlas of Secret Societies by David Barrett ." This Rosicrucian Sect have been referred to as an abusive sex cult and have been ostracized from other Rosicrucian sects in the USA for their white supremacist views and practices. They also murdered my brother in 2005 in our backyard (we are both of half-Japanese nationality).

1. My brother told me (2004) that Lee Clymer made him work extra to CNC machine custom guns that the Rosacrucians white supremacist network sold and ran privately throughout the USA. This may or may not be part of some ultimate plan to decrease the world's population. But none the less it is heinous. There are also Federal/CIA agents and their counterparts who seek to promote drugs through these networks of Rosacrucians and their wanna be's.
2.  The Rosacrucians Clymers are related to Representative Clymer (PA) --and have close ties to Cheney. They use "divide and conquer" and many other tactics to smokescreen their white supremacist traditional values (that may go back to Hitler).
3. They also forced my brother to work for the Quakertown, PA irradiation plant @2002-2004 through a temporary employment agency (to cover up). They already knew that we were not supposed to be near radioactive materials. They then labeled my brother a terrorist trying to obtain uranium (in a cobalt reactor) and sent their slews of Illuminati/white trash junkies to barrage me and my brother with more murderous attacks.

1. Over the years growing up, I'm also quite sure they use mind-control protocols and that I've been exposed to their abuse throughout my childhood. I went through an intense period after the hypervigilant activist side of me emerged after leaving Quakertown and being politically torn at the age of 17 in my 1st semester Ithaca College dorm room and ignored.
2.  And, I had inherited land/house there from my Great Grandmom Kelley as I'm part Kelley, but they have turned me into one of their "Indigent Ethnics" as they so proudly rub in my face as they have completely decimated happiness in my life over the past 30+ years. I became an activist in High School. I later dedicated my time to fighting "the good fight" and learning from whoever I could who has skills to battle with these people. However, I have to say "C.B. you were right!!!!" They attacked me when I returned to my hometown, and I barely escaped with my life... and a duffel bag of clothes to Hawaii. I still have near nothing as I'm attacked by others who feel that they will have a place within the USA military orders if they harm me here in Hawaii.

Anyway, financially decimated and physically harmed... I'm still here.

Over the past 3-4 weeks, I have been extremely sick compared to anything I have experienced in the past 10 years.  Since I am already eating a plant based diet for over 25 years I kept my body as chemical free as possible. It seems that I'm not the only one on the Island who has, since late June 2013, had respiratory problems. I have heard about the Government dumping Chemtrails for use of HAARP and weather modifications since I have been trying to find a cure for my severe allergy problem I have been trying to hide for the past 7 years that started to get progressively worse since I worked for Evaluation Engineering magazine in for Nelson Publishing in Venice, Florida in 2000. It started with a severe building allergy that made me turn down a new position at the physical office.

• July 2, 2013- Rash/hives
• July 6-7, 2013- possible food poisoning- nauseated, headache, fatigue
• July 9-12, 2013- Sick and slept 18+hrs straight have joint pains
• July 13-14, 2013- Laryngitus (from coughing a dry cough for past few weeks)
• July 15-21, 2013- Irregular menstration only 16 day cycle
• July 23-27, 2013- someone kicked my knee-- pain
• July 22-26-- extreme fatigue 

I was already near full toxicity when I was a child. My mother was 3 years old in Japan when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed. The use of DDT in their farming methods and water systems
was common then. My family overseas in Japan and the doctors in Philadelphia all suggested that my diet be plant based by the time I was about 8-9 years old.
And some things that should cause an immediate reaction are encapsulated by my body for periods up to 7 days before I have reaction.
Here are a few things that I am intensely allergic to:
RECENT ALLERGIES with noticeable but not debilitating anaphylaxis reactions (past 2 wks)
Airwicks- air freshner
air inside GNC at Alamoana-- may have air freshner in ventilation -- severe allergic reaction within 1.5 min of being inside. Within 5 minutes I experienced extreme tearing of my eyes and closure of my breathing/throat so that talking was very difficult. Cleared up after 15 min outside of the store.
 

SOAPS/DETERGENTS

• The use of different normal laundry soaps such as Tide, Gain, and Era all cause Anaphylaxis type reactions for me. 

Once @ 2010 I gave someone who volunteered to do my laundry at his house, a bottle of Dr. Bronner's to wash my clothes in. He brought back my clothes and hung them in my bedroom closet. That night when I went to sleep my eyes were tearing profusely and I couldn't breath.
I called him on the laundry soap switch. He apologized and re-did my laundry since I said I basically have to throw out my entire wardrobe.

• Cleaning products in stores on shelf as well as when store is being cleaned.

 Back in 2003-2004 I already had a noted sensitivity to Wegman's and other large stores that have near cityblock long aisles of cleaning products on the shelves. Back then I could only spend 15-20 minutes inside these stores shopping. And that time was reduced if they were doing regular cleaning for the floors.

Trying to find an "affordable" living situation in Hawaii that allows a person to live and make deposits to their savings and trading accounts possible is difficult. Now throw in tolerating housemates who smoke DA Kine, Pakalolo, Marijuana. It's even more difficult to live around my potential allergic outbreaks of Anaphylaxis shock. My eyes immediately become uncontrollably pained and tear as if I had some extreme chemical exposure from warfare. My interior throat becomes tight, closed, and itchy as I begin to gasp for air. My nostrils become itchy and I may begin a sneezing fit if I can breath enough.
Yet my housemates find this difficult to believe. So, aside from letting them send me to the Emergency Room by exposing myself to the Girl's weed habit... I can only hope she moves out next month and takes her smoker's tooth colored glass bong along. But, since she's a "respectable Filipino" who is on a respectable rowing team here in Hawaii (12 years my junior) The Girl's disrespect lingers to me as she justifies it with her short Washington D.C. stint at the Hawaiian State legislature. And feels justified in being extra rude to those around her (in daily parking habits and other ways). Mind the fact that the first time I met her, she was smoking cigarettes and sitting in filth on a pigeon poop covered bench. My first impression of her was completely disgusting. 0
           But she's Filipino-American and I'm just Japanese trash to her and her "respectable" Hawaiian family who do well for themselves in the Hostess bar industry, and Insurance industries of Hawaii. I'm sure if her family knows, and as I've experienced with many of the older parents of people near my generation of Hawaii;;- they only laugh at newcomers and their families. This creates a wonderful atmosphere for decreased and stopped funding of all of my activities within Hawaii since my family and especially extended family chooses not to add to such an existing economy. Hawaii's feminism is severely contorted from the academic feminism I learned back in Ithaca, NY.

The Girl's behavior seems to be standard of Hawaii born.  I, being more cultured since my parents met in Tokyo, Japan and returned to settle in Philadelphia, PA. I am supposed to take pity on the locals who are 4th and 5th generation Americans and are "isolated" on these Hawaiian Islands. Though, I cannot pity their foolishness. They don't seem to have much established culture of their own and feel that ganging up on those of us who have other experiences from the East Coast. I still pray for solidarity from my home of New York, as well as some for my birth state of Pennsylvania even though I'm a first generation American.  I'm hoping the pakalolo out here in the Islands doesn't kill me from contact in the air. Trying to ask the locals not to smoke Pakalolo around me seems to be
too difficult for them to manage.

