"lethal chemical change" examines everything from chemical sensitivities to In-extinct chemical warfare elements in the modern supply chain. Serious other chemical stocks used in guerrilla warfare and pharmaceuticals that are dumped into major waterways may fit this broad definition of "lethal chemical change".

I took a walk on the beach at Ali'i Beach Park in Haleiwa one afternoon. As I walked past the palms to the shoreline, I heard a bird squak. At first I looked up for the bird. Then I proceeded to walk on the rocky shore and while watching my steps, I saw a lithium camera battery. This is a place where endangered Hawaiian sea turtles emerge and climb ashore. I picked up the battery and took another direction to the right. I walked on the path that looped back to the main beach. I heard a bird squak again. I looked around at the ground and I found two more AA camera batteries with Japanese Kanji on them. I looked around a little more and headed to the lifeguard house. When I was closer to the infamous Baywatch lifeguard house I returned to a nearby picnic table under a palm tree, and again the bird squaked/shrieked loudly. This time, I saw the battery was under the picnic table.

I'm not joking about the bird shrieking when I was within arm's reach of these camera batteries. However, judging by the urgency of the shrieks and squats from the bird(s), the batteries must pose enough of a hazard that yes, even the birds are being proactive. 

I'm not sure how to make tourists understand that leaving camera batteries on the shoreline with endangered species  is not appropriate disposal. Even if a trash can is still not proper battery disposal, it is better than leaving the batteries to corrode and harm sealife. I can imagine that the battery acid can main and blind and burn the endangered Sea turtles. 

Japan should withdraw/halt moratorium on building contracts with Hawaii/USA interest

Many American businessmen say that Yakuza runs Japan and there are no other legitimate people who they will do business with. The average American business man seems to feel Yakuza legitimizes American/USA interest in controlling Japan as a territory. 

This runs contrary to the goals set forth by APEC in attempting to eliminate mob payoff payments that run in the hundreds of millions. 

Since the USA has legitimized many of these illegal Asian gangs economically, and politically within its own borders;- maintaining decent relations for business progress is crumbling for Japan overseas. 

It's my opinion that Japan should halt all business in steel and construction to Hawaii especially. It is an observation that I can't ignore.

Last night I received one "Schoolingletter" publication from our spiritual healing group leader. I have a lot to learn about going through this most difficult time politically, as I have been on the edge of having a suicidal bout the past week that stems from my knowing I will no longer influence my family's decisions, as I cease to exist in physicality. 

The onslaught of Hawaii being the American crossroads for international & domestic civilian, criminal, & military cultures is tremendous. And of course sorting political attacks against an American versus plain jealousy Amidst the novelty thefts by those from less criminally advantaged cultures is additional & unneeded adversity.

My Giving "divine" light experience

No matter what "God's plan" is for us, I do believe we all leave our physical plane body or experience human "death". 

The Japanese based giving light cult was my most in depth spiritual "cleansing" experience this past year. I joined on 2-22-2015. Just relieved of my complicated Omitama pendant which enabled me to give light and sitting for a "receiving light" (okiyome) session  I'm sitting at D&B watching College football with some guacamole & bbq chips.

I know every time I entered, there was something more than spiritually distasteful about the place. Some of the Senior members, aside from being anti most everything I stand for by saying "God allows them to" so it's ok, didn't ever resonate well with me. Especially when it comes to the environment & my veganism. That and having over 50 something crowd breathing down my Gen X neck about contributing more money because "all money is God's".

Though I've had the omitama in the box for a while, I read a psychology article about people with severe psychosis "seeing things" and experiencing & explaining the world though a more primitive and unscientific mindset. Attempting to put a quantum value on it is, Obserd to me;- despite several members who seem to be excorcised by shaking and erratic movements during an okiyome session. It is grossly more subtle than an evangelist TV healer, however it has longer participatory times and exists as a fixture in some communities. 

Politically, financially, physically, and mentally draining and put in the hands of old wealthy Hawaiian-Japanese who are incredibly sexist and rude to all of my senses. They are rude because they dislike The East Coast experiences they have had and are used to 3rd world Hawaiian ways of living and socializing with undereducated women.

I've opted for 2 other more independent practices of similar spiritual Healing practices that are headed by actually known and acknowledged master Healers who walked the earth. This profound actual healer vs striving practitioner difference is what lead me away from OShinenushi Sama founder of Sukyomahikari. 

Plus I've had better results with extremely less time commitment than Sukyomahikari. And, with less interference to my actual human needs of employment and working on a lifelong project and such.

Paradise to a modern City scape

Most people fly, cruise, row, or sail to Hawaii in search of a peaceful and warm abode for a weekend or two in paradise.

my experience with Photography law inside a state building:- 

- I went to the Honolulu DMV on Dillingham to voluntarily surrender the taxi license I had obtained for work I tried barely a month prior. The clerk informed me she could only issue licenses. So, I went to take a photo showing an attempt at surrendering my license. She got her manager and he came to the window told me that it's illegal for me to take photo of his employee. I told him I'm representing myself in court and that I can take photos to defend myself in court. He kept telling me the legalities of my photo taking on me, implying immediate arrest if I didn't delete my photo. I asked him, "are you an attorney?" And he stayed in silence, no response. I asked him, can you tell me what laws there are that will tell me that info? He said "you can go look it up."

The manager had to tell his employee that they do accept surrendered certificates. I tried to point out to them their requirements say that I have to surrender it if I stop driving for 30days. So I need to know where to surrender the certificate of they don't accept it.

My "duty" is OVER - it has been tremendously damaging to me

After a one month briefing and a hint that "my family" might need me to remain in Hawaii for 5 years -- No More Hawaii for me, please!!! Have mercy!

Most of The Japanese I met in Hawaii are   Pathetic critics of east coast life since they can barely stand to stay there more than a year or two at best.

This is not only because of my relation overseas, but they are completely insulting to my senses as I am accustomed to "dominant American cultures " of the East Coast and impacts of at least 14million other people who don't fly back and forth to Asia as frequently as Californians.

And then they fail to understand that I have some Caucasian upbringing that is a family tradition that skipped my parents generation yet was handed down to me.

My peer group in the islands is nothing suitable for Any business requirements and I have met others on their visits who give me more than tremendous awareness of their preparedness for future actual project(s).

About making Films in Asian Language versus globalized English

My notebook: intro of this symposium panel

This morning I went to the Carnation room at the Ala Moana hotel and sat down to listen to the morning symposium "Chasing the Dream: Culture, Capitalism, and Cinema" presented by Netpac@25. It was followed by the panel discussion on "Co-productions and Globalization".

"When Language is Outlawed, speaking it is a political act." ~ Ella Henry, filmmaker New Zealand 

The only Panel Members I really think have the right mindset were-- New Zealand's Ella Henry, Philippine's Nick Deocampo, India's Nilesh Maniyar, China's Shayoi Sun.

"Word's are not innocent & have identity of the Colonizer. Identity is a negotiated process."~ Nick Deocampo, filmmaker Phillipeans.

They didn't give Kazakhstan Gulnara Abikeyeva's time with her more formal paper to share.

What I got out of the 2 panel sessions:- 

•Trying to overcome borders and communicate to other "cultures".

      - whether to use Cultural specific language or globalization's English language.

•The people's film claiming to do combat artistically against some globalization and corporate film mindset emanating from  Hollywood's "Wagnerianish" auture.  

•Attempting to "negotiate" the use of language in a world where only America allows some liberal idea of "freedom of speech".

•Nick Decampo was the only one who ventured to mention ASEAN and making film footage of rice.

------ I did ask 1 question about use of English and tried to briefly explain That even if conversation is put into English that it does not mean there is much context for the rest of the English speaking/ Euro-centric world. -- 

That I went to a business Dinner where there was a table full of people all who spoke English -- who needed a translator to give in depth context of seemingly simple sentences--also broken down in English, to an American Businessman. 

Still how the film world plans to cross globalization borders without similar dinner scenes to resemble & more like a cinematic Opera glance at the story from which the libretto has been derived,  is beyond me. ---------------------

^The panel chalked it up to a "negotiation" of use of language over culture. Or how to "weave" culture specific material with Global English...without getting into cinematic style.

It also made me reconsider being more specific when I use the following terms;-

•indigenous (political term, geographical presence, personal experience of foreign body)

•culture & culturally specific vs. society

• cosmopolitanism (went unmentioned) vs. globalization

USA should take Hawaiian tribal funds

Since M-16's were prevalent with dozens of snipers at APEC 2011, and even a Hawaiian-Chinese Kahuna & Olohei was sent to the airport to interfere with my Japanese-USA business plan;- it seems that USA should make efforts to freeze and or confiscate funds of the Hawaiian tribe. The USA is using Hawaiian tribes to interfere with international Efforts to maintain a peaceable business environment and to exacerbate war interests by side-stepping head on attacks to private individuals, families, and other international interest. 

They also make zero reparations and the Hawaiian tribal community (whether carrying a U.S. Passport or not) is making advances towards War between Other Asian nations from USA territory/lands.

My Christian experiences

Every Sunday, my godparents took me to Sunday school. The Church I was baptized under was an evangelical Lutheran church in a small nearby town.

I was the older one of my brother and I. So aside from some children breaking my brother's toddler leg with a swift kick at a Unitarian church in town;- I took the brunt of the church abuse for a while.

My parents agreed to let my brother out of going to church activities in Junior high school after he begged them. It was after an incident where the pastor Craig Landis actually tried to strangle me in front of my mother and those in my confirmation class for saying the word Japan. A lot of the church abuse my brother and I withstood was directly because we are not white. 

There were several incidents daily that I was being shouted at like a prisoner undergoing brainwashing. They frequently shouted at me repeatedly, "you ethnics are going to hell" as all ethnics would under the Lutheran doctrine. 

Also at a certain point in Junior high the Sunday school instructor said I couldn't read the bible or say John 3:16 and sat me in a circle and tortured me the same time I could hear them doing something similar to my little brother (through the dividers). 

The church we attended was an above ground cover for the underground local white supremacy movement. They treated my brother and I worse than prisoners, despite knowingly baptising us. 

Years later immediately following my brother's death and that old pastor Craig Landis instructing my father to kill me & he's help him cover it up;- I was offered an opportunity. One of my clients, a Jewish pastor who made angel pins that went into Walgreens couldn't pay me in normal money. So instead of taking the equipment I was offered I asked him if he could u baptize me from the church. He said he had never done so before and came up with a ceremony to cut the cords that bound me to the abusive church. I used to come home and cry in my room after every Sunday school, plus all the kids I went to regular school with knew I was to be hated for my "race."

It was an awful place and my mother naively punished us extra because she believed that these people are the best people despite them hating her for being Japanese too. It was a horrendous ordeal for 17years.

How Caucasian Vegans are patenting the Asian & Latin food markets

Keeping the peace and spreading the love among America's world rebound obese. As if they didn't consume enough to feed an African village, the Skinnier breed of Caucasian American, the European mixed white american has been patenting what they call "ethnic" foods. Is this a Fair and equal food market full of diversity? It seems highly unlikely since I rarely see an Indian curry made by anyone actually Indian. Most east coast Japanese restaurants & sushi bars are Korean owned. Then try to explain to a white vegan how rude they are telling me that animals should have more rights than minority "ethnics" because we are from countries that kill small animals like dogs. Though they don't see their own Agricultural meat industry as a "race or nationality issue." 