180 days to go

July 22nd, 2013 at 8AM in the First District Court of Honolulu;- the ex-nuclear submarine engineer plead guilty to a charge of Harassment rather than waiting till July 24, 2013 for my appearance as a State witness in what HPD defied as "abuse."
This was the 4th very violent attack made on me by this young 26 year old man. Because of his security clearance, it seems that Hawaii and law enforcement have given him one year of leeway in all incidents that I have reported. This last incident involved me fighting for my life and for consciousness. And, he is a known drunk at bars and for being in fights.
The newly assigned Hawaii State prosecutor never contacted me regarding the case. She also refused to make time to discuss anything with me. Though this new prosecutor seems to be of Japanese descent, she also seems very biased against me as a 1st generation American who is of direct Japanese national descent. (I was advised of the hatred Japanese-Americans in Hawaii are veraciously against those of us who have a direct connection to Japan).
The public that has encountered and witnessed the attacks made on me by this Navy engineer put pressure on me in April 2012 to get a Temporary Restraining Order on the Navy Officer. The restraining order was granted in May 2012. The Navy engineer did many things in order to prevent the TRO from being known by his Commanding Officer. This included more than 6-8 months of his
behavior getting me thrown out of my apartments, having his fellow Navy Officers stalk me and take my phone, His damaging my working laptops and phones as well as many other personal belongings I had, and being verbally and mentally abusive to me for hours on end.
Hawaii State supports this behavior because of their need for men like him to feed their Hostess bar and Sex trade industries. It is a well known fact that the State encourages these men to absolute drunkeness so that they can collect more money in DUI's and other legal matters, as well as fining bars and their workers.  And, that the State supports "soft" sex slavery and human trafficking where women wind up stuck in Hawaii and the Law Enforcement does nothing to help protect women. In fact, over the course of the past 1 year and 4 months I have learned many TRO's are issued against officers of the Honolulu Police Department. Additionally, they target people flying into this island state through the forms that are required to be filled out on the plane (as if entering another country).
Furthermore, the network of Attorneys is not like the networks on the Mainland. It is in fact more exclusive as law firms and attorneys collaborate, organize, and manipulate their clients' legal conflicts of interest.  This is something that the local Courts overlook, as it is yet another way for this Island State to maintain some financial influx in this remote economy.
So, today, I broke down in tears because my previous lifestyle has been mostly decimated by the Military and Law enforcement community here in Hawaii. I have lost a tremendous amount of time, personal dignity, years of paid work, as well as my musical talent going to waste in this rotten and virtually un-cultured Island economy. I'm not certain as to how to re-establish my life, and on my own terms;- since this State of Hawaii has taken away the very things that made my life independent and respectable.
The only light is that;-  Hopefully, the Ex-nuclear engineer will be discharged from the Navy and the 12 or so nuclear submarine reactors will sit in Pearl Harbor and Hawaii's surrounding waters a bit safer.

Kikuchi is Chrysanthemum Land, not kuchi that USA rapes

My mother's family name straight from Japan is Kikuchi, 菊地。It simply means, Chrysanthemum Land. When I was a young child, before I was 6 years old and the Philadelphia doctors told me my biological mother from Japan was dead, I was schooled in the horrors of rape as a young international.
This is what the USA thinks of me. This is what the USA thinks of me as a female. I was politically torn (aka Raped) by many people of the USA before they made me involuntarily become a USA national by their default laws. So, as a young dual citizen, this is what I was taught the USA is to Japan. A body of white United States Americans who disrespect me in the highest form. And, to date, this seems to remain true. I was raised in Bucks County, PA not even a mile away from the Clymer family's establishment called the Rosacrucians. They had a hand in my sister's and brother's ultimate demise. The Clymers are USA political allies with the Cheney family.
It is not a conspiracy. It is simple United States politics. I am an unwilling participant and my parents put me through this so that they could maintain their position in the United States of America's political climate.
I have no protection. I did manage to live with an old New York State senator who was Vice President of Cornell University;- she was my mentor. Her help is why I'm barely clinging to survival here in Hawaii. Hawaii is the worst climate for a professional international female that I have ever lived in in my ENTIRE life. This state needs to change for the positive.

However, they say I should be more Christian and "Forgive" all the men who rape and will rape me in the USA because they bombed the very country;- with atomic weapons, that my heritage is from.

I have no reason to continue since I have no personal benefit at this point in time. And, if the USA riff raft of USA military and Legal bodies continue to treat me as such;- I can only hope for their demise since I don't wish this type of life on anyone. Though, I wish they could experience the Extreme magnitude that they have exposed me to;- only in their personal lives and loosing their loved ones who cannot be replaced by any TV set or appliance that they could purchase.

APEC, Security, & Hawaii State 1st District Court Honolulu

So, for whatever reason, the Hawaii State prosecutor was against me and continues to be against my existence, as most matters in the Hawaii State 1st District Court of Honolulu have been Handled. This morning I appeared as a witness, who didn't receive a subpoena and only a letter, because the Prosecutor is trying to throw me in Jail (for not appearing) since I am from a large Japanese family and she seems to have a complex because I don't have as much acne as she does.  The Hawaii State 1st District Court has made judgements against my Civil rights since last year. This morning was no better. They have upheld everything from my being wrongly thrown out of my living space, to letting members of the U.S. Military and intelligence community make murder attempts on me. I am the last blood family member who can actually bridge one small Export-Import gap between APEC's newly considered Trans-Pacific Partnership member nation of Japan and the United States for the next generation. I attended some of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings in November 2011 and had to walk into the Highly secured Waikiki meeting protected by gunmen with M16's.
Given the actions of Hawaii State Police aka, Honolulu Police Department, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Army as well as actions taken against my life by other member(s) of Homeland Security (which are ongoing). I have recently been warned that I will not be able to leave Hawaii alive and that I will be killed on my plane flight out of here since there are human traffickers who are against everything that I stand for and have much to loose. Additionally, I have been warned that Homeland Security and I.N.S. may deport me as a "Sex slave" in order to complicate international politics further. They have already destroyed my life in the past 1.75 years especially here on Oahu.
 I think that most Military and Law enforcement bodies in Hawaii are trying to uphold their stake in illegal activities within the Hawaiian Islands. And, it is my sincere belief that they are trying to further the exploitation and sale of Asian women, including myself, since that is where monies for the Hawaiian tax base and payoffs to the legal/law enforcement community are found so they can maintain their security clearances.
Just a thought. Japan 2013 and APEC as well as a Japan National "NSA" style security setup being implemented are still not going to save other USA - JAPAN security agreements that have been  ignored since Hiroshima was bombed.\\

In all honesty, I know that the locals of Hawaii don't behave any better than the Mainland biggots who have power. However, they are a detriment to the future of minorities who may need to relocate from Hawaii to other racially biased places of the USA.

PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM PROTECTORS (bullies in PROTECTOR'S clothing)

The true reason for hackers watch you through hacked friends' and contacts' on social media is most likely a legal reason.  It is extremely, I mean extremely difficult to obtain restraining orders. And, The more friends/contacts you have, the more portals there are for 1x use. It was difficult for me to get a restraining order since the hacker got into one of my friends' accounts to monitor my activity, posting, photos, etc. Additionally, there are many "dummy" accounts that Feds and related security agents set up in order to join your social networking site. So, every once in a while it is really healthy to cleanup your contacts if you don't remember the person, or are just adding for adage sake.  The intelligence/security team online hacks IMDB/Facebook/ other accounts with any associated emails. Addresses, phone, accounts can be hacked. They can track and trace anyone. Additionally, they may have extra access to your living space, security boxes at banks, and other "low security" areas of your life such as work lockers, locked car, etc. And, it may become frustrating when they take your ID's and credit cards from your home only to return them later to your safe deposit box. As a good friend of mine once told me... It doesn't matter if "they" know,  what matters is that you know.

PHONE-- beware when: battery dies rapidly

Additionally, Security Agents who may be acting on their own selfish behalf, can easily sting your  phone or handheld for tracking and monitoring. Typically this is noticed by a quickly depleting battery. The Army agents I spoke with advised not to carry Samsung Galaxy due to ease of planting viruses/bugs with a simple swipe of a phone. Other tactics to direct your phone, ipad, or other device to a site that will bug/virus your computer　include changing the QR  code sticker at a place that you might frequent or on the computer screen of the page you are swiping.  There doesn't seem to be much that is capable of preventing this from happening. However, there are some "suggested" apps that can be downloaded (HEHEHEHEHEH evil laughter) to limit access to your phone, and scan it for viruses. Plus you have to encrypt your phone (which may require your own software designer).

Essentially, the only real protocol is to obtain a new phone and number and hope the hacker can't hack your phone provider account. (GOOD LUCK~!!!!) You will have to shut down any and all current pages on Facebook, and other social media sites. This is because accessing the sites on new and untraceable computers/phones/handhelds will give your "Security Agent" hacker a trail to follow you. The security agents try to force people into doing this, only to set up a new account with your name and contacts for their use.

I'm writing this from Oahu Hawaii.  It is an ISLAND economy.  It's about as controlled as any environment gets, and the Security Agents here as well as Hospitals, etc.  exploit those who arrive on the island for everything including any insurances you carry since it creates revenue. I've heard too many stories of people and families who traveled to Hawaii never to return from their vacation. And, it's happened mostly due to some accident or calamity. It was not due to Hawaii being the cheery vacation place that we think of in our minds (despite some of the lies to save face). Hawaii is very much like Africa. There are the super wealthy and then many struggling for survival being compromised by an influx of mainland homeless being sent to the Islands as an act of compassion.

It's fairly hopeless. Yes.

Dummy phones that allow you to dial 911 seem like an objective choice. Not a great one since even the way NCIS (Navy Criminal Investigative Services) present an ID a 3 yr old could make on the computer and can appear like Christian Sex traffickers around Honolulu, Hawaii.


HOW WE FOUND OUT
Someone hacked the hacker and traced the Hack's signal back to an Airhanger in Waianae, HI.

So, my update on the REALITY of being in Hawaii 1.5years after the 2011 APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) meeting that I would have attended in full if my "Security agent" menace hadn't taken most all of the monies I make. I received a blessing gift so that I could attend the ABAC portion of the meeting before Japan decided to join APEC the following day.

I landed in Honolulu at HNL airport on Feb 1, 2009 before the Lehman Bros. fiasco going on back home. This was supposed to be my bi-annual 1 month vacation. One Month. period. Story in Short;- A federal agent or shall I say Security Contractor who tracked me down on YouTube and Hapa.com met me at the Airport. Yep. All over after that. My one month plans got sunk in 20 minutes as he was a cold, unemotional, A-HOLE extraordinaire with a Keeanu Reeves type action figure voice going.
Nearly 3 years later in October 2012, I was woken up with the presence of 2 Army officials (E9) at the door of the place I was staying @  6:00Am. They requested that all household members that could, file for a Civilian Restraining Order on the above mentioned "Security agent".  Noone in the household knew the prior history between myself and the Security contractor. So, after spending a chunk of the week trying for their TRO, I reluctantly applied for TRO at the request of an official Army Investigation. The TRO hearing dragged out for nearly a full 6 months with the Defense going through every menial text message ever sent in a nearly 300page stack of communications. Reluctantly, due to time and other financial and life threatening events that occurred during the course of the Temporary Restraining Order hearing, I requested a dismissal with a meager settlement of less than 1% of the monies I earned that were extorted from me by the Security Contractor.

Personal Diary Summary June 10, 2012

So, here's my Hawaii update (over 6 years after I was told to leave the USA permanently due to the Patriot Act & revisions)and  on the anniversary of my sister's death.
For the past 3 years since I've been in Hawaii, I have been unable to receive international phone calls for 2 years. Additionally, I have received almost 0 phone calls from anyone other than my "Krav Maga" Instructor, it seems as if my phone was practically blocked from being able to receive other domestic calls for most of nearly 2 years. Since I have moved residence in my 3rd year, It has only lasted 2 months and my work has vanished in almost all entirety. Mostly due to the combined though maybe not coordinated efforts of retired & currently employed Navy men who have basically put me in a homeless status and financially crippled me while attempting to create numerous "lawsuit" type legal issues that have have me engaged till November 2012 now.
Aside from knowing numerous CEO's of companies and other substantial US families also known as some of the "Clinton Boys" who will go unnamed at this point;- none of them have assisted me in any way since prior to 9-11. They have also not made any effort to assist me and rather chose to complicate and put my life in knowing Jeopardy over the past 14years.

Their perspective to me is something I will try to explain below.
In a confused way they see m have treated me like an outsider because of my race alone. On the other hand, they make a mockery of me because I do speak English well and have not learned Japanese because they would not let me speak with my mother for many years, and I have almost no family support. Note: many of the people I speak of have support from their relatives and extended families. Basically, it constitutes an entirely abusive environment in which I have had to endure complete humility. Additionally, they afford me no protections in my identity and use my identity against me to further their political goals. My life is so terse it is difficult for me to convince anyone that my story is also true in any way. Most Americans, Military and non military resort to "belief" like in Santa Claus, rather than actual provable facts as to my relatives and other trans-national issues that they have created. It is humiliating. And, racism/nationalism as these other US citizens like to use against me, and to degrade my person for not being "white" enough in every way is something that is used from coast to coast by most people.
Additionally;- where they make exception to help other people in business stops with me. They have no intention to respect me as a person, woman, international business contact, or fellow American. In fact they condemn me to the lower levels of life by their actions, sins, and other beliefs about what they think I should be due to circulation of images similar to mine in other entertainment devices. And, the "Security" people who exist have extorted or robbed me of any monies that I had to keep my life secure. This is due to their "responsibility" to themselves and their security position to keep their "Financial Credit" healthy. And so, this continually puts me in an adverse position where my life's safety is compromised and they look like "hero" Internationally to the name of Homeland Security and other Security that they train, etc.
This is aside from numerous physical injuries that I have incurred as a result of such "security" personnel who were not wanted in my life to begin with, from the time I arrived in Honolulu, Hawaii. These person(s) also see themselves as furthering their cause and employment by creating a demand for needed "security training" by creating security issues (this seems needless to say, as this is how most USA jobs function).
As far as understanding "friends", I have found none so far. The matters that concern me in my life at this time are extremely life threatening in both long and short term scenarios. My safety & business is currently completely compromised. That is aside from my father's old CIA contacts doing direct harm to my immediate family, and particularly myself-- through my identity, professionalism, and physical person.
I am in such a compromised position at this point, I cannot go further and achieve the goals set forth for me and skill sets I have had to develop over my lifetime in order to build a larger and international business. I also do not know that I can personally endure any more humiliation from the USA;- whether intentional or accidental because the rate of control over my life seems too great for me to overcome. I am one person who has had to try and overcome many different international and domestic enemies in my homeland the USA. My life seems near expiration without serious help from my relatives abroad. Especially since the Patriot Act has redefined my position as a 1st generation USA citizen.  That's all I can summarize tonight.

My Debtor-Landlord & How I was thrown on street by court

Summary- how the Hawaii Court does not and cannot protect my basic Civil Rights:

1. I paid my May 2012 rent in full on May 1st that included Utilities.
2. The Electric to the Penthouse Apt was shut off on May 1st 2012 by the AOAO
3. I waited 1 week for the matter to be resolved by my landlord.
4.  I filed a complaint in District Court May 8th about an Illegal Utility Cut-off due to tenant to which there should have been a decision.
5. Hawaii Court Commenced a hearing on May 16th and continued the hearing for June 6th to which there should have been a decision made sooner by the Hawaii State law.

Recovery of possession limited (TURNING OFF UTILITIES) - Section 74.5. The
landlord shall not recover or take possession of a dwelling unit by the willful interruption
or diminution of running water, hot water, or electric, gas, or other essential service to
the tenant, except in case of abandonment or surrender.
A landlord who engages in this act shall be deemed to have engaged in an unfair
method of competition or unfair and deceptive acts or practices and subject to penalties
under 480-3.1 in addition to a minimum penalty of three times the monthly rent or

6. Since the hearing the litigation in the building between my landlord and AOAO made it unbearable for me to stay at the Apt without electricity. Also, there was a neighboring Electrical fire on morning of Friday the 18th of May that woke me up.
7. My lease was terminated due to legalities.
8. I moved the last of my things though my person could not live at the Condo/Apt building any longer.
9. Since The court made no decision and I was unprepared for such disruption to my life that involved intense conversations & litigation research, I was unable to prepare for another move on short notice
10. And, The AOAO turned the Electric back on after my lease was confirmed to be terminated.
11. So, I'm basically on the street since there are few if any persons who can help in an agreeable way.
12. Basically, it's like the court threw me out on the streets without consideration and I am being preyed upon for prostitution purposes;- or my safety is severely compromised. I refuse to live in a Homeless shelter since my freedom is regulated and will be further compromised.

13. Further hearing for the matter takes place in US Bankruptcy Court Hawaii in mid July when that court has time for hearing for my Motion to lift Automatic Stay so that the District Court can proceed on the Matter which should have been expedited in May. After Tomorrow's June 6th Hearing Date I have to make a request for the hearing to be continued till the Lift of Stay hearing has occurred. 
14. There are laws that should be protecting my rights, even under Federal Bankruptcy Procedure;- I feel it is the Judges Failure to recognize and pay heed to these laws that I am suffering out on the Streets (in a manner of speaking).

I'm Getting tossed on the Streets by Hawaii & Federal Court

I'm living in Waikiki, my shortest tenancy in Hawaii to date. There's NOONE to actually enforce the "illegal utility shut-off" at my current residence, yet there is a Humane Society to provide Air Conditioning to the dogs and cats of Oahu. And, in theory;- there should have been some sort of protection for me as a tenant as this is a violation of my rights. And so, because I speak English, yet have no help to defend myself from the exploitation of my situation in the United States;- I'm getting tossed on the street It seems;- by May 31st, with only 22 days notice that have been absorbed by 22 days of court filing/research/consumer complaints, etc. And, includes 1 electrical fire on the Morning of Friday May 18th, 2012 in the PH-2 unit with an adjoining wall to PH-1 where I reside.