It 

American vegans are more two-faced than anyone I have yet met. Plus they feel more justified to steal from other vegans especially yours truly because they are so white they don't think anyone will believe us if we say a word...because they have the perfect cover. It's a parallel to PETA actually euthanizing their shelter animals.

Even today I was thinking how silly it is and how pissed off the cats are at the humane society and no kill shelters;- their feral & left behind pet counterparts live freely outdoors and flourish. They are stuck in cages in ringworm infested quarters. Irony at its finest. White American progressivism does have its minimum is maximum  quota of "non-whites" to fill. Then take away and patent 3rd world recipes!!!!

So...what I have been forced to live through...as a social experiment is absolutely unforgivable. especially after my brother's memorial service and his so called friends joking about beating the shit out of him because he is Japanese. The White Pennsylvanians (clearly have strong white European supremacy) and my college schoolmates thought it was funny that another "dumb Jap" but the dust on the east coast. That's the crowd of Pennsylvanians and New Yorkers (as hateful of Asia and white supremacist in their progressive allotment of race") I had the most exposure to. The Americans  think it's amusing that my mother & I, & our family Akita woke up to the disaster of my brother's brains splattered in a family picnic area with a shotgun.  Apparently my father "found him" and then went to sleep until my mother found him. 

No, I don't have friends here in the states. The half Chinese and mixed race other Asians think it's amusing as well since they revel in Japan's failures.

41 years tomorrow of the USA is quite enough embarrassment and harshness. 

My aunt Junko should know my mother psychologically wrote me off as a representation of her Jealousy for Aunt Junko's beauty and refinement in Japanese society. I was born to an oil and water family;- or steel and steel that clash constantly.

Recently, many Caucasian & African-Americans are using the overseas refugee crisis to polarize their homeland.

More so America is becoming like Nazi Germany when "terror threat" is used in the media buzz. The words "terror threat" trigger the American homeland to violently lash out harder at more legitimate Americans who are from more diverse backsgrounds than "black or white".  

Again American fantasy patriotism plays a role in everyday American culture where discrimination of nationality and or race is traditionally misplaced on "racial minority" individuals and their families. Using the term "terror threat" sets that game into motion and the number of unofficial diplomatic relationships affected between the USA and other nations can rise to catastrophic and economic downfall. The USA is well stocked for a new isolationist economy.

Yesterday, I watched a German news broadcast about their European refugee crisis. It made me realize how out of touch Americans are with the global competiveness for solar energy, Africa, population crises. 

I am impressed with the European nations who brought in refugees. Then to establish an order and find some education/training for future industry & life supporting energy resources will take time;- but seems more possible with African refugees in the EU. 

That is an incredible leap for humanity at its crux.

The Harsh Version- almost 41yrs

The USA  paid off Japan for post Hiroshima & Nagasaki A-bomb reparations. In American culture there is little to zero actual sympathy in the domestic culture, and the reparation payment seems to be justification for further actions to politically  tear and ostracize  Japanese women living in the USA and other Japanese from their home culture.

My Hawaiian depression

Trying everything I can to combat the mental drain of everyday sexual violence (verbal and financial) here that I didn't experience in New York or Pennsylvania;- despite being abducted 2x in Pennsylvania and being a survivor of sexual assault throughout college over 24 attacks and through my classical piano music career. I've had a ton of problems with known hackers getting into my email and social media and leaving email commentary for me. I can think of 2off the top of my head one A.I. From Helsinki, another an original Rat pack member.

 I don't have any online privacy. However, now I'm finding that there were accounts set up with my name and identity theft that is erroneously appearing as my "old account" --accounts I was unaware of. And the accounts that I frequently used online/apps have vanished from my reach. That includes billing nightmares! 

it seems that one of the apps has piggybacked itself onto the data for of the OS system on my phone for ICloud account- where financial info is input. Every time the phone requests my fingerprint or ID I'm being charged $10.46 to my actual account. Then Apple turns around and says their software indicates that the transaction was denied or in que because of incorrect address information that their system chooses to re-populate. Regardless of their error reading the credit card charge goes through anyway. They say they haven't received funds;- yet the Credit Card company is showing multiple charges, some that were authorized and released, others that were only authorized to ITunes.

Yet Apple fails to acknowledge that there is an issue because of what their software says happened instead of the real life transactions.

After a 1 month stay on an island in Thailand that limited if not prohibited Balloons and streamers and things for parties;- it's difficult to see Hawaii's islands ever protecting the Wildlife and environment. Me, an unregistered foreign agent

Yet, this is what I have gathered that they want( from legitimate established grassroots organizers who promote diversity from their progressive Caucasian presences  as well.) in ignorance or not-- it born out of sheer laziness and American might to lure the "naive" foreign immigrants to blackmail their home countries and families. Taxi at court vs Honolulu City & County

The City and County of Honolulu has over 1,000 certified taxi drivers to a mere .01% approx. of City and County designated cab stands. The Honolulu Policing agencies are renowned for their corruption, illegal drug deals, on th DL death of citizens, loss of police reports, and yes;- excessively targeting taxi drivers for ticketing. It's almost impossible for them not to ticket cabs in Honolulu and particularly Waikiki just because the cab to public cab stand and Waikiki curbside ratios are so askew.

This is all despite nearly all hotels having private contract/agreements with one of the top 3-4 taxi/rideshare companies in Honolulu County. It's a walk-in trap to drive in Honolulu County as a driver. Plus, it's easy for the few families who control the old Hawaii Business network to single out 1st generation Americans and prevent them from obtaining other suitable employment in the future. This is largely based on the facts that Taxi business being a largely immigrant/1st generation American job field. And that the Taxi Stands authorized by the City and County of Honolulu are low in number. As well as the fact that most tickets for curbside waiting or doing the appropriate paperwork (which can take longer than 3minutes), or simply needing a break which is required on a long shift, begins at a misdemeanor level. 