"Such conduct is deemed to be an unfair and deceptive act and practice and could subject the landlord to damages of a minimum of the greater of three times the monthly rent, or $1000 and an additional civil penalty from $500 to $10,000 for every day of violation." from website  http://hawaii.gov/dcca/ocp/landlord_tenant/res_lt_msg/7665.html

So, I have no relatives, no actual friends who can assist me, and am out of money. I will not live in a shelter situation. And, at this point;- this seems to be my exodus of Hawaii, the USA,  OR my Career choice that was my life;- I'm not sure which exactly.

Needless to say;- that I read in a US Bankruptcy Court Document that is related to this situation that the Representing law firm of the Housing Association of the Building where I currently reside today;- Has stated in their motion/docket that the landlord is helping me to "Defraud" their Association out of utilities while there is what is called an "Automatic Stay" that has been put in place to protect my landlord from Utility Cut-Off situation. I believe it's called Defamation of my Character/Libel per se and Malicious Prosecution against my District Court filed Ex Parte TRO against Unlawful Utility Cut Off that was filed the day before their Docket was filed in District Court.

So... Yes. I'm done with Hawaii. There is no remedy for my situation and I'm beyond fed up trying to live in the USA;- after everyone punished me for being related to some of Imperial Japan's past and Architectural Giants on the Globe.

You have killed me with nearly 40 years of discrimination and blatant human rights violations against my person, that no court or attorney would even attempt to protect. I will be dead before succumbing to a shelter or prostituting the streets of Hawaii. FED UP.

Unconstitutional to Who? My landlord's in Bankruptcy!!!

Moving day, I was so ecstatic to be moving from my old place and cutting my rent nearly in half in the Economy of April 2012. Little did I know, my NEW landlord was in bankruptcy.
I was aware that my landlord "may" be under foreclosure;- however I had an inexpensive room in a house on the market in a similar situation. I thought I'd be there for 1 month maybe two at first. I wound up living there for approximately 1 year until the sale of the house (approx. $682,000) was closed on.

I found out May 1st that my new landlord is indeed, in bankruptcy. And, in my searches through Hawaii's Supreme Court Library;- I have only found a few laws and cases that apply to private/personal leases and tenants taking landlords to court.

Plus, the electricity has been shut off since May 1st by the Association that runs the building. It's an older building so all of the utilities are not on separate lots. And, the Association/Board decided to try and force
anyone in the Penthouse apartment unit out of the unit by shutting off the utilities to the unit at the breaker box within the building. Keep in mind, the breaker box is indeed LOCKED.

Step 1.  After a nearly a week of discussion with my landlord in person I mailed a letter stating that I'd like the utilities restored.
Step 2. After his hearing with the Association in Federal Bankruptcy Court to have utilities restored;- the Association did not turn on the utilities. So I filed a petition(s) for TRO against Unlawful Utility Cut-Off as well as related "Claims for damages". Keep in mind, the landlord would possibly incur daily fines of $500 to $10,000 in Hawaii for not providing the basic hot water, electric, etc. (despite it not being his "direct" fault)

Step 3. The hearing for my case commenced yesterday May 16, 2012  as I feel I exercise my tenant rights despite under Hawaii District Court Landlord-Tenant Manual --The Landlord as the Debtor 365 (h)(1) "...the non-debtor tenant may elect to retain its rights under the lease."  And 365(h)(1)(A)(ii) specifically relating for my "quiet enjoyment, etc."

Step 4:  The initial "Ex Parte TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against unlawful utility shut off" has an addendum TRO on it as "TRO for Harassment."   And, I was instructed by the Judge to file for a "Motion for a lift of stay" in US Federal Bankruptcy Court, in order for me to proceed in the District Court.
This has 2 SERIOUS problems:
1.  I reside at the same residence with my landlord in a separate bed/bath situation;- as it is a penthouse. 
2.  To file for a "Motion for a lift of Stay" is expensive ($150 file fee) as well as filing any and additional Complaint at ($293) without an attorney. And, I believe must be filed with 20 days notice to debtor-landlord.

Step 5:  Filing Motion for lift of stay as by Federal Procedure/Bankruptcy/9:1111 Motion for Relief:
- as I researched in the Supreme Court Law Library and also viewing the forms for Motion for lift of stay/Automatic Stay. I am not in a typical Creditor position for which these Motion forms seem to be intended. Though i may use terms "non-debtor tenant and debtor-landlord" I do not feel that it doesn't compromise my BASIC U.S. Constitutional Rights. And so I found that there is 9:335 Constitutional limitation on exercise of jurisdiction by bankruptcy court, and am wondering why in the world I, personally have to file for the Motion for lift of stay despite my landlord and his property falling under Title 11.
It seems unconstitutional to me to have to even subject myself to being potentially held in contempt of court at the Federal level when this is a case that should only be held at the State or District level. I feel that the very act of Filing for Motion for lift of Stay violates my individual Constitutional rights that are deemed "Limited" by the Federal Bankruptcy court.

I'm screaming inside since this happened yesterday. I feel so Violated by the Hawaii Court System and that they are ordering me to deny myself my basic Constitutional Rights and also to Due Process.

Japanese, War, Fighting.. a thought

When Japanese say that a country's people can fight, it is because Japan has battled them. And, it is talked about openly in different nations with different perspectives.

When people of other nations say that another particular country's people can fight, it may only be because they have heard a story of a battle. Though those battles may also be private and secret because they violate treaties in peaceful times. It is not on a world platform for others to discuss.

Yet many people scrutinize only Japan.

Why I am "insane"

For many years in the USA I've endured extreme discrimination and human rights violations against my person, my livelihood, and my life. Nearly all of my dreams for my life have vanished in entirety and with the death of my siblings.
My so called friends, such as many people on my Facebook and in my life, are psychologically abusive and also harbor and support white supremacist beliefs;- since many "friends" are from my hometown, and my past.
I'm also not proud of being forced to live the life of an "activist" on the East Coast because it is a sure sign of the extreme suppression and abuse that I have had to endure. Activism was a way for me to survive at a bare bones minimum for my life when being attacked, abducted, assaulted, and violated in rich/wealthy caucasian neighborhoods where I was employed as a classical piano teacher/faculty.
My so called friends and others around me such as "employers" as they call themselves enjoy making light/fun of my alleged family in Japan. These friends and "employers" have no way of proving and are not wealthy enough to be entitled to information about my relations in Japan. Additionally, because they suppress and have suppressed not only my success in my life to make peaceful options available;- they would like to "prescribe" medication to me for my claiming such "outrageous" things such as being related to certain individuals in Japan, or having a decent life. I have found that this includes many other Japanese-Americans in the USA/Hawaii who enjoy their lives that they have built in the USA in the sex trade and related "Hawaiian & Asian professions".
I find their presence and interaction in my life intolerable, demeaning, and insulting.
However, just like normal Americans of any race or ethnicity;- the people I have met in Hawaii have only used me to take any earnings that I had to create and develop what I came to Hawaii to do. I am only if anything left with basic shelter, clothes, and food. It has literally been a miserable 8 years since my life has been dismantled by others in the American public from Pennsylvania/New York and to Hawaii.

Secure PO Boxes will vanish with the closure of USPS branches. Mail Fraud and use of other persons' addresses will escalate, despite it being a felony offense. We know mailboxes with cameras can be dismantled with the Baseball bat. Renting private addresses from other Domestic USA shipping contenders is undesirable in some cases and also expensive.

Reason no.#### i'm still not married

So, the other day, my new "love of my life-boyfriendish" tells me he has some things on his camera. I looked quick and found a smattering of videos of girls in his bed in some place overseas. And, some photos of him with some "not so attractive" Asian women in Hong Kong, and confirmed prostitutes, yes more than one, he was kissing on a chair in November (when I was at APEC). So, after I dropped pressing charges (so he can keep his job) for some Assault 3 charges on him from Easter weekend. (despite being Designated Driver the weekend before putting up with his rantings and his drunken shipmate on their own independent excursion) Tried to ignore his excessive drunken rough housing with me this past weekend-- leaving a bump on my head from his head butting me. We are officially done. That's aside from him having his ex-wife & baby momma sleeping at his place next week without bringing his son to visit. And, after a smattering of unfulfilled things he said he'd do to help me.

I don't think he, like other sailors and soldiers, thinks that I could be at all offended by his behavior. Or that I'm entitled to protect myself. Or that the apology I want is something I should be given. And, as an Asian-American woman who had talent, college degree, and career work I am completely disrespected here in Hawaii.

This is difficult. Then add in extra difficulty if you're like me and Asian/Japanese type of woman in the sense that you aren't American homespun with all of your relevant family in the USA. Military men seem to think that because I currently live in Hawaii;- means that I'm o.k. with what I consider a nightmarish prostitution/hostess bar scene that Hawaii State regulates. Fact is: I never saw a hostess bar or typical Asian prostitution scene until I moved to Hawaii. And, I don't like it.

Dating & relationship pet peeves that irritate me and lead to relationship failure:

1. Military guys who give porn to my male friends saying they think it's me on the video (note: this applies to a plethora f-ton of American guys (B/W/other) who have little to no decent relationships with Asian women they have met overseas at strip bars or hired as prostitutes. Hawaii seems to tolerate this behavior a ton.

2. Military guys who get back from deployment having an Asian or specifically Japanese porn addiction;- thinking that I'll be o.k. with their Asian porn association to my personality. This applies to most guys in the USA since most of their experience with Asian/Japanese women is watching and looking at porn. They don't care that I was raised with Christian values, and so I have to try and pick the "less scummy" guys out of the pile, or stay single.

3. Military guys who think that because they watch Asian porn;- it's o.k. to be mentally and emotionally numb to my feelings. Military guys feel they are more deserving to treat me badly in this sense because they have "earned" it through their service. Trying for an apology from them is usually unsuccessful.

The majority of American guys I meet, and even spend time with eventually bring any hope of a relationship to a sudden halt. Mostly, because they just see me as something to be used. Their behavior has gotten to be so tired, repulsive, and contrary to anything I want my life to come in contact with it's making my staying in the States highly improbable. Respect for me teeters on the brink of disaster daily;- and if I'm lucky maybe weekly.

USA vs. Japan my world...new year 2012

The martial arts instructor, primarily E. Li or S Kai Li or Yoshiaki Li (kendo), told me at the onset of my arrival in Hawaii that he won't work for anyone. Since he has many connections to US law enforcement up to the international level also felt he is doing his duty by "training" me and that because of my relations in Japan, he has every right to take away everything from me including my life.
He &/or his Family & students in Hawaii from various dojo's where he teaches has already taken away most things that I purchased or has plans to take them away. At the onset, he destroyed my business potential in Hawaii at his mother's instruction. I have endured 3 years in Hawaii where he and his collegues, students, and friends have only damaged my life.
He has done so will full knowledge and intent to hurt me, any of my overseas Japanese relatives, and to make his own political statement about how women should be treated in Hawaii. He has done this primarily because of my relation to my Uncle Yoshitomo.

I feel like I've been demolished over the New Year's Holiday. And, some of what I posted about my fearing my "Krav Maga" instructor is because his stress level is high. And, I have been the unlucky soul to see him loose control. And, with his protective parents (mind that he's encroaching on 50 yrs. old) and community behind his martial arts training and teaching. I have found over the past almost 3 years that they support his hurting people like me who are outsiders. The Mililani Town Association apparently doesn't have a "Blighted" homes list or website alerting people to things like his parents residence in the community. And, they seem to be making great exceptions to their condition. However, every letter that he claims to have gotten bring new unrest in my life. I am drained emotionally from this topsy turvy town and its parents and inhabitants. I also realize that I have to watch my back because I am not willing to be his victim through this last portion of his home remodeling. And, because he has presence in what seems to me to be nearly every martial art on Oahu and in Hawaii with over 30 black belts in various arts and some 5-6 or more Grandmaster titles in various arts.
If he really was that strong he wouldn't have felt the need to take away from my life. And, if he really was that strong he wouldn't need that many people to help abuse me. Today, my chest feels like it's in great pain and I am under great stress. These are some of the most embarassing posts of my life. However, somehow, I have survived to write them under his threats.

re: USA Police/Military State- react locally

Part of a solution should be Towns setting up more political sanctuaries free from police force/ military being used to seek and detain citizens. Ithaca, NY was set up as a political sanctuary since the Cuban missile crisis. To give residents time to flee, if necessary, not using local police/ military force can be a stipulation of the city government. Of course heightened border security affects this game to flee to Canada or Mexico. Of course, this has only been used to protect citizens and ambassadors with close ties to foreign governments. What a military state will really mean, is hypothetical.

I've learned quickly, that my internet information that I receive on my phone manipulated and often inaccurate so that I am left "unsafe" (such as bus schedule access & being stranded, calling people, etc). I'd love to live a more predictable life and safe life, and am open to ex-patriating at this point in time. It's been a very very difficult time for me to stay in the USA for the past 8 going on 9 years, due to USA politics and many domestic people being dead set against any USA business interaction with Asia. I moved to Hawaii since there is a Japanese-American community here;- however I hate to burden anyone with the prospect of starting international business during this USA economic crisis. I will not be handed Japanese money to start a company and have my life compromised further in USA territory, as the USA business climate particularly around Philadelphia, PA;- Doylestown, PA;- Allentown, PA, Ithaca, NY, and Manhattan, NY has depreciated my status and tries to depreciate my international business connections by creating excessive legalities, not paying me the normal percentage for projects & contracts I have worked on, not putting me on an employee payroll, etc.

I have examined the potential of starting international business;- and only found one or two small groups of people over the past decade and a half on the east coast who are willing and able to do the work to create such a company, and have commenced on their own.

Most all of my 1st generation American Friends have also left the United States since (9-11 and in the past 3 years) there are few options and our future prospects in the USA looked slim, as policymakers write new American Policies that are designed to discriminate against our first amedment rights to exist in the USA. Those laws are then further justified by any US citizen to the point where certain locales in the USA are now "dangerous and life threatning" to cosmopolitan families. Except in the case where the USA chooses to manipulate foreign economies by allowing certain families to succeed.

Why FTA?

Thoughts on FTA's after APEC 2011 (in editing)
WTO & IMF are largely based on currencies in their participating economies.
My terminology:
1. Permanent goods (Land, air, water, etc.)
2. Impermanent goods (Clothing, Technology, Machinery)
3. Transient goods (Oil, Food, etc- goods that change molecular form due to consumer useage)
4. Farms
5. Skilled labor

Impermanent Goods:- Some Goods live in a deteriorating and depreciating Circular system.
To found a People's bank where goods produced in currency poor nations can be the “traded goods they create". These 'created goods for trade' can be traded for other goods that they need from another nation, and free of any currency related tariff.
Establish a banking system that is not based on currencies is important where such goods are not permanent. These goods, such as clothing, technology, and machinery deteriorate, change, and disintegrate over time. So, they hold little world value based on long term life sustainability. And, the methods by which these goods are created is negligable since some families still wear clothing that is hand made, some people use modes of transportation that they develop on their own, and those who invent will use their own machines to accomplish their ends. However, the goods and products that are created and needed for use to create more world sustainable still have potential to be created from these lesser "models" of Impermanent goods.

The automobile has not changed that much, except in some efficiency and design elements in 100+ years. And, regardless of the age of the vehicle;- it is impermanent based on accidents and other instances that cause its destruction. And, the "admired" currency value of this good is no longer "supporting" sustainability since it implies that the user purchase more transient goods regularly. To ultimately depreciate this good from the currency market and put it into a trade market that has no currency value might change value systems towards sustainability. Additionally, the consumption of transient goods needs to change or be highly taxed.

A Worldwide banking system that is based on the wholesale value of goods based on time and resources. Man hours are logged per person. Machinery hours are logged for usage. This seems like a socialist system. However, only the end product will hold a trade value, regardless of the method of creation. In theory, the more pieces of clothing or machinery produced will hold greater value due to quantity. However, it is not be a necessary means for everyone to obtain such goods as clothing and machinery since it will be outside of a currency system.

Countries, people and corporations can approach the "impermanent goods" People's bank with the list of items that are needed, and what they can possibly do, produce, etc. in exchange for those goods. In part, because there are many industry workers (sales and banking representatives for example) who need clothing, computers, and vehicles in order to “do business”. Many of these people take out personal loans on lines of credit for these goods. Though, they are only “freeing up” more currencies (find percentage) to be spent in the retail market on similar depreciating and deteriorating goods. These items and “free spending” of currency is not controlled, regardless of country, nationality, and race or gender.

Other items, concerning operations of business and permanent goods such as land, wind, sun, need a separate "banking" system, if any. However, levels of an aparment building or sky-scraper could be considered impermanent goods and be traded with peoples of any nation or labor group. Rather than creating new credit and mortgage systems in nations whose people are working (though low-paid on the currency system), a stock of impermanent goods can be traded with peoples based on delivery and safe arrival of goods in exchange for impermanent good homes that they would have full ownership of in said apartments, offices, other impermanent good locations that they could live inside the borders of a participating nation/people's.