Clearly, this off taxi to regulated stand ratio makes a vulnerable population of minorities in the USA liable and criminal at a high percentage for doing the City & County licensed job. This is of course if the city and county refuses to acknowledge that the majority of ticketing that Doesn't happen, does indeed make areas "authorized" cab stands because the police do not ticket at those locations typically.  The taxi business is largely Male dominated employment opportunity, despite "driver equality" in the civilian population.  There should be a cap on the number of Taxi Certificates without Private contracts where City & County of Honolulu permits those drivers to park and wait a fare in Waikiki and areas of Honolulu. 

I, as a driver hold personal liability whether the Taxi company I work for as an employee. And, as I have previously blogged, Oahu harbors a variety of businesses and conflicted interest groups to some private/and or public U.S. Interests.

There should be a County system that allows drivers to obtain a registered card to be allowed on the property of the hotel/resort area. This would prevent unnecessary ticketing and court dates and fines for changes of behavior and irregularity of police or property owners. And, would serve as a confirmation of no trespass by the taxi company and their certified driver.

For example;-  I, personally, would need specific permission from a hotel resort, such as Hilton Prince Kuhio, in order to be on their property especially after being generally told to stay away from Waikiki by the Yamaguchi-gumi interest.;- yet the company I worked for has taxi stands at their property that are common knowledge to law enforcement and generally is unticketed even when other taxis are using the stand.

However;- law enforcement changes their game" to the driver's disadvantage because it is convenient, the interest group behind the Hotel is calling a favor against said driver, and so it in turn can adversely affect and create more negative 

U.S. Foreign relations or security issues abroad.

The Hawaiian "aloha" islands are a sub-tropical Mecca for people of every walk of life. Oahu houses everyone from the USA's homeless from cold climates to global elite Corporate mastheads. 

Lately, Waikiki is undergoing a transformation that doesn't support the American portion of Hawaii state's average working resident. 

We have escalated war talks between Asian nations whose citizens like to take holidays here on Oahu. Compact quarters, like those found on an Atlantic city shoreline, accommodate the entire cacophony of international tourists and military purveyors. 

My experiments like going shopping and being on a beach amidst Chinese National  tourists have resulted in them kicking me or trying to confront me after seeing my Japan flag stickers on my vehicle or person. That's just an aside from the multi-national passport holding  Israeli workers who arrive for the Holiday & big Wave season. I've learned the foreign nationals don't report crimes they commit against each other (such as stabbing) so they don't risk jail or being sent back to Israel.

In August, I quit my "Job" & working on think-tank mission altogether due to the escalating Yamaguchi-gumi war in Japan. 

Their Hawaiian local security "consultants" have approached me to stay out of Waikiki. Their warnings were followed up by Honolulu Police Department whose tax-base is Funded in part by Yamaguchi-gumi holdings in Hawaiian Islands. 

This Japanese turf related Gang has muddy borders with the local residing Korean and Vietnamese gangs who frequent the Islands. I'm clearly outnumbered, no matter what--we know this and is why even my parents make pot bets on my demise.

I went searching for an apartment in July and found much of the properties to be Chinese national owned. I was turned down or not contacted again as I am Japanese-American. ------>the Nationals of China are taking over the Hawaiian islands through state government contracts (such as the new rail system) with Hawaii's elite. 

Then, throw in Mexican cartel or at least big family types. 

This succotashish potpourri of people are making Waikiki an inaccessible pinnacle of luxury condos  appear on the Waikiki skyline. Every hotel will have its organized activities and some guests of other hotels may attend. Many of the common publicly owned American style bars and venues are rapidly vanishing from the Waikiki nightlife, never to reappear. The word on the streets rumor is this won't be suitable for Average American workers in Hospitality again until 2019 (at least). 

Homeland security and/or local police are running off rumors and payoffs. English based businesses are collapsing due to legalities being used against them by foreign gangs & anti-USA sentiment crowds. 

Hawaii state lacks a protocol to protect American interest amidst those of us who are private citizens. Hawaii is nothing like Philadelphia where DOD reigns and even I was protected for a period of time from my relatives attacking me on American soil. Even DOD in Philadelphia addressed me personally with my Japanese relatives potentially creating an act of terror (or war) against the USA if I was harmed. Interesting how such words don't have any consideration amidst the flotsam of Hawaii vacationers. So I'm wondering, in American slang--what gives?

everything I worked for, learned from private entrepreneurs on my time unpaid, and all else is flushed down the toilet by Bank of Hawaii. Though they had help from Honolulu Police Department's finest trainer for guns and martial arts, as well as a very well to do Narc & e-cig company owner. That doesn't include the Navy brightest who attempted to kill me in front of An HPD officer without any intervention in a 20min struggle for my life. Nor does it include the US Army and MI unit asking me to take the HPD trainer -also to court for abuses after HPD "lost" police reports and renumbered them. This is because the trainer raped me several times and held me against my will--though I have to comply to live-- and essentially threw me in the sex trade after robbing me of my money with physical threats and punishment included. This five years in Hawaii ends for me in 4.5 days. It has left me in destitute, homeless, and though I've sought assistance to leave here;- it is undesirable to stay. I have nothing & nowhere safe remaining in the USA.