Impermanent goods affect Insurances

In the USA car owners carry insurance on their vehicle(s). By devaluing items such as automobiles etc. currency/monies can be used for individuals to carry insurance on their lives, health & medical, as well as a legal insurance. This way, even minority individuals who could not previously afford their own health care, legal representation, work insurance, etc. would be able to afford insurances for such protections in the USA (provided such medical, legal, companies do exist).

^ This point of view was largely influenced by American Wealth from some of the top 100 wealthiest places to live in the USA. Many of those wealthy residents would claim that they are "poor" because they have no currency wealth and are not "liquid." This affected me greatly as a contracting instructor at US 501C3's in such communities because I was not paid my full wage or even placed on a payroll for working full employee hours for organizations. Additionally, these people controlled media and took credit for my work and accused me of slander in addition to running up my debt and them living off of my personal funds in addition to seeking scholarship funding for not being in a currency "liquid" state.

Transient goods: the world's natural resources, food itself, bio-fuels.

These are the goods that literally support life or take away life of any species.

My Thoughts after APEC

Someone, outside of APEC should create an Intellectual Safety Zone to protect Intellectual property of those who create. That is outside of the governance and support of APEC companies and those who choose to work for APEC related companies. The threat of Espionage is already high.

The Intellectual Safety Zone is not going to happen in USA Universities and institutions where many professors already contract with APEC organizations. However, this does not mean that such an intellectual safety zone would not be of Benefit to APEC. It seems that for small businesses, this type of zone and trust needs to exist somewhere. Otherwise, without trust, such a place should exist to benefit humanity and the people of the world can make donation to support such a community working on their behalf, and regardless of APEC involvement.

This would include everything from testing of new building materials, substrates, technologies, and like items that can be part of building a healthier and ecologically more sound world community. And, so that, the creators of such products could live comfortably without fear of destruction due to increasing industrial espionage and competition in a volatile world where natural disaster is becoming commonplace.

Just a note: I was just blogging from Halekulani where APEC is Hosted because
1. I cannot receive internet service at home since wi-fi doesn't reach, and because companies like Hawaiian Telecom tell me that my address does not exist.
2. I also have not been able to acquire a landline for the same ^ reason.

This has been this way since I have not had to share services with housemates.

My APEC confusion.

When I attended Yesterday's Nov. 10, 2011 APEC / ABAC public meeting, the only people representing Japan were Caucasian/blue eyed older Americans from Philadelphia area. I was told that they represent Japan because they have offices in Japan. He was the same type of person, who in Pennsylvania area would probably be trying to kill me (type of thing that I've been running away from for the past 7-8 years especially and 6 years since my brother's death) I know my mom taught some of the "Caucasian Americans" @ New Hope how to speak Japanese since they didn't believe her children--Namely me, my now deceased brother and sister were human. They took our bi-lingual life away from us and then I was later told to pay the USA over $100,000 to learn basic Japanese that an elementary level Japanese student spoke at the Cornell Falcon program in Ithaca, New York.

Since Yesterday, Nov. 10, 2011 Japan has joined APEC and FTA Free Trade Agreement talks.

APEC & IP = Espionage

Espionage just turned into totally legal and profitable piracy since the having to register and file ideas and patents is the primary identifier of whose technology and information it is. Those engaged in stealing trade secrets can now whole heartedly profit from it. The small business owner, who may be working on behalf of improving society, may loose entirely to large business because of this "File First" ownership identification of intellectual property. And, the File First, is going to happen dependent of jurisdiction?

APEC/ SME- Concern

My personal biggest concern for SME's using the "free tools" that the US Govt. will make available to small business is in the accuracy of the information of regulations put forth by the US government and with regards to regulations in other governments. With the Cloud being used, with data being stored in multiple locations,
and with updates and in addition to a discussion about corruption over borders rather than domestic corruption;- the small business may be the rickety rope bridge and it may be the only bridge, that a larger company will later be able to expand.

Cloud and Small Biz.

The Cloud offers a way for nearly anyone to have the technology tools that large enterprise businesses use at a fraction of the cost. Big businesses have taken advantage of these "free" to low cost technologies found online for years. When one looks at the numbers on it, their savings are huge over a workforce of 1000's. So, it is to the Cost advantage of a compact to mid-sized business owner to use when expanding and growing their business.

However, the downside of using the Cloud for the streamlined small businesses is potentially threating to their very existence. This threat is in how the data is distributed in the Cloud. The Cloud doesn't tell us where our highly refined data is stored for security purposes. And, the Cloud isn't mentioning if our data is stored in multiple countries such as Germany, Japan, China, Austrailia, etc. at the same time. So, our intellectual property is now falling under and in jurisdictions that smaller businesses do not have legal representation. In this Cloud, where the small business cannot see physically where things are, we are held at a disadvantage.

Aside: Another question I have is why isn't there a licensing body, that can find all the attributes of any document and allow "anyone" to register for a license to use the copyrighted materials? This is more like using something like "Limelight" for registering a mechanical license to record a song that someone else wrote. Maybe, in time something like this will be available and usable.

ABAC Small Medium Enterprise Symposium

IP, Intelectual property rights panel put forth "the First to file" discussion at Topics for Small Medium Enterprises at the Public Meeting and ABAC SME Symposium November 10, 2011 at the Halekulani in Waikiki, Hawaii. Other topics, that were generally covered, included discussion about 1. Using the Cloud for SME's (Small Medium Enterprises) to grow the business & how SME's can be "nimble" and staat responsive in crisis situations for business support 2. Import-Export insurances, 3. Ethical businesses raise the GDP of nations, Corrupt nations have lower GDP. 4. Policy control to enable rather than inhibit small businesses 5. SME's doing the groundwork for Large businesses and trying to maintain a level playing field for SME's to compete.

Reflection;- China/USA business relation

What does the China/ USA business relationship mean to the masses of out of work Americans?

First, we have to look at a simple fact;- Many Americans value money over human life.

The Average US worker in almost any industry spends probably 25% or more of their time at work complaining. Usually the complaint is that they are not making enough money for their work. The next part is that the US business owner, especially over the past 15 years, has gotten weary of hearing the complaints. And, for a fraction of the cost of keeping the US worker employed;- The business owner can outsource the work to China and hire a manager and his factory workers to do the work. Now, the production of goods costs the US business owner less and takes up less of the owner's time. This means that the US business owner can now start other entrepreneurial ventures and take away work from more US workers. And, the US business owner still has even more time!

Now, what about the Chinese business owner and manager and his factory workers? Well, they are doing all of the work that the US workers used to do at a fraction of the cost. When it was just a little bit of work, things were o.k. Then, the work being sent to China got to be overwhelming and instead of complaining to the Boss, the factory workers decide how to resolve their issues. Sometimes, they simply don't listen to the Chinese boss, and make a product to be sent to the USA green instead of red. Other times, they might be short ingredients for food and add toxic lead powder to dust the otherwise edible noodles. And, even things that are meant to be made of stone or a gem can be made of a very good yet toxic fake plastic to be sent to the USA. This way China's precious resources are not leaving the country;- yet they still have toxic by products of the plastics and other materials from which they made parts, toys, shoes, etc.

But, for the most part up into the early 2000's this behavior went relatively unnoticed and could be controlled. And, both USA & Chinese business owners & managers were happy they had more money and time. The workers on both sides got fed up but were controlled.

Now, it's been 15 years, and the USA & Chinese workers see the numbers and the demand from the USA public consumer. The consumer wants more product at a lower cost. So, the only way to do so is to send more work to China and other poorer nations where the work can be done in "sweat shops".

The USA financial industry and banking system Culture is foreign to China. And, so China shows some interest in adopting this system of mortgages, banking, and credit since (until the last 2 mos) the USA seemed to thrive with this system. The USA finance industry would be happy to negotiate and do business with some Chinese business persons to do the same thing in China.

The one thing that is any country person's option to survive is to join their country's military.

Eventually, this may take more than 10 years, but war is on the horizon. And, it is because many

people do not value human life and want to chase dollar bills and American money. There is a trade off to live a dream, even for a short time. That trade off, as we can see today, is going to come in the form of war, poverty, and strife. Not even mentioning the environmental problems we have today as a result of pollution, overpopulation, and global warming.

Single Vegan Tiramisu

Craving a different sort of Vegan dessert without being committed to cooking,
I ventured on a quest to make a few desserts. The main one being a vegan tiramisu for the single person. I didn't want to make batches for the tiramisu, so I came up with a simple pan-cake that is spongy and satisfying the craving quickly in just a few minutes plus cook time if you made your morning coffee or came home to leftovers sitting in the pot. You aren't going to get out mixing bowls or any major equipment aside from a stovetop burner for this recipe. Just a pan, a small tupperware bowl, a teaspoon, ingredients, and a plate.

To make 1 tiramisu pancake (or other flavor --substitute liquid for coffee)

Unbleached flour = 5 really heaping teaspoons
Rumford Baking powder= 1/4 teaspoon
Brewed Coffee liquid = appx 1/4 cup or a little more
Madagascar Vanilla liquid= 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste
Earthbalance
Maple Syrup
Optional tiramisu syrup

Mix dry ingredients flour and baking powder together or put in a small 1 cup tupperware bowl with lid and shake it. Then add and mix in liquid ingredients, Coffee and Vanilla until smooth.
Heat the pan, here I use a small thin pan designed to cook a single egg. It fits a pancake or Boca buger perfectly. Melt a teaspoon of Earthbalance in the pan until sizzling, not burning, and then pour in the batter. Cook the pancake most of the way through on one side, then flip it. Cook on medium to low heat so there is no runny batter in the pancake.
When you're done cut take off the hardened top of the pancake. You can either scoop out the spongy contents into a bowl (hint: you can put it in the tupperware if you already washed it) or serve it on a plate. Drown the cake in maple syrup, tiramisu syrup, and a pad of Earthbalance.

If you want to make a vegan marscopone (not mascarpone), use a container of soy cream cheese, some maple syrup 1/4 cup to taste, add 1/4 tsp lemon juice for soured flavor, and whip. add sugar to taste if necessary.

List #1- USA SUCKS

A laundry list of How horrible it has been growing up in the USA, then add dating/marriage pressure and trying to maintain peaceful understanding.

1. White/Caucasian men still majority look down on asian & Japanese culture.

2. Most of the American men & women I have met in environmental circles have No remorse for Hiroshima and have no respect for Japanese, especially if they survive from US government funding ie., non-profit organizations, military contractors, military, etc. .

3. Many caucasian environmentalists have a strong anti-nuclear stance in some cases and support the United States having nuclear military power & nuclear reactors (though they will 100% claim it is not acceptable in other parts of the world).

4. Most of the low class try to bring me down to their level.

5. Some of the decent men know that they are admittedly not capable of taking care of me due to who my Japanese relatives are. They do not meet an acceptable social standard.

6. Alot of American men treat me badly (ie., abduction & assault- Eg. when Knight Engineering in Buckingham, PA abducted me to their home because of one of their staff, an empty apartment above a garage I found out and I was assaulted for over a week. No phone, no way to leave until I heard them talking about the neighbors growing suspicious because I wasn't seen leaving. I managed to get to my phone dial 9-11 before my phone battery died completely and call was traced. Police arrived to assist me;- however because of my ethnicity no court proceedings occured and they denied my rights as a human being, I only managed to leave) because they view Asian women (on a whole) as sex toys, not as human beings. This was perhaps the worst public instance of my assault by a prominent community member and his staff to my person. The bigger disadvantage to this is that the caucasian and other communities don't have any pressure from my/her family since they are few in number. Of course the men, not saying the low class, exploit her and disrespect her in the highest forms available and don't give her rights in court to the point of judge in normal case should be disbarred for racism/nationalism.

7. Other men & women of Hawaii, see me and other Asian women as people to exploit due to their use of violence to perpetrate their own ends. Finding that those men are more prone to instigating pimp-like behavior in my life because their own men & communities protect them from legal recourse.

8. My higher class relatives abroad are subject of jealousy for Americans and other Asian peoples in the USA. So, I have been attacked and had my life threatened and nearly killed multiple times because of my relation alone. I have found that most people in the USA have no remorse for Hiroshima. Except for a great-uncle of mine in USA who actually fought at Iwo Jima & cleaned up Pearl Harbor. Most USA patriots are poseurs in their military respect and awareness and choose to hurt me to try and play a role that isn't theirs.

Finished dating in Hawaii

It seems everything has come to a complete and unstoppable Halt in my dating life.
It's almost too gruesome to unpack. And, thankfully the rain that's been pouring for the past 3 days is making everything wet.
Dating the past week really put a stop to things. I was seeing an executive of a local Hawaii company. I had put an end to the dating since he only expressed interest in US based business, and doesn't want to get married, had a brutal drinking habit along with a couple of seedy and greedy girlfriends (and lived with one). So, go YIK. Now add in the fact that he was Japanese-American descent and not a "newbie" minority in the USA by SBA standards of 1 generation.
Then top it off with his habit to go to both Karaoke bars and Korean hostess bars in Hawaii where he bragged in his car rides of him & his friends splurging 10's of thosands of $$$$$$'s on the women. And, all followed up with a statement "if you need to prostitute and get busted, I'll bail you out." That was aside from going to a dinner at an acceptable chinese restaraunt with one of his business collegues and his "wife" who was from Osaka. The first words out of his collegues mouth were about someone potentially dying at some jobsite. And, it was followed up by his wife sending old-fashioned death threats to me with her chopsticks. My date then scolded me after the whole thing was over and became abusive.
I told one of my girlfriends about this and she simply said;- people like that are not your friends.
I couldn't have agreed more. That was over 6 mos. ago. Then he reappeared one night 5 months later at my apartment door, not just any night, but the night of my deceased brother's birthday! I should have called for a restraining order the following week.

The past week, he contacted me again. We went out for dinner and a few drinks. No major drama and he claimed that he had "cut down" on drinking. I think he just needed to hire a driver and skip the phone call to me. Though, given all that was said and happened in the past and that he's also older than I am, I really really don't think he gets it yet. He not only choses to absolutely humiliate me, treat me lower than a 3rd class citizen, but thinks that i'm willing to put up with it?! WTF... so I turned down the offer to see him again and attend his birthday at his family's home, as politely as was possible for me. Dating this Japanese-American was the most humililating experience, beyond what white racists do (where i've been abducted and assaulted), to me who is a newbie Japanese-American in the USA. My more respectable Japanese relatives want me to leave Hawaii because of dating like this--- no wonder. And, chances of my finding any hapiness in the USA seems absolutely futile.

Nuclear Generation Child

I'm a product of the Nuclear generation. I'm ùnmarried at 36 years old and have no children as a result of it. One of my parents is Japanese, and still a Japanese national, who was only a toddler when the bombing of Hiroshima occured in Japan. My Japanese biological parent was nowhere near Hiroshima when the bombing occured but was completely exposed to the Nuclear Fallout afterwards. My Uncles and Aunts who were born after the Nuclear event occured were not exposed to any Nuclear radition and thus have little health complications. When i was growing up in the USA near Washington's Crossing, my Japanese parent was diagnosed with cancer. I was barely 6 years old and was told at one point that my Japanese parent was dead (by the doctor). I was instructed as a child of 6 about the collateral damage of nuclear fallout, nuclear war, and what it meant for my life because it was so affected. Things that changed in my life at the recommendation of Japan & doctors were: `

1. Eating an entirely vegetable based diet called Shojin Ryori by my Japanese relatives.


2. Supplements of raw barley


3. not putting expectations of having children or a married life on me due to birth defects concern.


4. Finding that my Japanese parent nearly died from the Iodine during cancer treatment and that I am completely allergic to Iodine and developed a shellfish allergy by age 8.

Hiroshima fallout impacted my life in its entirety. I have lived as westerners call it "vegan" for over 25 years now. I cannot trust western medicine to diagnose me on certain things because it is clearly a money & politics game for them once I enter a hospital. Instead for many years since college, i chose alternative medicine and even found a very reputable Native American herbalist for my medical needs. I rarely take prescription medications and because I am mixed race on a genetic level, was told by a Board member of National Institutes of Health, that the cellular level they test on is for persons of the Majority genetic population in the USA. And, that the medications for this genetic population (primarily caucasian) in toxicology testing reaches toxicity at a higher level of chemical tolerance than for genetic populataions of mixed genetic backgrounds (such as caucasian/asian or caucasian/latino persons).