$30-50 Still eat out - from grocery stores or stands or low priced restraunts
$4 day for clean H20 drinking
$7-16 movie theater instead of TV can watch when eating out- various places diff channels
$3-7 coffee + wi-fi
$free - day go to Beach to nap & shower in public if budget is tight--not safe after dark.
Then there is night life to stay up all night if you can do this until u find a normal job that pays to rent a place and not worry about making rent.
There are no lockers @ mall any longer and I'm sure they will make it impossible
To continue like this after not too long. Hawaii is totally unreasonable and people renting still pay over $1000+/mo for rat infested apts. or mold coated roofs and ac systems plus utilities cable and food.

The hotels are better, but not feasible for much of anyone much past $1300/10days on the cheap plus food etc. So if ur in a bad relationship- no place to go- try the shelters, if they take you. But remember it's an island, and the guys are ultra creepy on average...so expect to get bulldozed there.

International Law for 2015

There should be a new body;- that doesn't weigh smaller countries, governing bodies, and tribes as less than the USA. The USA can practically stand independent of the UN, except when asking assistance.
However, USA internal politics are very geared around destroying people (who are non-white European based) on an unequal playing field of values, in entirety;- as a trade for European based intellectual immortality through subsequent generations. The UN doesn't police USA's internal actions as a disrespect the Asian continent. Thus, despite USA trade deals with Asian countries, there is no cultural equilibrium that will happen quickly enough to avoid further future conflicts that arise from the intellectual intent of the Singular superpower on the planet.

My I phone 5s--at Genius Bar again

Sitting at the Genius Bar in Ala Moana because my phone kicked me out. I just sent an email to my father and my phone went to login screen. It refused my fingerprint for login and then requested my passcode. My phone then rejected the 4digit passcode and locked me out for 1 min, 5 min, 15min etc.
so, being I wasn't home to wipe my phone and do a reset,- I had to go in to one of only 2? Stores on Oahu in Hawaii.
So sitting there;- I wondered if someone could hack a phone to wipe the fingerprint recognition and change the passcode;- then in the instance one goes into the Apple Store or home tracks u and could detonate a bomb in coordination with ones arrival.
I'm a little paranoid I suppose--anything is possible...I think Apple should have another protocol for phone service at Best Buy or mall kiosks...minus a strong room designed by Hensel Phelps.

Past week/ month in Hawaii

The past week- I went to Gotdon Biersch where an old German man who lives @ North Shore asked me to have a seat with him as I was leaving. I didn't feel comfortable so I excused myself. there was an old ball peen hammer left next to my car--as if someone was thinking about breaking the windows. And when I got in my car after;- the console was left broken as well as the driver's seat. I think this may have been the old Mexican  landlord who was renting property from a Japanese family or since there was fighting the day after in the Israeli place I only heard about--something to do with them possibly.
For the holidays I was spending time with some of the Israeli workers who came to Hawaii to work the Christmas season as I was told.
Also, the place where I work now is nerve wracking, but I find most of Hawaii to be a bervewracking stay at this point--especially since I had planned to move back to NY and my mother suggested I stay in Hawaii due to the severity of lack of work and harsh winter in the northeast.
I'm making little money to survive in Hawaii well enough to have normal accomodations and comfort, but I am getting by despite the high cost of living. I applied for Public Housing in Hawaii after the trouble the U.S. Navy caused for me and the Judge said she didn't give a shit about VAWA. there is A 7-10 year waiting list for housing. I can't afford housing of my own, nor do I want to try and handle more sexual harassment from landlords or their bad financial situations that have affected my own.
That's aside from some other women who go around telling businessmen that they are me...which causes more problems. I'm on an island full of shitheads.

This is aside from the jealousy and hatred I experience coming from the Japanese-Americans and their families who went through internment. It is not fun to have to tolerate and be social under these conditions. not is there reasonable safety that is trustworthy.

Japan & English as a national language

i can only speak from my perspective. Despite that and growing up with the US government stealing my nationality & Japanese language away from me at age 10;- I only know that the Japanese nationals I meet are not fluent In English in comparison to Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Koreans who travel abroad.
I feel that because I speak English- more people from other nations like Israel feel it is an opportunity to disbelieve that I am of Japanese descent. Then there is the inundation of insults coming from many other Asian nationals that I can't possibly be Japanese because I speak English. This is new experience since I have lived in Hawaii especially. It seems other nationals who come to Hawaii to do work and be a tourist see Japanese as the most gullible consumers to America's Hawaii state, and prey on them financially and sexually with insults to follow Japan around the globe.

The other downside(negative) of speaking English here since I am Issei/Nissei as common americans decide my circumstance as opposed to Japan law;- is that the depth of insulting Japan is magnified with my understanding of English.

So maybe it is better that Japanese are naive, trust their instinct, and don't fully (not fukly) comprehend the international scope of the limit to respect of Japan.

Japan should charge Hawaii tax

even though the TPP applies to most of the Unites States;- there is an irrevocable difference between The island state of Hawaii and the rest of the United States. One is that the Hawaiian families who run the shipping ports and their families and "good ol boys network" do not have any respect for Japanese other than Yakuza. They do not respect those who are/were Japanese nationals with families overseas and force women from otherwise good families into 3rd world hostess bar prostitution and like industries. Aside from the high level of disrespect and a newfound "American patriotism" in showing such disrespect;- there are few real Japanese nationals who are in Hawaii and the generations of Chinese and Japanese who inhabited the Hawaiian islands since 1600's to 20th century are a bastardized version of what Asia intended Japan and/China to be. Hawaiian born are a bastardized Asia that lends itself to serve the U.S. intelligence community...much as Thailand harbors its Muslim faith.

How terrorists get funding from US outsourcing

So, today I went to the North Shore with my old Krav Maga Instructor, who has a decadently Chinese-Hawaiian background since his grandfather donated the land for the Chinese cultural plaza in Chinatown, Honolulu. I have always felt he works against me because he is anti-Japanese in America despite our easygoing outward appearances together. And today he asked me about the time I met al-Qaeda or Someone who was close to al-Qaeda I was in Thailand at the time;- a friend had asked me to go with him for the trip. That is why I am posting this today on this blog. 

From my American perspective and with my knowledge: China keeps a clean slate while Terrorist groups fight outside the Communist domain. 
The vicious cycle that supports al-Qaeda  and like organizations makes money from outsourced US business to China. Al-Qaeda members will kill those who run business for American companies and then move the funds to support their terrorist organizations. This is done without much punishment in Communist China. Shutting down  USA EX-IM or an Embargo on China in 2005 and forcing Americans in the homeland to "make due with what got" for even a year or two back then would have cut funding to these terrorist groups. Instead they made money from our own "greed" and hit us in the back with military actions in the Middle East over the past 8 years. I learned this from a Chinese -French Muslim business man who sent soft goods(mostly clothing) to the USA and told me he feared for his life since his best friend was murdered by Al-Qaeda  in a business hit. Try telling the American public to go without indulgence for a little while? Sacrifice the "cheap goods from China" for sparing American taxpayers what we've had to go through in raising the debt ceiling, more military expenses that lead to military reduction, now ISIS (in Crowley terms "ISIS rides on the back of the Beast" and other independent terrorist groups that can and may ensue... Just embargoing China until security measures are refined and executed may not be enough. Shutting down the EXIM Bank of the USA for a while will help diffuse the attacks in the next 5 years by hopefully cutting outsourced funding. Simply passing rules to stop or cut back on outsourcing work to China would also suffice without affecting the rest of our international marketplace in a large way.

In 2005, I returned and drew up a single cell cartoon that had then president, George Bush with his image projected at a "holo-port" an empty port by the beach and various off-the-grid small business startups Floating "day-by-day". I attached the cartoon to some hand screened tees I made saying "milk what?" As opposed to our common phrase "milk it for all it's worth" After I sent it in to our friends at the FTPO for a $600 registration and a laugh.
They needed to do it almost a decade ago. It hasn't stopped;- they have to cut USA funding @ EX-IM level. Must, not just sanction or embargo. 

My trip after the big tsunami in Thailand of 2005
So the gist of it was;- I was left on my own for 25 days. I had gone with the son of a prominent USA nuclear weapons scientist. He & I are both civilians and split up after the 5th day of a month long trip.  During that time I had few problems, got in hiking, kayaking, and regular partying and game playing. One day I was out looking for some sunscreen and lotion at a store. The store clerk had gotten a phone call and I understood someone was asking questions about what I was doing inside the store. That day I had also worn my PETA shirt I cut up for the beach (not exactly Diesel or Armani popular for this island). So I attracted a lot of attention from the Muslims on the small island. Due to the tsunami I was instructed to bring clothes I could leave behind, for sanitation and disease control
Upon re-entry to the USA. They said they'd kill even my cats if I didn't leave everything behind, because of biological warfare concerns. I brought a lot of volunteer work & campaign tees, and made few purchases outside of food and spa.

Anyway, when I left the store, I was approached by a man on a moped/scooted who offered a ride to me. I had been walking kilometers each day from my secluded homey resort. He persisted and so I finally accepted a ride. I climbed on the back of his scooter ( main transportation for tourists here)
He took me back to the preserve where I stayed most of my 25 days left.

This island I stayed on had a few backpacker places with rooms including bed and shower and then a plethora of international 5 star hotels without anything mid-range. I believed his story about being a business man from China who was born French-Muslim and did international Export/imports from China to countries around the world. I had met several like people & families from different countries on this trip. He told me his personal story to success and  shared what he did about his concern for his own life being put in Jeopardy by his friend recently having been assassinated by al-Qaeda.

So, today I went to the North Shore with my old Krav Instructor who has a decadently Chinese HawAiian background since his grandfather donated the land for the Chinese cultural plaza inChinatown  Honolulu. I have always felt he works against me because he hates Japan, despite out easygoing outward appearances together. And he asked me about the time I met Someone who was close to Ai Queda. I was in Thailand at the time;- a friend had asked me to go

The vicious cycle that supports Ai Queda and like organizations makes money from outsourced US business to China. Ai Queda members will kill others running business for American companies and then take the funds to support their terrorist organizations. Shutting down  USA EXIM in 2005 and forcing Americans to "make due with what got" for even a year or two back then would have cut funding to these terrorist groups. Instead they make money from our own "greed" and hit us in the back with military actions in the Middle East. I learned this from a Chinese -French Muslim business man who sent soft goods(mostly clothing) to the USA and told me he feared for his life since his best friend was murdered by Ai Queda in a business hit. Try telling the American public to go without for a little while? Sacrifice the "cheap goods from China" for sparing American taxpayers what we've had to go through in raising the debt ceiling, more military expenses that lead to military reduction, now ISIS (in Crowley terms "ISIS rides on the back of the Beast" and other independent terrorist groups that can and may ensue... Just embargoing China until security measures are refined and executed may not be enough. shutting down the EXIM Bank of the USA for a while will help diffuse the attAcks in the next 5 years.



After the big tsunami.
So the just of it was;- I was left on my own for 25 days. During that time I had few problems, got in hiking, kayaking, and regular partying and game playing. One day I was out looking for some sunscreen and lotion at a store. The stir clerk had gotten a phone call and I understood someone was asking questions about what I was doing inside the store. That day I had also worn my PETA shirt I cut up for the beach. So I attracted a lot of attention from the Muslims on the island. Due to the tsunami I was instructed to being clothes I could leave behind, for sanitation and disease control.
I brought a lot of volunteer work tees.