I was healthy for quite a while throughout my life after becoming a "vegan" and the added help from the Native American herbalist kept me flu & cold free in the Northeastern USA year-round (for approximately 10 + years). And, that was primarily in Ithaca, NY where the international student crowd and closed indoor environment for 75% of the year allows exotic flus to be passed easily. It took me 2 years in the college environment to seek the alternative herbal treatment. Mostly it was a simple intake of an herbal tincture when I got the sniffles. Never got sick after it was introduced in my life and I took it as instructed. Now with the current news and Japan, I have a new worry. That is being exposed to more Nuclear radiation. Obviously, I cannot take the iodine pills, or I will not be able to breath any longer, aside from other side effects. In my late twenties after being a non-profit work-horse and rarely slept, worked 80+ hrs. a week at low pay with multiple jobs and independent consulting gigs for business & entrepreneurs I believed in;- i collapsed due to a burnt out Thyroid. In conjunction with that it happened when i was consulting for a business owner with a humanitarian project that was based within sight of a Nuclear reactor near the Schyukill River near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I took several herbal thyroid supplements on the market after talking to another organizer at a clinic in Richlandtown, PA who was undergoing chelation and vitamin drips from radioactive exposure in Mexico. So, what i did which cost another good chunk of change, was go through all the thyroid supplements on the market that I could take. I found which ones worked best and then I purchased all the ingredients seperately and took them individually to try and isolate the main ingredient that I needed. After months of trying this, my choice thyroid supplement was standing with Deglycerrized Licorice or DGL (a $5.99 supplement on its own). And, it was the one thing that my body craved at the time. I would get mental pictures of it from my biological system when it was missing. And, it has been the only supplement that my body has Ever craved in my life. Since this time, I have lived/camping in remote areas of upstate NY as I have systematically developed allergies to cosmetic & toiletries at a higher rate, intense building allergies that keep me away from viable job opportunities, I cannot take any prescription medications as I experience nearly ALL listed side effects and some may stop my heart, and I can rarely find buildings in which I can live (due to intense allergies to the materials). In my life I have done non-profit work on the East Coast, as an unpaid intern/volunteer etc even with my own organization and done my own think-tank research due to the generally hostile political climate I experienced being Japanese-American for the past 36 years of my life. Because of the hostilities directed at me and my now deceased siblings;- I cannot see a future for me in the united states. I have been treated in Totality as "the ENEMY" all of my life by other Americans outside of my immediate family. And so, my situation is strained unless i manage to find individuals with causes to make a statement to those who consider me an enemy since my birth. This means financially, I have never been able to get off the ground to have any dream of having a home or family realized. I was fortunate for a more cultured relative, a Kelly from Philadelphia who was an entertainer, who gave me the musical instrument to see me through my childhood life. I do pray for peace, however, I feel that the USA has made a very loud statement of hating the Japanese. Even one of my Martial arts instructors here in Hawaii made a comment to me after the 3-11 Tsunami that he thought Japan is better off now. Since he seems to control & undermine my life in Hawaii, I could only take this statement of his Japanese hatred as part of his discontent with his own predominantly Chinese heritage. Someday, I hope that peace blankets the world. My life has been full of tumultuous fighting between other groups of people and their stances on a Nuclear world. Though, it is not my whole life, it is blaring so loud due to these outside parties that I can barely tone it down.

Military /Self Defense instructors who abuse women

This is based on a woman's true story and the author has been threatened by a man for writing this blog article.

• He puts on the "I can't control my abusive machismo" attitude due to his martial arts background, to you. He justifies how he abuses you by saying he's defending himself.


• ie., one instructor who has nearly every black belt imaginable a military experience background, in private would say that he's so hard-wired to protect himself that you can't come near him without his punching you. He would try to hit her even when they were watching dvd's of movies as she brought the popcorn over (once he nearly broke her nose), and after movie theater movies (which she'd be required by him to pay for) he would flip out, throw things at her and hurt her. saying it was her fault and that if anything he didn't know what happened and the movie made him do it. Though, this same instructor would go on blackbelt outings with hundreds of people who sleep in auditoriums and in rooms together, and bring back photos of sleeping in the rooms together and even of little kids sleeping.


• He says to you that because you didn't come to him looking for lessons you're seeing eachother and have a different financial obligation to him. This takes the form of being a dues paying member very inexpensive. Mostly because he puts all financial expectations of you outside the dojo. He starts by asking if you can help some with getting pizza or something for everyone. Once he establishes with everyone that he can provide these things a number of things begin to happen to you: 1. He demands that you help him financially with his friends' weddings, and other important events that you aren't invited to and cost is in the $100's of dollars. 2. He demands that you pay for gas for everyone from his parents'vehicles (x2), his vehicle (so he can take people out and you aren't included), and anyone else who might be driving him. (this adds to $1000's in a few months) 3. He takes away anything thing that you purchase for yourself and own use - such as groceries, dvd's, and other items in the vehicle. (mind you don't live with this man). 4. He attempts to take things from the property where you live (including furniture). These are just some examples. And, when you say no to him, because you meet in the dojo-- other people in the dojo hurt you for saying "no" to him.


• This Instructor is often attempting to be very charismatic and will bend over backwards for others in his community of martial arts and other services so that he can continue to abuse you. The most frequent thing that this type of narcissistic person will do is blame you for having feelings. If you didn't have feelings none of this would be a problem and it's your fault. He's the type who will volunteer at the Boyscouts and may have a high rank, be outstanding, and bring up the boys the way he wants to. He'll go as far as to blame anything you try to point out as inappropriate on you. Essentially his mindset in your relationship with him is that: you are to blame for any accusations brought on him. There is NO normalcy of interpersonal interaction with him. If he told you that you have to sleep with him because he thinks its good for you, he'll make sure you do so on his terms. And, if you have any feelings about it, he will scold you and call you crazy and make other damaging mental/emotional comments at you.


• This Instructor will even go as far as to get other students to abuse you. One day this woman was in class and one of the Navy Seals hit her in the back/near kidney really hard for no apparent reason to her. This Instructor then announced that if there were going to be any extra hits (to this woman he was using sexually) that the men there would have to pay him. The next day she had blacked out at the instructors house/dojo in the bathroom and was concious enough to remember him tossing her in the back of his truck and then dropping her off at her home. She was laid up in bed for 5 days before anyone came to check on her. He returned, and realizing how bad the injury was he took her to his martial arts friend& instructor. In the meantime, he didn't call, didn't stop by, and didn't care. She had moved to Hawaii alone, with funds to set up her new life and business, and this Instructor took away what would have been a decent and nice life with actions like these.


• This type of man also will deny any and all accounts of what he has done to abuse you. His major standing arguement is that "it's not his fault" if any other harm comes to you. Because he doesn't view what he does to you as "abusive." He has an inability to genuinely care about your well being. Additionally he has absolutely no remorse for what he does (primarily to protect his own survival.) Essentially in this arguement of his being faultless, "he denies any and all cause & effect relationship of his actions in your world."


• He will deplete you financially so that you are in one of the most undesireable positions financially to be able to leave. In one woman's case, over a 2 year period, this man took away her financial security in a matter of weeks. She had moved to Hawaii and only had a car rental, after that she was unable to secure her own transportation. Over the course of the time period, seeking attorney, and being denied because of the attorneys' fear of the man' background;- she is in a position where she has been stalked and nearly raped/mugged several times near her home. When she expresses this to him, in a desperate form of irrationality, he simply says that he doesn't need to care because it's not his fault. He confirms to her that he is simply abusing her, and/or simply does not care about her welfare. In a minor sense, when he says that he's taking you to lunch or dinner or something, it typically means over 90% of the time that he's going to pick you up and you woman is going to pay for it. He (ex/current Green Beret) tells you that he has no money because of his situation, despite other military men who have been investigate him a bit telling you that he has plenty of money and is abusing you for the sake of abusing you. Its also a known fact with other military people whom you live with despite being a civilian yourself. Additionally other military men have advised you to stay away from this person, and you do;- but he calls you or stops by. This man never adjusts his behavior towards you yet will tell you that he cares about you when you're upset. And, he has expressed his full intent to do this from the beginning that he would take your SSN and run you into the ground and that his last engagement/fiance/ girlfriend died in some unfortunate accident or suicide.

Mental & Emotional Torture

• This man mentally and emotionally totures this woman who he formed some bond with.In one woman's case, whose brother died, this man frequently told her that he would be her brother. To her, she was horrified, because he had often collected her personal information during their time together. He claimed to be helping her at first and got her resume, and as many professional details from her as possible. He went so far as to take several photos of the things in her apartment when he stopped by, and after the "sexual exploitation" period stopped, only stopped by her place with another larger man with him. As the abuse went on, he threatened her and told her about how he goes to other states and commits identity theft crimes. She began to realize that because he was only seen in her life for maybe a 1/2hr to 2hrs on any given day that he was simply monitoring her. And, even during the period when he would have sex with her that lasted for nearly 2 years, he never hugged her or kissed her. Even when she requested that he change his behavior because it made her uncomfortable with him in her life (early on) he complained about it. He also went on later to divulge to her his like for Korean bar girls, that he liked and made a promise to a teenage girl, and that his mother wouldn't approve of his being with her because she wasn't a sex worker.