Anyway, when I left the store, I was approached by a man on a moped/scooted who offered a ride to me. I had been walking kilometers each day from my secluded homey resort. He persisted and so I finally accepted a ride. I climbed on the back of his scooter.
He took me back to the preserve where. I stayed most of my alone 25days.
So, since the island I stayed on had a few backpacker places and then a plethora of international 5 star hotels without much in between;- I believes his story about being a business man from China who was born French-Muslim.

Driving in Hawaii, from an East Coast perspective

Driving in Hawaii is one of Thee WORST experiences ever. Traffic on the island is miserable if you are almost out of gasoline or your AC isn't erotically cold.

Where to Start with my generalizations from my observations;

• Drivers behind me don't ever, seem to try- braking, and rely on saying they were "cut off". I thought this was odd and it seems that in Hawaii;- there is some commonplace local only law that says one is responsible for the people driving vehicles in back of you.  This sometimes leads to that driver stalking you home and slashing tires or keying cars or starting a physical confrontation which are common knowledge stories to bring awareness to the local rule.
• Drivers don't follow the 4 way stop rules and create chaos;- particularly at places where they have purposely ill managed pedestrian walks and a lack of stop lights and Walk/Don't walk lights.
• It's about 50/50 on how many drivers Don't use turn signals
• Right turns on Red to get across 4 one-way lanes, especially onto King Street in order to make the next left. They could have really used a lesson in city planning that included usage of Jug handles.
• Bicyclists don't seem to understand that to ride in a car's blind-spot is not a good idea;- no matter how much they want to curse and key cars in Waikiki. 

Why Hawaii State needs No Fault Tort...
The pedestrians are chronically annoying walking slower than a snail. When they see a car coming, instead of walking briskly across the street or a marked pedestrian walkway, they stop in the middle of the street and try to stare down the driver. Some more athletic pedestrians attempt to crash into your vehicle as it passes through the pedestrian walk.

Teach Hawaii's children about the Mason-Dixon line!!!

Hawaii State seems to be a place that makes Foreign ideas of slavery acceptable to many residents because it is a temporary means to an end;- and serves the moment rather than their future. Hawaii State's school system and educators ares definitely tied up with the overthrown Hawaiian government by the USA and they haven't moved forward or learn much about those things that make America what it is.  Bringing Hawaii up to speed with their land/property laws, ideas of fixed rent/ say RENT CONTROL!!!, or maintaining a respectable society that isn't groveling at the feet of Foreigners with money.

Most of us from East Coast USA are used to going on school trips yearly, if not bi-annually to see the Liberty Bell, Constitution Hall, the Capitol Building, Monticello, Statue of Liberty, The Underground Railroad, Valley Forge, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier just to name a few places. This is something practically inaccessible and uninteresting to most of Hawaii's youth and their parents.

They also seem to NEVER have heard of the Famous Mason-Dixon line. The line that divided the Free states from the Slave states.  And the older Hawaiian residents argue, minus googling, about the location of it as if I have never seen it the hundreds of time I made the drive from my home state of PA to Washington DC as an intern or organizer.

Japanese American woman perspective- APEC from the USA side

Today I' writing after much contention as it was my goal and intention to create more peace. The people working against me and the intentions of my Japanese grandfather Kikuchi, Hirokatsu who was a Governor in Japan's Akita prefecture. As his granddaughter, I should be protected under provisions made by the Vienna Convention. However, throughout my life the USA has detained me from leaving to Japan and China by not only squandering my accounts, damaging and not delivering mail, but cancelling my plane tickets as they see fit.
 I was asked to leave Hawaii for the East Coast USA springtime 2014. However, since the Patriot Act created this hostile environment on the East Coast for me with Homeland Security;- I am unable to accomplish even small tasks and am fearful for my life.

 In the past near decade I have been assaulted financially, physically, politically, sexually by those who claim to work for the United States government, Navy, Army, Marines, CIA, not excluding US politicians with private interest in starting a war between Japan and China.   This includes men who claim they are connected to President Obama's personal security when President Obama visits the Hawaiian  Islands.  The total of the damage has left me poverty stricken & homeless in Hawaii since I was forced into the Hawaii Bar scene by a federal agent from a well known Hawaiian/Chinese family;- who also behaved as a pimp taking all of my earnings for most of 2 years; in order to instigate future lawsuits due to his family's pre-existing problem that compromises his role in a Security requirement of good credit. This is all despite my role within my international family & USA at Hawaii's hosted Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2011;- goal; to bridge and connect Japan &; USA (TPP) in a more peaceful way for a new generation of business leaders.

My daily life in Hawaii is less than desirable. Most of the 3rd & 4th generation Asian-Americans in Hawaii still speak with a speech impediment and out rightly show their Hatred of New York and laugh at the demise of the city for 9-11. I still wonder how it is that these people are even acceptably American as they direct their hatred at me for being raised on the East Coast. I may have been born with dual citizenship;- however I actually find New York state more of a home than other places on the Urban east coast. If I were to reside in Hawaii;- I would want to see already proven senators and representatives from Urban America make a run in Hawaii to bring it up to a modern speed. The antiquated Asian slavery and rights system this state still upholds in reality is heartbreaking.
Many of the "well off" Hawaiian families seem to sponsor Asian "mail order brides" and choose to work overtime on destroying sexual equality at most levels of their society. Personally for me as an American woman who lived with a female Republican senator who passed Roe Vs. Wade;- The business climate in Hawaii is incontestably sexist and harmful to my psychological and emotional health. Hawaii's business climate does not allow for differences to work to a greater end goal. It is very much about men controlling the women who have business interest. And, then the women here are petty and undermine each other due to jealousy and small mindedness. The men here have no respect, and most of the women here are bent into subservient Asian roles;- where even politicians are largely swayed to vote on bills by 'Cultural' preferences instead of American standards of equality and decency. I don't care to live in a state run by a Japanese-American 

Turn of 2000 millenium: on USA progressives and organizations (draft)

• In my synopsis;- I personally do not consider Caucasian women a minority group. The reasons for this is that they typically gain power by promoting values of suppressive groups in order to hold status. In charitable causes;- some of these women are housewives who have no immediate international family or have a working interaction with policymakers and business personnel. These women whom I have met hold racist values against non-white women and make significant attempts to derail some business initiatives out of spite and perceived nationalism.
• Progressive organizations are typically run by a majority U.S. "racial" group
• Have typically used minorities as unpaid volunteer workers and do not improve their individual situations by offering minimal pay scale wages.
• Organizations run on an Image of Ideals and having these minorities join forces to support the organization.
• In theory a reputable organization that upholds its values would need to be perceived as "revolutionary" since there is little to no funding available for "start-up organizations". In concurrence with this, it is nearly impossible for 1st generation minorities to gain suitable representation with the Patriotic stigma that has been created since 9-11 in foreign policy. This includes the Patriot Act and its revisions as well as the Foreign Agents act. 
• These policies in and of themselves negate the US Constitutional ideals. The perceived enforcement of the Patriot Act and Foreign Agents act also contribute to a political Hostage situation in the USA of 1st generation dual USA/other country citizen(s) that creates boundaries in living everyday life to the fullest in the USA as a citizen. Even with travel abroad;- the USA's policies threaten their own citizens abroad. 
• There is also a high level of disagreement between USA and other nation(s) as to the citizen status of various individuals- these various individuals being made out to be foreign agents or "different people with fake identities" by the US . government in order to instigate political upheaval within otherwise peaceable political settings and treaties.
• "Invaluable to the Community" means that the suppressive groups that these progressive organizations join forces against turns into a dichotomy and tracking system of minority group women, 1st generation Americans, and others.

Honolulu Police Department- a private security organization "abducted me"

Honolulu, Hawaii-
The Honolulu Police Department seems to be a private security company that operates within various Counties such as Honolulu County in Hawaii. Though nostalgic, the Honolulu Police Department is not a typical State run police department. The HPD does seem to be a biased group of security/police officers who manipulate visitors/tourists such as myself in order to extract funds, extort families, and create international incidents after arrival to the Hawaiian islands. Some of the members of this police department and their outside associates have access and knowledge of who arrives in the islands and their relationships internationally, and are able to detain tourists without much effort or need of using any typical uniform or badge.

The case of reporting incidents to the HPD;- It appears that reporting is "accepted" however, records are conveniently lost, misplaced, renumbered, and altered by the HPD itself. This is in addition to any "appropriate" procedure that they may have in place being followed (meaning whatever they seem to see fit in doing at the time).

In the case of some serious felony incidents committed by members of the US Armed Forces;- I have found HPD to be part of that boys club. Instead of assisting a small female while bearing witness to an attack;- HPD will sit idly by and watch in amusement as if aiding the attacker/potential murderer. They claim they have the right to do this because they have no "liability". HOWEVER, they intervene as they see fit and are able to kidnap/arrest the victim of such a crime if the victim does not comply with their HPD demands of accepting huge hospital bills. So, in essence, if the victim does not survive;- HPD is in fact not a "good Samaritan" organization and in fact will assist the US Government in assassinating civilians and classify such attempts as "domestic abuse" without felony charges. I went through this this year of 2013.

HPD and my attackers have cost me my life's happiness and livelihood since my arrival to the Islands in 2009 for a 1 month vacation. This began with one of the police/federal agency/military security trainers picking me up from the airport, telling me they would force me to commit 'seppuku', and that they are looking for employment with my Aunt and Uncle 竹中、abroad. As a result of their "private policing" they have stolen/extorted most of my money that I earned after they put me into work at a Club 939 as a dancer/stripper for over 3years. I was left only with money to cover rent and minimal groceries after obtaining a cheap used upright piano. HPD and its associates--which encompass some old boys club is an atrocious organization that should not exist to police the civilian world.

 I have learned from other women on the Island that this HPD organization gains from the corrupted network of attorneys who compromise attorney-client privilege for consistent financial gain. This entire network seems that it needs to be torn down like a legitimized crime syndicate and have some restructuring in the 50th U.S. State that is more Constitutional.


In my case, I was tracked down online and before my arrival in Hawaii--where I was coerced into a relationship that was unwanted (some say I was abducted by the Security officers). This is now my 5th year on the Island of Oahu. I was a reputable piano instructor in NY and Pennsylvania, as well as a business/executive consultant. I am now emotionally and financially exhausted from these vigilante security officers damaging my career life and causing injuries to me.

I have 48 hours to make everyone who needs money on this island happy. That's all I was told.
Bad tingly feeling in my neck for past 8 hrs. the one feeling that says there is trouble.
All who know the island's politics and corruptness knows, that Hawaii State and its inhabitants deserved the M-16's at APEC 2011 because of how illegal the average culture and person is on this island.

Military State Precedent

Less than 180 days, maybe 100 days away. Hawaii State Family Court oversaw judgement and forceable agreement that a 1st generation US citizen is required to leave the State. Agreement came due to physical and emotional duress (only disputable in like court system in Hawaii State) at the Will of a NSA and security training operative and Israeli trainer, like Mossad, and US Federal Agency combat trainer.

A 1st Generation US citizen and representative of the United States of America is formally and legally bound, due to other "disputable circumstances" due to fortune of Military and Homeland Security exploitation of citizen and duty to uphold their personal financial integrity to the United States of America... Beginning of precedence of Military State Totalitarianism. Despite any citizenship or correlation with any higher powers on the planet earth including GOD.
